Staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Room was clean, and sized right for the two of us. Service exceptional as all our needs we're accommodated quickly. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you can afford it.

Excellent, tidy rooms, unfortunately with a connecting door letting us participate at every word our neighbours were saying at 7 o'clock on a saturday. Breakfast very good, fresh waffles and passion fuits, tea assortment could have been better.
Outstanding location with very friendly staff. The bathrooms in the guest could prove to be hazardous...door stop on floor by shower - ouch!
In front of the central station as a base for your trip
Great Hilton, it is a very busy hotel with some wear here and there. The staff, however, do their utmost to do well for their customers. The food & beverage staff in particular does an excellent job. No question is too crazy for them. Excellent executive lounge. The location is right in the tourist center of Brussels and therefore perfect. Parking is also advantageous with 14 euros per 24h directly below the hotel. Recommended all in all
An elegant and attractive hotel in the centre of Brussels.
A Hilton means something... great location just beside the railway station (which takes you to the airport in a smooth way). Also close to some (most) of the tourist musts in Brussels. Walking distance to the European Parliament and several of the EC places. The hotel itself is great usually a great breakfast but now during Covid really disappointing they really dont try. They also have a gym which lacks a WC...
Such a poor experience in the lobby bar & restaurant.
The waiters are ignoring clients, very slow, it took 15 minutes to even see a waiter we had to make a move to attract his attention even after 15 mins. Communication is poor, unprofessional.
I wouldn't recommend to anyone who expect quality.

I love having a drink at the bar or eating at the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff.

The more I stay the less I like it. The staff are sometimes arrogant and don't take well questions. The rooms could be cleaner. Breakfast is overcharged. Barely OK for business. Could improve customer relationship, friendliness, human quality.

All around great property. Everything is up to date and works to create a nice stay. The only problem with it is the air conditioning is poor to nonexistent

The location is the best in Brussels and is 100 meters from the train station, for transportation to Ghent, Brugge and the airport.
The rooms (520) are old fashioned and desperately needed an upgrade.

Excellent hotel for a weekend in Brussels. Centrally located opposite the Sentraal Station, and across the road from the Brewdog bar. All central sites are within walking distance, including the magnificent Delirium Taphouse. Clean, spacious rooms with good WiFi. I'll be back!
Very convenient location, going under renovation these days but a classic Hilton experience that you will feel familiar if you are a frequent Hilton customer.

Poor service, very unreasonable price.
I asked for a microwave to heat some food, but because of their policy reason, I couldn t use it. A man from reception said, food from outside may cause MICROBE. I wonder what kind of policy is this. How does that make sense? The interesting thing is, I have asked for the same thing at Hilton Paris Opera just a few days before and it wasn't a problem. Can 4 star hotel s policy varies from country to country?
Difficult to be closer to the central railway station.
Hotel located in an unbeatable location (in front of the central station and a step away from the monuments of the center).
The rooms and beds are spacious and well-kept. The bathrooms are a bit old but they are comfortable.
Breakfast is unbeatable with everything (you can even make yourself a waffle).
The friendliness and diligence of the staff is the most remarkable.
The chocolate shop in the hotel's own base requires a visit (and eating the "apple" they have).
Great location, friendly staff however the use of central air, which means one is unable to regulate the temperature in their room, is disappointing in today's day and age, especially from a renowned hotel chain such as the Hilton.
For my trip to brussels Belgium, I would have to say this hotel was amazing. Everything was conveniently located in the area. Great foodie places located just merely meters away from the front. The hotel was very accomodating to my needs while i stayed there i could not have asked for a better place to stay. The biggest plus was that the centeral station was directly in front of the hotel making it super easy to sight see farther areas of brussels.
The staff were very nice and helped us find the local hot spots. Would stay again.
