I didn't expect a call back so quickly. But they called me within an hour and gave me all of the informations and help I need.

I've had Legal Sheild for over 20 years. I didn't use it much until 2018 when I needs a lot of help navigating the Social Security system. Michael Townsend was nothing short of indispensable. He got me through a very daunting process. More recently Matthew Hall helped me out with a heartbreaking situation I needed legal advice on. Got them through Legalshield. Freda Luxor is a Personal Injury attorney attempting to try to speak on Family Law & Civil Rights law. She was very dismissive and mentioned price as if it was a concern. Thought I could take a lot of my legal issues to them to assist with help. Freda gave me a headache. When I told her that I d see if legalshield could give me a new firm she said fine .

Be careful dealing with her. Can t speak for the rest of the firm.

This place is absolutely horrible with follow up and showing common courtesy. Had to use them through my legal shield subscription. They need to learn how to return phone calls and address issues in a timely manner. In today s world the consumer expects instant gratification but is understanding when they get good communication. Took me 7 days and a phone call or two every single day to get bad news. Stay away if you can.
