Clean and comfortable, minimalistic rooms, BUT no filter coffee in the rooms. Only the "loft" apparently. A request for filter coffee at reception was negative. For the price, it is a poor show.

Blocked vanity drain. Mis-managed card keys. There were 8 of us staying in 4 different rooms. None of our card keys worked. When we lined up and asked for replacement at the front desk, the question from the staff was Did you place them next to the phone? . Come on! There were 16 useless keys. Were they all being placed next to the phone? You don't blame the customers. Just fix it or swallow it.

Stunning welcome, rooms, comfort and location, although not central in CBD offers an hourly shuttle to V&A Waterfront. Uber is about +/-ZAR50 into town (less than 3 Euros!). Brilliant breakfast, lovely staff.

What is there to say except you have to be here to experience it. This is what i would call a WOW EXPERIENCE!!!
Love it. Love it. Love it!!!
Rooms spacious, room service amazing, food even more amazing!
Staff so helpful and just so so friendly.
Please make this must stopover when you visit Woodstock in Cape Town.

Nice hotel, contemporary and very modern. Great service and attention to guests. Problems are that rooms are small, smaller than other Hotels of the same class. Light outside bathroom wasn't working, explained to chambermaid and front desk, after 4 nights still not resolved. Told the views are excellent, however not all rooms have a decent view
On the plus side the WiFi service is top notch and connectivity is excellent.
The cookie as you arrive is a nice gimmick and the complimentary glass of wine if you are a Hilton Honours members is a nice touch, however if you're a non drinker like myself there is no other complimentary option.
Would I stay here again? If coming in for business maybe, the WiFi connectivity is a big plus. Personally, with family, not sure really.

Shuttles to harbor mis-coordinated, lights inoperable in the bathroom, NO coffee maker (or lobby coffee), rooms very small, door sticks/hard to open. Generally, Hilton should remove their name from this property if they want to have ANY legitimacy.

My girlfriend and I were treated very well by the staff. They were friendly and helpful. But we both were expecting accomodations a bit more modern for a Hilton hotel. Also in the last minute we discovered that there was a swimming pool even though we looked for one in the signs and some other places.

As someone who has visited the hotel and the inside of the rooms but does not pay to live there, I can say that it is a very nice location and rooms are gorgeous, especially the flats on the upper floors. The high-rise flats also have spacious balconies that give beautiful views of the city. I'm not sure what the pricing is here, though.

The location, while being reasonably accessible, doesn't offer much close by attractions and the area is not ideal for a stroll at night. However, the hotel is well appointed and the staff are very friendly and professional. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and modern. I would give it 5 stars if it was in a slightly better location. Having said that, there is easy access to many of the local attractions anyway.

It is an integrated space, IT, clothing retail, restaurant. Cafeteria, located in a design hub and art studio environment. Vibey, hip contemporary, very 1970's design. Friendly staff, parking is excellent.

Very nice hotel. The location are not so great for such a hotel. The staff are very friendly and the service good. The conference facilities are very good. The food are excellent. This place is highly recommended.

OK

The hotel itself is ok.

The hotel itself is ok.
However the restaurant is horrific, terrible service every time. Sometimes the restaurant is empty but waiters will still ignore you for up to half an hour before ai much as acknowledging you.
The state of the toilet is pathetic. No water or soap. Some toilets don't have water to flush, it smells disgusting and the surfaces are sticky. It's been this way for months and still no change.
I do not reccomend going here
