It's located centrally in Brussels. Short distance to key locations. It's right it front of the Grand Central train station. That also makes it extremely convenient. The drawback is that it can be a little messy in front of the hotel with all the foot traffic.

Good location. But if you pay a lot for a hotel, you also expect that you will get something.

- No free WiFi
- breakfast costs E 20, - or E 30, -
- Garage E 15 per day

And the windows cannot open!

I had a nice one night stay at the Hilton Brussels. Service was cordial and professional. The room was clean and of high standard. The TV was one of the largest flat screen tvs I have seen in a hotel room so far. That was appreciated.

At the bar near the reception I had a Westmalle double beer. The unfortunate thing was that it was served in a large wine glass instead of the proper Westmalle glass as it should have been. I asked for a change of glass, but they did not have the proper glasses available, so I got an Affligem glass instead! I thought that it is common knowledge in Belgium that a Belgian beer is always served in a proper beer spesific glass, or not served at all. Please make sure that your bar is properly stocked in the future.

Very good and nice hotel with a warm atmosphere where you will be welcomed with all due respect. Beautifully renovated Executive rooms, an excellent surprise dinner with champagne and matching wines. Nice quiet ambiance in the Executive Lounge, stylish, attractive, friendly. Reason to come back for sure.

Excellent well maintained hotel right in the middle of everything; across from the central station (easy airport access). nice views to be had from rooms. Executive lounge (even though breakfast options could be better).Walking distance to all the restaurants and main tourist areas. My stay here absolutely felt upscale and the staff was friendly.

Well-appointed hotel in an ideal location. Attentive staff. Just steps from the Central Station to catch a train, and only a 10-minute walk to the Grand Place. This is my favorite hotel in Brussels.

The hotel is right facing to the central station, you can walk to the great palace wthin 10 mins. The location is great.
The check in experience was intersting, as a diamond member I tried to see if possibility for an upgrade to Suit, the reception lady was
hesitated and said there was no suite availabe today, which is totally a lie. All type of suite rooms were availabe on their website even when I checked by late night on the day. In the end she was still considerable to give me two executive rooms connected to each other. The room is clean and view is good. The breakfast is very good, there are a lot of choices.
However, I think Hilton needs to train the employees for a better reason for rejecting an upgrade to suite for diamond member when availability is apparently not an applicable excuse.

Hospitality that lives up to the tradition of Hilton hotels.
However the room was clean but nothing more.
In the bathroom no hair dryer (but there was the holder).
The lighting in the entrance cabinet was not working.
No replacement of shampoos and shower gels, even when they are finished (the empty bottles had been placed in the sink)

Location was great, breakfast staff was friendly but all my pleasant stay was destroyed by an immature front desk staff who take care of check out.
She treated customer so rude and only think of procedure without any care of customer experience.
The worst hotel staff I have ever experienced.
She refused to correct banquet fee on my bill insisted that I need to proof by having my agency providing her an evidence by email at 6:15 am Sunday morning,
She said IT S YOUR PROBLEM!!.
I was not happy so I requested to talk to manager, she said she is and threw her name badge in front of me.
Finally I managed to give her an evidence, so she unpleasantly processed a refund.
She then threw a receipt in front of me and left the counter immediately without any apologize or greeting.
This is not the way Hilton staff should treat your guest. I am really disappointed.

Very well placed, opposite the train station and a few minutes from the main square. The whole staff is of a kindness and a professionalism remarks. Excellent breakfast!
Less than the hotel, the closing times of the bar and restaurant that close too early (22:00 for the restaurant, 00:00 for the bar)

Very well located, right next to the central train station and just over a hundred meters from the Grand Place. Design is a little old fashioned. Good state of conservation and quite well soundproofed. Attentive and discreet reception service. Reasonable price

Perfect location. Ideal for those with limited mobility to be close to many of Brussels attractions. Rooms big enough to fit a rolator /stroller.
I always thought that hotel restaurants woukd be either bland or expensive. But given that you pay around 19E for a burger and chips by the grand market, or a nearby pub the restranant at the Hilton is great value for quality food. The bar was pleasant in the evening, and useful to go back to in the day when mobility is bad. Great staff too.

Bad performance for a Hilton, especially at this price.

We mainly pay for the location, but not the quality of the service.

The executive room is a normal room, no more.
At the reception, I spoke French but the person at the reception refused to answer me in French and did not make the effort to ask a francophone to take over. A smile would not have been too much.
However, the reception is the first impression we get from the hotel.

On the other hand, the breakfast is very good, of quality and very varied. The staff is also very pleasant and smiling.

Too bad I may have fallen on the wrong person at the reception, and on the wrong room ...

Very luxurious, friendly staff. Great food, great location, you are in the middle of too many attractions that you must see, not pricey for the luxury you enjoy. I highly recommend it

I'm a Hilton Gold member and frequent traveller here in Brussels for five nights. On check-in I asked for a quiet room. No upgrade was offered so I got a standard King room which came complete with many hours of hammer drilling somewhere downstairs. It's even happening now at 7:30pm.
Yesterday, I ran a bath after work and the water was barely warm, certainly not hot. My room thermostat doesn't heat, even if I set it to maximum, and so the room is always too cold. Half the time I can't take off my jacket.
I ate in the bar today and I clearly asked for a burger with no cheese. They brought me a burger dripping in cheese. When I pointed this out there was no apology, he just took the burger away, removed most of the cheese and brought it back a few minutes later, a little colder and still containing some cheese.
The location is excellent, breakfast has so far been OK, the room is also just OK, certainly not luxurious (except for the bed which is pretty decent). I have no complaints about housekeeping. Overall I am rather disappointed and won't be coming back to this hotel.

I love the location right next to the train station and easy walk to grand place, and other sights. Had an overnight layover and wanted to get away from the airport.

Room was roomy and comfortable overlooking a courtyard so it was quiet. Breakfast was nice, lots of options and friendly staff.

Would definitely stay here again vs the airport Sheraton for a layover. 18 euros to be closer to sights and better dining options well worth the extra 20 minutes on a train.

During a stay in Brussels we used the parking lot near the Hilton and took advantage for a drink in the magnificent setting of this hotel. Small flat anyway for the toilets on the ground floor which will require permanent cleaning.

Compliments to the whole staff and thanks for all the good treats.

This hotel was a meeting place. Great that this hotel has a free toilet. The staff at the reception is very friendly, the girls gave a paper map and the indicators on it are the main attractions
