Fantastic hotel near popular sites. Great staff, great room, great location. Would stay here again no question.

Great location. Friendly and efficient staff. It needs better in the infrastructures namely wc. Spacious rooms, well cleaned with good beds.

Great location, only a five minute walk from the Grand Place and right across the square from Brussels central station.

Hotel is in need of an upgrade, but the newer rooms are incredible and the service is great. Big thanks to Alex and Lien Dao - the duty managers that took care of us. We'll be back for sure!

the service was great but the hotel was too old TV did not work properly price too high.

Hotel is situated in a good place and so many restaurants outside too to have good authentic European food. Hilton is also very near to Grand Palace which is one of the most important tourist attractions..Staff is very accommodative and friendly.

It is in a good location in front of Central Station and has good security. Room cleaning and furnishings are in good condition. The beds are very large and I can sleep well. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

Not really impressive and the staff was partly unprofessional for this kind of hotel. But you can't be totally wrong by spending some days at a Hilton.

The Place Was Easy to find. the hotel itself was just as expected for a Hilton Hotel. Their Breakfast was also really delicious

Excellent location Gaddamham metro station .. And Rahm the old street of shopping and restaurants .. Their service is very good Treat them with the children give them colors and draw the horses are Hadid and the same thing at breakfast in the corner of toys

Great hotel, great breakfast. The staff is very friendly and the location was great. The hotel approach is difficult, you have to go to the underground garage Grand Place .. We had lounge access. The stay was great, especially the room and the beds.

I stayed at the Hilton Brussels Grand Place with my husband.
We had the pleasure of having an upgrade of our room, great surprise we were staying in a superb king size suite (probably because of overbooking ...)
The suite was spacious, bright ... however the blue carpet on the floor was not to my taste apart from this small detail everything was perfect.
Breakfast is plentiful but it gets very busy between 8:30 am and 9:30 am.
The hotel is ideally located for shopping, you will be approximately 15 minutes walk from luxury boutiques and 5 minutes from Zara H&M shops ....
In short, the Hilton Grand Place is the ideal hotel for a city trip to Brussels, I will be delighted to stay there again with my husband.

I always stay in Hilton when visit Brussels: the location is perfect, rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, breakfasts are good, you can even find a nice Champaign in the hotel bar. And the Central station is right across the square - so easy to go to the airport, Brugge, Gent or anywhere els. Just perfect!

Best location. Across the Brussels Central Station, 5 min walk to the Grand Place, museums, hard rock cafe and famous attractions. The hotel is clean, rooms are bigger, housekeeping is great, restaurant and bar are helpful, the lounge and breakfast area are yummy and wait staffs are professional. We had dinner here and the food is delicious. I would stay here again.

While the style and location of the hotel are good, the hotel is old and in need of modernization.
In my room there was a door that was fallen.
The staff's attention is also not what I'm used to at other Hilton hotels, they could show more initiative.

Clean rooms comfortable and well equipped. Good breakfast and good bar service. The receptionists are professionals peri that does not mean that they made us wait more than two hours for two rooms.

The bed is wonderful ... especially the pillows, in my life I slept so well!

No wifi in the room. Even if there was you'd have to pay for it.

Even amid construction.... room with older woodwork was nice and clean. Matthew at front desk was amazingly customer focused. Was able to check in early and was personally escorted to a complimentary breakfast.

WISHED I COULD GIVE 10STARS
No matter where i will be in Brussels i must always stay at any other Hiltons,but the Grand is still on my toplist due to their Awesome service from the Receptionist to House Keepers.
Everyone is Kind and helpful.

Very nice, quiet clean hotel. Rooms area a decent size with ensuite facilities. Includes extras like hairdryer and ironing board. Only 1 minute from the train station and 4 minutes from the spectacular Grand Place

Old beaten down furniture, a mix that does not go together. Window does not open. Room has not been made by 2:30pm... No hot water. But clean! Still,
cannot recommend.

The room is reasonably sized and reasonable. The lounge is a shame, and it is better to stop going for this. Breakfast seems to be normal as Hilton. Location is good, but cospa is not good as a whole.

One of the worst hotels in Brussels with tags on the walls, drunkards urinating on the walls. Very sad.

The hotel is new and clean. The location was good, close to the train station, shopping, pubs and other attractions/things to see. The staff were friendly.However, it is NOT a safe location. My backpack got stolen INSIDE the hotel LOBBY,I lose my laptop,my son's iPad,Nintendo Switch, total almost 6K USD. I know I should pay more attention and I did outside street. I though it is 4 star hotel and not crowded, I can relax a bit . Obviously I were TOTALLY WRONG. I hope another people don't make same mistake like me.

Stayed there for a few days! Awesome location- almost on to the Brussels central station itself. Very spacious rooms & good crowd!
