Had a reservatiom, called for verification king bed room from fromt desk. I arrive there I check in and walk through the room only to find out the air conditioner system is broken I try to call the front desk the phone is broken as well. I walked back up to the front desk after driving 6 hours on the road only for them to tell me they will give me a fan for the room. unbelievable horriable service. Why didnt they call me and give me a heads up on the fact half the hotel had no hvac working. DO NOT GO THERE...

Had a relaxing stay, good view from room, and a nice breakfast. So far all was great. :-)
On the other hand I had made the room reservation for three adults, but the room was setup with two glasses and two paper cups for coffee. In other words the room was setup with a service for two people.
What was the third member of our party suppose to do? That messed up our toasts and other activities scheduled for that weekend. ;-(

Made reservation due to work travel last week. The parking situation is terrible. You either have to park at the top of the hill and watch your luggage make it to the front door before you or Park underground and get a complete workout climbing up the hill for the front door. The hotel is under construction and no one said a word when I booked. The rooms are dirty and filled with gnats. I'd give this place a zero if I could

Location is convenient - one highway stop away from a number of places to eat, as well as one stop away from the train station. Rooms are quaint and clean, although I'm not a fan of the TV remote and system.

This was a very pleasant experience. Only one glitch. There was no hot water in the bathroom. We changed rooms at midnight . Had to pack everything up and move our selves. Recd free breakfast as compensation

This place is horrible. Charged me $19.15 for a single cocktail!! In Dedham!! This isn't back Bay. This isn't financial district. No indications of these ridiculous prices. I feel ripped off!!

It was very cold. The service people were great. But even the lobby was freezing, The fireplace didn't work in the lobby. The bathroom was so cold, that we couldn't take
showers . We had a corner suite.

Clean hotel, friendly and very accommodating staff...

Clean hotel, friendly and very accommodating staff. Without reservation for dinner for 12 people, restaurant manager opened another room and waited on us himself. Food was excellent and kids loved the indoor swimming pool. Definitely staying here again next time we're in the area.

The king bedroom is spacious and well-appointed. Our room did not have a tub, but the shower is lovely. The welcome service is excellent. There are many amenities available to those who stay including an indoor pool.

I have been running a meeting here for the past 2 ...

I have been running a meeting here for the past 2 days. The people here are friendly, courteous and go out of their way to see you're happy. There is more than enough restrooms and very clean, which can be an issue with large groups. The executive chef Steve Ali is a very accommodating person and wants our function to run smooth, so he checks in regularly.

Big hotel that is hard to get into. Parking is far away from the door and the place looks very dated. Staff is OK.
Update 9/24/17:
Big fancy hotel that is much more worried about making their numbers look good than making things comfortable for their guests. I ordered delivery and when it arrived I was informed that the delivery guy was not allowed to come up to my room. I had to walk down and meet him in the lobby and then carry my food back upstairs. Shouldn't be a big deal but when I asked why, I was told it was for my security (I HATE when greedy companies try to use me as their reason for putting me out) they said that they don't want people walking around the hotel because if one of those people rob me, I will probably sue the hotel. I laughed and pointed out that I walked by them twice and no one asked me who I was or why I was here so why are they worried about the pizza guy? All three people behind the counter Shrugged their shoulders and said they don't know and they don't make the policy. True enough. The only answer that makes sense is they want to make it hard for you to get food delivered to your room so that you can pay ridiculous prices for low-quality food from their room service or the hotel in the restaurant. I have little use for hotels that put their profitability over my needs. I won't be staying here again.

I have been here for 5 days. They never replenshed the coffee supplies, toiletries, toilet paper or hand towels. It was only after my second complaint that they sent the specific items to my room. Also, they don't vacuum or, if they do, it's poorly done, because there's debris on the floor.

The parking is only at one end of the hotel so, unless you're on that end of the property, it's a hike in and out every day.

The remote is not user friendly with the TV and there's no guide.

The beds are nice, the view is nice, the location is convenient, and the staff is nice, although they made no effort to make me a satisfied customer.

All in all, I'm not sure how they stay in business. It may not be this property's fault, entirely. I feel like the Hilton has gone down hill, in general. I need to rethink my preferred loyalty program and it's definitely clear to me now why my company refuses to use this hotel for their events, meetings and trainings.
