Room very spacious, not very recent but largely sufficient after all. Warm welcome, excellent animators, I highly recommend this hotel, with or without children, quality pool and very good food. Thanks to all of the staff at Oasis Village, I have spent and I still have a great holiday at home. When it comes to criticism, it's because they've never seen anything else. is not possible. To criticize the staff while they work like crazy, it revolts me.

Comfortable hotel, spacious rooms, good stay in this Marmara club where half of the clientele is English. Restoration correct but no more, 2 pools, one heated. Close to shops and 15 minutes from the beach. I advise.

The 2 pools are both good, besides a 2-3 day closure of the elevated pool when we arrived After the first day, you could see maintenance staff working regularly to fix the pool.

The rooms are spacious and cleaned 5 days a week very well, and the balconies are great too. There are 3 beds per room, 1 double and 2 singles. There is also a safe in there if you have valuable belongings.

The food was good and there was a large selection and themed nights in the restaurant, but the quality varied from day to day. For the most part, the food was very nice. There are all-inclusive drinks dispensers at the poolside snack bar, in the restaurant and in the club type room where the nightly entertainment is shown.

The entertainment starts at roughly 10am every day, with activities for both kids and adults, including killer pool, water polo and table tennis tournaments. In the club room, the Mini Disco for the young children starts at 8.30pm, and there is always bingo with large cash prizes every night. At 9.45pm, there is a show that varies in length, my favourite shows were the cabaret and the Mr. Oasis challenge.

The local area is very good, with lots of bars and restaurants. There are many souvenir shops to be found, too. A half hour walk will take you to the friendly and cute wild chipmunks at the edge of the natural park, where you can hand feed them. The water park, which is 5 minutes away, looks great although we didn't actually go.

Overall, this is a great hotel for families.

Not a bad hotel, seen some bad reviews before coming away, but what can I say you get what you pay for, the food was never going to light up the world but there was always something for everyone, rooms were basic but it was only for sleeping in, and staff were very friendly

The buffet is varied the staff is friendly

The big downside, the club is not at all suitable for children swimming pool meaning barrier no full of games noon meals are served from 1pm so with the time difference it makes 2pm really complicated.

Apart from this big inconvenience we had a good stay.

Nice hotel, good location close to the beach and commerce, good bedding if you like hard mattresses, but we usually go to this kind of club, but here the food is execrable knowing that I'm really not difficult, my kids only ate pasta and fries ....

I would give this hotel 2.5 stars if possible, but I lean more towards 2 than 3.

For every pro, there are at least two cons, which makes the overall rating I'm giving so low.

To begin with, the size of the hotel, pool areas, dining hall, all feel spacious and luxurious, and this is also true for two people sharing an all inclusive room.

The problem with the pool area is that it is in no way relaxing because of the animation team and how loud they are. For most of the day, they are shouting through a microphone creating entertainment for guests, but for the most care, most people there just wanted to relax and when I went, there weren't enough young people joining in to warrant an entertainment team ruining any peace on a daily basis. On our 2nd to last day, we were returning to the hotel at the same time as a pair of women who were also staying and overheard them say how awful the shouting across the pool area every day was. I couldn't help but engage them in a conversation agreeing about how annoying it was.

The dining area is spacious and had good availability of what was on offer at meal times, but the quality of 6 out of 7 evening meals was really sub par. I enjoyed Mexican night, but every other night was underwhelming. Lunch was a similar experience, but I had no complaints about breakfast.

The pool bar offers one daily cocktail during the day, which for an all inclusive is not really worth it. At the same time, the coffee machines they have available do not really make good coffee, but the pool area had "pool snacks" often throughout the day, which was a nice thing to have available.

There is a handy little shop below reception, which was a nice thing to have.

The rooms were spacious, but unbearably warm. This sounds stupid when I know that I'm on holiday on Fuertaventura, but equally as bad is that the hotel knows just how rooms the get, and then charge you two euros a day plus a twenty euro deposit to hire a fan. In comparison, in Zakynthos, where it is also warm, every room had air conditioning, which I was expecting, but my mistake for not checking. I learned the hard way to check for this in the future.

Additionally, there is a fee to pay for wifi in the rooms - twenty euros for 7 nights. Additionally, when you pay for "premium" wifi, you can't connect more than one device at a time, which is really inconvenient for a service you pay for.

Another negative and positive is the cleaning schedule. The negative being that every day the cleaners would arrive at different times making it impossible to gauge when to wake up, but the positive being the cleaner we had was nice, polite, and didn't take too long to do a good job.

There was only one location to refill bottles of water - while it was nice to have the option of going there 24 hours a day, this little machine likely serviced the entire hotel. This was a problem because not only was it slow at times, but also really unhygienic - every time I went to fill up my bottle, there was waste water sat in the machine, which was really off putting. It would have been nice if there was a way in which the pool bar staff were able to re fill water bottles.

The hotel reception staff made booking a rental car very easy, which was time saving and helpful.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful area, not far from the beach and very close to the center of Coralejo, restaurants offer delicious food from morning to evening. The pool and big but unfortunately the water and salt (but it can be understood on an island as dry)

First and formost the staff are lovely. The apartment we stayed in was very basic. Considering i was there in january and its chilly on a night time there is No heating. It needs decorating everywhere asap because its quite grotty. And the "entertainment" was bloody awful. All in All not the worse place ive stayed. But i wouldnt go back :-(

I will give the maximum for this village. It's a 3 star hotel, but the food, accommodations and entertainment are great. It is a village that deserves to be known. The bar and the room are cool. But I recommend. On the other hand to make an effort on the desserts, they are more designed for the English, jelly colored whipped cream, the pastries are very bad defrosted with the micron wave, but a team leader led by Ivan is undeniably at the top, we have a show of quality. Thank you all. XOXO

A French part with Marmara, an international part. The 2 animation teams walk on each other's feet!
Hotel management invisible ... Even during the "Pot de la Direction" ...
Reception not always very friendly, and not understanding or speaking French.
Bedroom with very spacious living room.
Average restoration. Terrace to eat much too small.
Waiters not always friendly, unprepared for the demands of French tourists.

Back from a week stay, we wanted to give our opinion. We found a very clean and well maintained hotel, friendly staff, two beautiful pools including a heated, spacious accommodations, a quiet location close to a nice and lively town center in the evening, beautiful and huge beaches nearby, enough to spend a pleasant stay. Two bad points: French is not spoken or written on any display including buffet menus. Then the restoration, we can say that it is only for English customers, we can compare it to the Canteen cuisine, the volume of food could be less important and a little more refined, local dishes should be proposed. (This opinion is that of all French with whom we discussed), but it was still a pleasant stay .

Very average hotel, 1 day on 2 no water to the self obliged to buy the 1.50th bottle at the bar, water problem in the showers too, sunken deckchairs at the pool, aisles which give to the rooms not cleaned, proud of birds for at least 3 weeks, rooms that smell musty, most heated pool in January

Well been hear a week now and must say place is nice but rooms could do with being updated and made more comfortable, food I must say I enjoyed most of the entertainment is French based! And the majority of people hear was British. The French entertainment team didn't ask any British to join in didn't even say hello but 1 youngster who was nice his name is Joran in picture ( white top )

And

If it wasn't for the English boy Kieron who did entertainment for the British and got people involved it would have been a rubbish time at this place entertainment wise! so thanks for the time and effort you put in to making us Brits feel welcome Kieron whatever wages they are paying you boys they should double it and count themselves lucky they got you.

Overall these boys 5stars plus the place 3 stars

The children play at the pool, the parents sunbathe on the sunbeds on the balconies and relax with a view of the pools. Yes it is a family hotel but it is still relaxing anyway. The sun is shining, the view of palm trees and pool a light breeze, what more could you want .... Oh sea, .... Not far away. The rooms mvut, a bit older but OK and the food so mean. It is OK .... You are here on vacation and you do not have to be upset about everything and everyone. It's OK as it is for the price
Have a postponed holiday

We are a party of 15 here for a week.

We are a party of 15 here for a week.
The food is below average. The beer and spirits are awful. 75% of the staff ok but the rest, especially the animation team are rude and only bother with French speaking families. Entertainment is all French. We will not be returning. No wonder Thomas Cook are pulling out.

Hotel well located near the city center.

Hotel well located near the city center.
The flaws of 3 star hotel that in your hotel because poorly insulated, room that felt moisture. They had hidden moisture stains with a stroke of paint in the corners. Presence of roaches "cockroach" in the bathroom, di shot we were to see the home to report them and they give us a bomb anti cockroach .. the pool unheated and lack of tiles in the pool, indescribable smell of water from the 2 pools, sea water and chlorine.l indoor apartments are from another time, the sheets have holes, they are poorly maintained, furniture as well as the finish not top .flexible shower break .la restorations is not top, presences of cockroaches in the restaurant below coffee machines and fruit juice "white grid .in short I do not recommend this hotel. positive point corralejo is the most dynamic city of the islands.

Spacious living space. Kettle and hairdryer provided. Maid service hit and miss. Food reasonable. Entertainment diabolical run by racist French guy who only speaks French and excludes all other nationalities.

My family and I returned from oasis village after having a lovely week in the sun. 2 big salt pools one of which is heated and a children's paddling pool all with plenty of sunbeds. Lots of activities throughout the day and good evening entertainment. Most of the tui reps there mainly speak French and all announcements are made in both French and English. The two hotel animation team reps dani and kieron were amazing!! A real asset to the hotel!! They made an effort to speak to us daily and involve my 10 and 13 year old daughters in their activities which at their age was not a easy task lol. They were so helpful and friendly throughout our stay and as I have been unwell and unable to do alot physically they really made my kids holiday amazing by doing things with them that I was unable to. The food was not always the hottest but plenty of options and kids food provided. Puddings were varied and delicious and lots of drink choice available on the all inclusive option.

The location of this hotel is spot on, aqua park, shops, beach and supermarkets all within walking distance. They have a small shop on site too for snacks drinks and swim items like inflatables and googles.
There are lots of excursion options as close to the harbour and we did an unmissable e bike Ventura bike tour, which with the assistance of powered bikes meant I was actually able to join in with this.

The rooms were big and clean and we had a nice terrace outside our room. Kids sofa beds were basic mattresses which for young children are ideal but my 13 year old was glad to get home to her bed. Mini fridge in the room and safe and lots of space to put your belongings in the bedroom with plenty of hangers and drawers. Overall a fantastic holiday for the price well worth it.

Once again a massive thanks to dani and kieron for making this holiday that extra bit amazing!

Breakfast and food at this place is awful. Full board is not worth the cost. You are better off eating elsewhere. Entertainment is also very bad. Room is not too bad tidy enough. Was also meant to stay at oasis dunas and when we arrived we was moved to oasis village? We went to oasis village for the entertainment as was much better as was the bar and pool.

Had a lovely holiday here room was nice and big but could do with making it more comfy as very basic pools were fab and very clean surrounding. most of activities were in French and if you have young kids all exclusive you have to pay for ice lollies and crisps but overall lovely food nice place right next to water park and main strip where plenty of shops and bars would definitely return

Superb center, but the annimations are not at the rendezvous, lacking break-in .. Spacious room, salt pool unheated. Catering thematic buffet of very good quality. A very good value for money.

Lovely hotel, wonderfull pools and a good restaurant. Fresh and good food the Whole periode. Reception was helpfull and everytime smiling. The rooms must soon get a makeover - the furnitures are old and has "has treir best time" long time ago.

The hotel is okay for a budget all inclusive stay....

The hotel is okay for a budget all inclusive stay. The rooms are large enough for four people, but the extra beds are horrible and squeaky. Rooms are extremely cold in February, so bring a pyjamas!
The pool is nice and there are plenty sun beds.
Wi-Fi is non-existent even though it should be free in the morning.
The restaurant is more like a large canteen and for some reason the curtains were always covering the large windows, so we couldn't enjoy the view or the sunlight. The food is okay, but can get boring. The weekly Canarian food night is excellent though.
The bar is one large, noisy room with all the lights on all evening. Very cold and impersonal. And the cocktails are pre-made and you have five to choose from. Very basic.
Great service though and not far from where the main street starts.
I recommend eating out a night or two, to really get the holiday spirit.
Best for families and senior citizens.

So we were in this hotel as a family and it was quite sufficient. To the criticism points staff I can only say we were very satisfied. Always friendly. The hotel facilities are kept simple, but we went with low demands because we had read the review in advance. To the criticism points such as cleanliness and cleaning lady I can only say that with us daily was cleaned, new towels, garbage emptied, beds made, swept swept etc well the hotel is a bit getting old but sufficient for a family holiday. The area has a lot to offer. A small downtown with great shops and bars Restaurants about 1-2 km away, there is far more like the harbor where you can do a boat tour which we also only recommend action. Many many shopping options just great. Critic points we had are the food. We had all inclusive and were eating every day as the food is unreasonable by German standards. Whether breakfast lunch or dinner, a palate will eat horror. Also the cocktails did not taste :( annoying for all inclusive tourists. As German you are definitely in the sub number predominantly French, British, Scots I met a family German spoke otherwise the food as the entertainment everything for French and English Conclusion is that we all in all had a good time in the outside there were a lot of great attractions the place is top next time vll another hotel.

The hotel is dated but well maintained. Staff are very efficient and friendly. Rooms very large. Food is on the whole good and I managed to find something to eat most days but ran out of options on the last but one day and ate out. Swimming pools very good. My only real complaint is about the lack of facilities for the evening. There is just one large room that is like a working men's club with one bar. The mini disco every night is just the same old songs and dances every night. The bingo is of no interest to me and the entertainment is dreadful. The seating area outside is mainly used by smokers and I have no wish to sit there passive smoking. We visited this hotel 3 years ago and nothing has changed. We have suggested to the hotel that in one of the large empty areas they could put some tables and chairs so that non-smokers who do not wish to be "entertained" but would just like a drink and a chat to be able to use. We have carried our drinks to the outside pool bar or back to our room but this is not satisfactory. There is plenty of unused space at the hotel and it would make for a much better environment in the evening. Many other guests shared out comments. There is also a small conference room next to the large club room that used to be used for the welcome meetings but doesn't seem to be used any longer. Perhaps that could be turned into a lounge for non-smokers - just an idea. In view of this we will not be returning to the Oasis - we feel that 2 visits later and no improvement that we can find something more suitable which is a shame.

Pool, location and appartments are great for it's price. Really recommend this hotel for people which don't wanna pay that much (or lay the whole week on the hotel pool and eat the okay'ish to bad food which is all-inclusive )
