This is an enormous hotel that includes a pretty nice water park. The water park, of course, is a hit with the kids, and includes a lazy river, waterslides and a shallow water area with smaller slides etc for toddlers and very young kids. As for the hotel itself, the rooms were nothing special, and the beds were not very comfortable. As a "Gold" Hilton member, I didn't feel like we were treated to anything remotely special at this property, except maybe the complementary breakfast. The "exclusive" happy hour on the executive lounge is pretty weak; it features an overpriced cash bar ($11 glass of house wine anyone?) and complementary hors d'oeuvres. I strongly recommend that guests avoid the hotel's on site restaurants. Servers are friendly, but as one might expect the fare is mediocre and over-priced. Best nearby restaurants (as I learned from another review) are Rodeo Goat (Burgers) and Pie Tap (Pizza). The Rodeo Goat is close enough to walk to. I gave this place three stars because I'd consider returning for the sake of the kids, and the for the convenience of it. But I wouldn't be enthusiastic about it.

I recently stayed here for a business trip. It was a short 2 night stay, but I had a wonderful experience. It is beautiful inside and out. The breakfast was adequate nothing spectacular, but was good. Eggs, Sausage, Cereal, Waffles, Coffee, etc. The beds are very comfortable and the room I stayed in the beds were low which oddly enough was a first for me and I liked it. I would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, Asian themed design scheme and lighting is especially beautiful at night. The parking on the other hand is a nightmare. I came here for a 2 hr event, and it took me 20 minutes to exit the parking lot because of how greedy the hotel is.

Best hotel I have experienced in Texas. This is a must see. It is a mixture of history with accents from Japan, China, India, and who could forget...the Chinese Dynasty. It is truly a work of art and it makes you want to explore more as if though you are staying at an art museum.

I often stay at Hilton Anatole when Visiting Dallas Market. Location is perfect, rooms are Comfortable and stylish. Pool and Jacuzzi are pluses, Lobby Cafe and restaurant are reasonable. Only downside is Only one elevator and most times room is a longhaul.

The chef at the Media Grill really came througj. The side of veggies with my short rib was not up to par. As soon as the chef discovered this he immediately cooked a new batch that were perfect. Highly recommend.

The hotel is amazing but we were very disappointed in the 'resort fee' (25 dollars perday) we were charged as most of the resort was closed, all we felt we got out of that fee was the 'free' coffee in the morning.

I came here with my wife for a last minute getaway. I thought that this would be a nice place since the reviews I read were good.
The room we got was ok but had asked to be moved to a higher floor with a better view. We didnt mind the upgrade charge, we were willing to pay for something nicer. They put us on the 6th floor, nothing special. The restroom was a lot smaller and the room/view wasn't any better than the previous one! We called down to guest services and ask for a different room, possibly in the Tower. Again, we understood there might cost more and didn't mind it. We were on a vacation and wanted to enjoy a nice room. The lady told us if we went higher it would get hotter and we really didn't want to move. She told us she didnt think she had anything available anyway. She wasn't trying to accommodate our request and was actually trying to talk us out of it.
Then we made our way to their water park. We decided to order a hamburger and some fries. We got it and the fries tasted cold and stale.
In the evening we ordered room service for dinner from their restaurant and were very disappointed. I ordered a half chicken with four cheese macaroni and cheese. I figured that if I was going to pay $26 for a piece of chicken and mac and cheese, it would taste good. I was wrong! The chicken was dry and shriveled up, the macaroni was dry and the four cheese sauce was nowhere to be found. We were very disappointed.
Needless to say we will not be coming back here. We will not reccomend this place to any of our friends and family.

The food was delicious and the art is amazing. This hotel is a museum filled with beautiful and significant Asian and Eastern artifacts. Their collection is phenomenal. The nebula installation is scientifically and aesthetically fascinating!

I recently visited Dallas this past weekend with my husband and kids for the Texas State Fair. We stayed at the Hilton Anatole. This hotel is so gorgeous, huge, and seems to be a world of its own because there is so much to see and do.
We were quite impressed that a hotel can have all of those things. The scenery is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The bellmen as well as other hotel staff provided great service, everything was super clean, and the food at the restaurants was delicious. The restaurants, including room service, are a bit pricey so be prepared to spend money if eating in. The hotel itself is expensive so everything else ties in with the pricing.
One downfall is that the water park was closed for the season; which apparently, is only open for a short period over the summer. Overall, We had an amazing time and enjoyed everything else: the art displays, indoor pool, restaurants, browsing the shops, walking and touring the property. Of course, there was lots more that we did not partake in. My husband wants to go back in December since we were originally planning a holiday trip that we cancelled because of this one so we have decided to take our holiday trip after all to go back to Dallas and visit the Anatole again. Even better is that I found out they transform the hotel into Peppermint Park for the holidays starting in November, with tons of activities perfect for families. This will be great for our kids and perfect cfor the stay We are excited and cannot wait to go back.

Lobby can get really loud at night, but rooms do a great job of keeping the sound/lights out. The price was outrageous for what it's worth, and the prices for drink/food options are ridiculous.

First of all worst ever experience. I have never in my life posted any reviews. First time posting this. I came for an interview in dallas and they give me accommodation here. Rooms are old and ac does not work. So when I called them, this guy comes up and does not even listen to me. He points at me and says its my fault that it was left at low speed fan. I had it high speed for more than 2hrs. I called them at 12:30 midnight and I was in bed at 10 trying to sleep early for my next day interview. Then he comes and puts on high fan though I told him that I already had done this since last few hours. So I could not sleep entirely during that night. It remained hot during entire period. I called front desk and they did not had other room as per them. Now they have charged me for one night stay of 343 dollars which interview people already had paid. So when I call them now and they tell me that they are busy and they will call me in next 20-30 mins. So just lack of customer service. I will stay away from this hotel and will recommend others to do so as well.

This place is a showcase hotel. Perfect for large conference events, plenty of parking and world-class restaurants and bars on premise. Also close proximity to many other restaurants, shopping and amenities.

This was the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel. The last time was about 10 years ago. The room was very nice and the atrium was just as beautiful as I remembered it. The price was reasonable, and the staff were professional. We did wish they had the indoor pool hours open longer, but oh well.

We called to verify the shuttle and were told to just call when my plane got in. Called at 7:00 pm and was told they didn't have a shuttle. When we left we noticed a sign out front with shuttle info. So apparently you can't get correct info when calling! The checkin girl couldn't have been less friendly! We needed the two queens and couch like described. We paid $250 for the Deluxe room and didn't get the couch. We needed the couch! When I called down to the front desk to fix the problem I sat on hold for 5 min and finally gave up! My first impression of the room was I couldn't get the lights on. It was broke. Had to feel around in the dark for a lamp. The water park was closed (which was the whole reason we picked this hotel) AND the the luxury pool with swim up bar was just a small normal pool. No luxury and no swim up bar! The website I was on mentioned nothing about it being closed. So this hotel was Just disappointing from start to end and was hella expensive for what you get! Should have stuck with Hampton Inns apparently!!!

Beautiful, huge hotel with wonderful amenities. There were ample places to sit and work/study as you fancy the various fare of the restaurants there. Room was also clean and comfortable for the two nights I stayed.

A beautiful luxurious resort style hotel with a Chinese art decor. A great artistic expression location with a tour that you can take to view the artwork. The rooms are the cleanest around. My choice hotel when I am in Dallas.

Big, easy to get lost in. But with a fine staff to help you in case you do. Great restaurants and bars to meet in. Large spacious halls for meetings and parties. With kitchens that put on a fine spread for any party. And great security. That is seen, but unseen. You couldn't do better unless you were at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Center.
