Wonderful convention Hotel with astounding spaces, remarkably good food, polite staff throughout the entire facility and a great location. Highly recommended for your stay or any event that you would plan in the Dallas-Fort Worth area

Excellent decor does not make up for the lack of food options. Just paid $13 dollars for a barely mediocre iceberg salad (that is probably worth $3) and the starbucks doesn't even taste like coffee.

I forgot to mention the STAINS on my bed.. It would seem to me with white sheets dark brown stains are noticeable.

I should have waited until today, July 7, 2015 to write my review because there was ANOTHER charge on my credit card for parking.. Parking was FREE with the event I participated in... But after closing my account they decided to charge my card again.. I was told the front desk manager would call my bank and release the funds.. I called THREE times to see if this was done and was told THREE times that it was. Guess what? It wasn't!!! I Calle my bank personally and they had the call from the previous day for the funds that were added to my account in error but NO CALL FOR TODAY..... So basically, I was just LIED TO!!!!! My bank graciously released the hold and funds were available IMMEDIATELY!!!!! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN...

I stayed for two nights for a work trip. Rooms were nice but nothing special. The hotel looks amazing and is huge. Has multiple pools and large fitness area. Everyone was helpful. There are some pretty good food options nearby (walking distance). My only complaint is I stayed on the tenth floor and it didn't have any AC in the halls.

We stay at the Anatole once a year for a conference and it's always wonderful! The staff is super helpful and the accommodations are wonderful. I have tried food from the Media and the Counter and they are both great! Obviously a bit pricey, but no worse than any other resort food. Hoping to go back this summer and try out the new water park!!!

If you haven t been since the complete RE-model, then go stay a night and see. The entire hotel has been remodeled but stayed true to the Tranmel Crow vision of a grand place to stay and get to experience many pieces of the Crow Family s personal Asian Art collection.

I never felt welcomed, all other guess received welcoming packages except us. The room wasn t that nice okay at best. I guess culturally things would have different, if we were. Not good, felt out of place. NEVER AGAIN!

We had a few positives and negatives from our stay. I had booked a room without knowing there was a convention going on at the hotel at the time of our stay (not really a big deal). The problem was trying to park to go up to our room. I was sent to 3-4 different parking assistants that were supposed to help me find a parking spot as I was staying at the hotel. We went by several parts of the lot that had open spots, but were told we couldnt park there because the lot was full. I tried to explain that I had a room and wasnt there for just the convention. And each lot that I was sent to for a spot would just send me to a different employee. It was quite obnoxious, but the convention was quite large so I understood the need. After getting into our spot and getting into our room it went much smoother. Our room was nice and clean. We upgraded our room and had free parking and free access to a light buffet just a few floors above us. With the convention the elevators were also very busy and had up to a 10 minute wait to go down. A little inconvenient with a little baby at the time, but not that big of deal. We would stay here again. There is a nice little walk way behind the hotel by the pool that had a relaxing atmosphere.

I was just looking at the bar rooms to see if I want to have a wedding there the rooms were OK the service was OK but they did not have the people there we need to talk to on the weekends they only work Monday through Friday you might want a representative back and work on the weekends so you don't miss out on business

Great rooms, friendly service, good parking. Didn't get to visit the water park but I've heard it's nice. Great location and easy to find off the highway. Will definitely be visiting again!

One of my favorite places in DFW. I have been here as a hotel guest, as a conference attendee and sometimes just stop by to admire the art and historical artifacts. It is as much a museum as it is a hotel and conference center. It you have never been, take some time to check it out. While there is no entry fee to get into the hotel, you will have to pay for parking.

Carpet was coming loose on both sides of our rooms entry way. Tub dripping when we arrived. A plate was ignored in the hall until I had asked for it to be picked up three times. The plate was outside our room when we arrived. Staff was very cordial, and if this had been a La Quinta I was probably not be critical, but this is a $200+ per night room. If I was paying for the room I stayed in I was have insisted on being moved to avoid looking at loose carpet.

The place is very nice, a little pricey, but the rooms need a little extra updating in the bathrooms. The hotel seems to block the Fox channel with all the news channels available- interesting

beautiful lobby. was here for an event so we didn't stay. love the artwork. overworked (at times) valets were still very professional. $25 valet, when handicap parking is a football field away, is a complete rip-off. didn't realize I needed to bring my wheelchair or pay $25 to park for 45 minutes. yup...crazy, huh?

I called to make a reservation for my daughter's wedding, they tried to charge more than the online pricing, and the guy was extremely rude. I have no choice but to stay at this property for my daughter, will be booking online and hopefully the staff will not be as rude as their booking agents.

Awful service. Almost 2 hour late check in. Then we tried to leave the hotel for dinner only to find out that our parking card had not been activated. So we had to park again and take care of it. Then, at 3 am my child had body aches so I called front desk asking if they had a little store or somewhere I could get meds, but she just said "No,no meds," I mean Holiday Inn Express even has a location where guests can get basic medicines. Anyways, never again.

I was just the for a few hours for an event. The place is beautiful. I was just in the conference area but the space was very nice. No free parking and I think it was around $15 for the couple hours I was there. The staff were very kind and helpful. I'd definitely consider staying there.

This place is beautiful. The asian sculptures and artwork present a museum feel. The rooms are well appointed with asian decor, and there are several bars and restaurant choices. The sushi at the carry out cafe was extremely tasty, with fabulous presentation. The cafe also has a dessert case which has a lemon tart in a meringue that is off the charts along with many other choices.

It was alright, but not worth the 200 dollars a night. Everything costs money. The beds are extremely small, they weren't even double beds, then were more like extra wide twin beds. My friend who came with is about 6 feet tall and his feet were off the bed when he slept. I was there for a conference and the conference rooms were alright. But I wouldn't suggest staying there.

Very nice and super fancy. The parking situation is super confusing they could do better with signage to help first timers understand where to check in and where to park while checking in.

Stayed two nights over Labor day weekend with my wife and 3 kids. It's a nice hotel, but way over priced. We paid over 1000 dollars for a double room for two nights when you include the resort fees and parking. The rooms are okay but nothing special. They nickle and dime you for everything, including kid activities that are usually included in the price at other resorts. The outdoor pool is just okay. I have seen way better and bigger pools and water slides at Marriot and Hyatt properties. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because we were meeting some friends for the weekend and they had already booked here, but I wouldnt stay here again.

I organized an event here, and it was fabulous. The guests were happy, the service was great, the food was excellent. The atmosphere was fun and elegant, and the staff was personable and a pleasure to work with.

Not a single detail was overlooked!

This was a great time.
