Check in was at 3 and we arrived at 4 the room was not ready. A hotel this large should be prepared for guests. The executive suites comes with free night time hors d'oeuvres and a free breakfast... Both were extremely disappointing. I have been to Holliday inn Express with a far better breakfast for more then a 3rd the price. It's just very strange for such a beautiful hotel to be so unprepared and have such lacking food.

The hotel itself feels very high quality my experience there was very pleasant. My only problem is the parking. Very confusing as to where to park because a lot of it is blocked off and only one area that we found had an entry point.

Our brand new Denali truck was stolen out of the valet parking lot. The hotel manager didn t even have the decency to come out of his office and talk to my husband. The bill reflected the valet parking - terrible.

Beautiful art work through out the hotel. Jade water pool was fun without being overwhelming like a fun blown water park. The breakfast and h'dovers were kind of okay, not that great. The rooms were small and outdated.

Had my worst Hilton experience here a few nights ago. As a diamond member, I was upsold to a larger room in the towers building. It turned out to be an interior conference room with a Murphy bed. No windows to outside. No working lamps or outlets near bed. I can't believe they even sell these as rooms. They only way they "will make it right" is stop selling them.

It was horrible from the get go. An hour and a half after check in our room still wasn't ready. After complaining to the front desk about the wait they moved us to another room. We had reserved a room on the 26th floor (executive floor) facing the highway which we knew would be a great view. They moved us to a room on the 14th floor (not executive floor) facing the side of the atrium building. On top of this while waiting we let the kids swim which the front desk said was ok. However we got attitude trying to get into the pool and while my husband and I ordered a drink while the kids swam... There was really only one restaurant to eat at. It was good but we ate it for lunch and dinner. Ser would've been ridiculous for a family of 4. There is a bar and grill at the pool but it was outrageously priced. I feel we we're very mislead by the website and how much there actually was to do there. I wasn't happy at all. We will NOT go back.

For close to 600 dollars for 2 nights, this hotel lacked alot of quality when it came to rooms, it seems most of the funds go towards upkeep in the lobby areas and landscaping honestly. The pricing of drinks, and the food is sky high. And to note, every hotel I've stayed at in my entire life plus 3 other countries have always offered free breakfast, to find out they dont, and charge 8 dollars for a bagel was shocking. We had to move rooms twice our first night, one cause we found a roach (and that room had an awesome pool view) and moved to a room that reaked of cigarettes. They ended up taking that night off our stay, and I hate to complain about that but for a 4 star hotel it was kinda unacceptable. The pool area is really nice though, water is clean as it can be life guards seem to be paying good attention.

Room service is a long wait but that's understandable. The house keepers and the gentleman at the lazy river were the nicest. All around the kids had a great time and its comfortable. The food is way to expensive for what it is

Went to a conference at the hilton anatole. The conference was awesome, food was great, staff was very helpful in finding which room each presentation was being held in. Overall great place.

I stayed for 4 nights attending a disease advocacy organization conference. Our handicap-accessible room was spacious and conference centers were easily accessible. Shops and food were within walking distance but were outrageously priced. It took about 8 minutes for our water to get hot, and though our air conditioner ran the entire time, the temperature in our room never dropped below 76. Staff did try to address these issues, but I feel the AC unit was just undersized for the space and could not keep up. Staff also suggested, if we want it cooler, we should keep the lights off. For such a high-end, high-priced hotel, I expected better. These issues have never happened to me at much more affordably-priced establishments.

Stayed here .... the room was clean food a bit pricey but you can get pizza delivered to your room from outside. The spa is devine ... got a complimetary bottle of wine and a cheese platter ( when you book a lovers night package) breakfast is generous. Loved the location great for a weekend away with kids. Thank you hilton!

Very bad customer support and ridiculous processes. Someone used the restaurant and put my room number on the bill and the hotel charged me. Despite of giving my signature proof, providing all the documents they asked for and following up repeatedly; the customer support personal doesn't respond. Very un-cooperative.
Be careful if you stay here; its free food for restaurant eaters. They just need to enter a random room number and then its on you!!!

*Spectacular, responsive* service. Room was nice, view of the Skyline was great. Heating/cooling very responsive. Beautiful facility. The holiday lights were lovely, as well. Parking was somewhat confusing, but adequate & easy to get to. Truly a delightful experience.

First room REEKED of smoke. They were kind enough to move us. Second room had an issue with the safe which we reported evry day for a week. Although they said someone would take care of it each and every time, nobody ever did. Our coffee maker didn't work - also reported but never fixed. We decided to move to the much nicer (and much less expensive - like half!) Renaissance for the end of our stay. Wish we had made that move sooner!

I have to agree with one of the other reviews here .. the walk thru to get to the main area where Quakecon is located is far and you have to walk thru a pile of smokers... I wuld hope for something better to be honest with you. Intersting though I can stay at the doubletree right down the street fora fraction of the costs and DT is a really nice place to crash. I dont think I will be staying at the Hilton anytime soon but I will visit for Quakecon though. sigh my gaming addition.

Overall speaking, the hotel was great for convention and family stays. However, I am concerned about the honesty of the staff. I had a meeting in the morning of 11/12/17. My wife offered to pack my clothes for me. She did not know that I had a pair of fairly new pants and dress shirt in one of the drawers. In the morning of 11/13/17, I discovered my pants and shirt were not in the suitcase. My wife called the hotel right away and was told the room had not been rented out. However, the pants and shirt were nowhere to be found. If the room had not been rented out and my items were nowhere to be found, who would be the likely suspect? Can anyone trust that individual to clean their rooms?

Great views, unfortunately did not get to experience the pool since the weather was too cold, but we still had to pay the 25/night resort fees. Front desk upgraded us to a higher floor due to diamond status. Overall pretty good experience. Executive lounge on 25th floor had great appetizers from 5-7 but the morning breakfast was a bit lacking.
