Hotel for pretentious people. Very nice but attention to the required deposit from the reception for the mini-bar in the room, It is quite pepper and is required for every day of accommodation! I have not been informed beforehand.

Located directly opposite Brussels Central Station, people with large luggage who don't want to go too far can consider this one. The interior of the room is tidy, the double bed is king size, it is hard, and the support is good. Bathroom preparations are relatively sunny (but the brand is elegant). When I checked out, I found a blue elf store behind the hotel. Unfortunately, I had to catch a plane to visit.

Here for a congres. Nice hotel with a lot off nice staff. Food and coffee is very good. The bar of the hotel is fancy.
If you're traveling by train, this is THE PLACE to stay in Brussels. Walk out of the central station, and the hotel entry is right there. Not even a street to cross! Friendly staff, nice rooms, cozy lobby bar, and a well stocked Executive Lounge if you have access. Easy walk to all the sights in the city as well.

The Hilton Grand Place Brussels is a haven of peace. The decor is sumptuous. The food and drinks are of quality. The staff is very attentive to your needs and quality service. The bedding is most comfortable and the rates are interesting. Very good experience during this stay. This is not the first Hilton we stay at but probably one of our favorites

Such a wonderful stay. This Hilton has an awesome location right by the train station and is right in the center of everything! The room had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. Service was great, we couldn t have asked for anything more.
Hotel near the train station and 5 minutes to the Grand Square, to the airport 15 minutes by train, so the location is outstanding. Affordable prices. Clean, helpful and meets every request. Tasty food. Not for people who need silence during the night. Due to the location, until late at night (1.2 at night) you can listen to live concerts.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lobby is nice, but rooms are a little dated. No pool or spa. Bar closes at midnight even for guests.
As in previous reviews, great location, lovely rooms so no problems with that however we had no room service whatsoever! There were hardly any guests because of the pandemic, and to be fair to them we agreed room service every other day with reception. We didn't get any, no clean, dry towels which are a must really, until I rang one evening twice before we were brought some, no bathroom cleaning, nothing. The excuse was not many staff, fair enough, but room service is included in the price and is what hotel guests expect, not a bathroom with a heap of damp, used towels!! Other than that we had a great time, lovely city, well worth a visit.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely bar and restaurant. Excellent food and though the foyer restaurant is a bit limited all the items ordered were delicious. We had the octopus and salad and some soup. Really well made Location wise this is right outside the Brussels main station and a quick 5 mins will take you to the Grand place and all the excellent tourist hops.

Much better from the inside than the outside. Lovely room, great check in and probably one of the best executive lounges. However, due to its proximity to a station and downtown Brussels it was very loud outside during the night with revellers wandering about.

Very nice hotel, renewed and in a perfect position right opposite to train Central Station 10-15 min from Brussels airport for arrivals by train (train ticket 9 Euros and taxi around 50 Euros). Very friendly staff and superb food. 5 minutes walk from Grand Place...all near, Hop on -Hop off buses right around the corner. Tram 10 min fom the hotel and a beautiful park. Cathedral right 5 min from the hotel. Highly recommended.

We had planned a flight into Brussels so we could check in early and enjoy the hotel. Instead we had to take a flight to Paris and take the train in (thanks to the terrorists damaging the airport). I was so dissapointed we didn't get in until really late and had to check out early to catch another train. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was so friendly, I felt so disappointed we didn't get to really enjoy our stay, which had absolutely nothing to do with the hotel. It was adjacent to the train station which was nice. My husband and I would love to stay here again with a little more time to enjoy our stay. Our room was lovely and very clean, great shower as well.
A hotel that includes all the latest technology. However, it also has an outdated air, balancing the old and the new giving it a special charm. The maximum advantage is the proximity to the central station!

Very convenient for the front of Central Station. There is a supermarket next to it, and it was also correct to use Grand Plus because it was nearby. There is no staff who can speak Japanese, but they will respond in English. The front staff is very kind.

Pretty good hotel. Nice breakfast and nice rooms. Bit expensive in terms of price quality but luckily there was an offer. It also has a great location in the middle of the city. Very easy to reach from the station, parking is a bit trickier here.

Very good location, spacious room and impeccable service
We stayed for the second time at Hilton Grand Place. We had lunch in restaurant Sentro. Interesting lunch menu with excellent (spacious) dishes. We sat at one of the tables in the curve of the room with a view of the outside. Great places, in contrast to the places elsewhere in this space that are a bit close together. We can highly recommend it.

Stayed here last December. A short walk from the train station if you take the train from the airport. Located in the middle of everything you need, food, Christmas market, train station, art museums, fries, Carrefour, everything within walking distance. We used the executive lounge almost everything during happy hours to past times, great variety of snacks and drinks.
Breakfast if fabulous! Freshly made hot food and different kind of bread to choose from. Staffs are friendly and helpful, room service was quick.
Will stay here again when we come back next time!

The hotel where the night view of the Grand-Place's Town Hall tower which is one of the three big plazas which are said to be the most beautiful plaza in the world is beautiful scene.
Nice location, good hotel clean. Everything is just around you. I mean shop wise. The only problem here is the parking, if you travel with your car of course, it will add a bit in your bill. It is a public car park the hotel has no car park. You can access the hotel from the car park. I think that is nice.
