Warm chocolate chip cookie on arrival the rooms are perfect and very quiet.

Nice accommodation. Expensive though. Thank goodness for those free cookies.
No buckets in the shower. Maybe they don't care about the water crisis?

Odd location. Sketchy at night. Excellent value though. Lobby inside a shopping mall. all very strange. Best hotel breakfast buffet in town.

Really great service. Rooms not too fancy but clean, comfortable and quiet. Clearly this hotel knows what is important to guests and focuses on that rather than window dressing. Excellent breakfast.

Very Practical Hotel

Good location near Woodstock, but helpful to have a car to get around. Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast was reasonably good. Great value overall!

It s a beautiful and classy four star hotel. The area is not so nice but the hotel itself is lovely. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking space. Breakfast is good but it s the same thing everyday

I have to give them three stars. The staff was very friendly. Prices very reasonable. They did offer the "make it right" campaign, but I have to be honest. The guests next door was smoking the whole night. The television couldn't display any channels expect hotel ads. Otherwise a nice experience.

The DoubleTree by Hilton is modern and clean. The staff are professional and friendly.

I spent one night in the hotel, in beginning on january. , on my way to the ariport. I was told the will take from my card 300 houndres euros on hold, and they will be back the day I left the hotel, so I am still waiting for my money back. I called them twice, I wrote them emails, and they never get to me.
I will write this review every day till they contact me. and they resolve my problem

This hotel is situated in a area where drugs ND Thugs was hanging out in the last 10+ years Saltriver nd Woodstock is the place to be nice cleeaned up also bussiness opportunities the hotel offers a beautiful view of Capetown ND surrounds friendly staff ND a warm reception

Super beautiful, staff very welcoming. The food is insanely tasty! The burgers are the best in town. The thick fries are awesome. Can't remember what you call it. Just a hidden gem all together

It's an inexpensive hotel. The environment is relaxed and staff are professional. I wouldn't recommend long stays as they also host events sometimes.

We recently held a week-long conference at this hotel. They perfectly met our unique room setup requirements and the staff were very helpful and professional at all times. During breaks personalized attention were given and requests over and above were gladly accommodated and met. The food catering over the 5 days varied which made it more enjoyable and delicious. Everything was on point and I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a conferencing venue in the Woodstock/Salt river area.

This is a lovely, lively, cute and fancy place to stay. The service here is great. There are facilities and services that meet all needs. Room service is also great, room cleaning is the most recent and responsible one I have ever seen, and I have been to many many places.

Small yet comfy not all rooms are the same but this was nice as for silence and relaxation. The service was extraordinary that I received
