Needed a place to shower after the winter storm due to our water being off. This hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return during the Summer for the pool

This is an awesome hotel with a great pool/water park area. The water park area is super clean, fun, and relaxing. One thing I was surprised was the lockers in the pool area are free. Anyway, the pool, rooms, and restaurants were all great.

One of my favorite places to stay! My family and I loved staying here. The hotel has so much to offer. It has stunning views of Dallas. Jade waters was the best time for the entire family and HUGE. I loved everything about Jade Waters. Staff was excellent. Parking fee was affordable for being in the city. The rooms were great. I might of wanted a bigger bed than a full but we still fit with two people on each. Huge TV and big bathroom! The art work was amazing to walk through to see it all! They also let you go into Jade Waters for the day when you check out however we needed to leave but I thought what a great deal. The pool bar was fun and the water park slides, pool and lazy river was the greatest.I love to return one day and thank you Hilton for another great experience of memories for my kids

Beautiful hotel but I personally had a horrible experience. I booked at this hotel because I read some amazing reviews.. Maybe my expectations were a lot higher then they should of been. I paid over $350 Rooms were not that clean.. stains on the furniture and carpet, mini fridge didn't keep a cold temp and plus my husband and I got kicked out after the first noise complaint. I requested to speck to a manager and I still haven't heard back from them. Very disappointed, my Birthday weekend was ruined!

Despite having reserved and paid for two adjacent suites months in advance, there were no rooms matching the reservation availavle. When asked to solve the problem, was given the run around for several hours.

My company holds meetings there, the meeting rooms are small and the place is terribly confusing. Make sure you add at least 30 minutes to your arrive time, by the time you park and walk the enormity of the place, because no one can tell you where to park in reference to the room you are in. But it IS absolutely Gorgeous and I have never stayed as a guest, though I would like too.

We really enjoyed the Peppermint Park. Everyone was very friendly and entertaining! Loved the heaters outside and the decorations were absolutely beautiful! Our waiter for dinner was amazing Mr. Gamil. He was very personable and attentive! We love The Anatole and visit often. Will definitely be back!

Impressed. I have driven by this hotel hundreds of times over the years. I had no idea the magnitude of it. Fantastic staff, great aesthetics, and definitely a place to hold a professional event.

I was in sixth grade the first time I stayed at the Anatole with my family. My jaw dropped and I thought this is heaven. Covid shut down the restaurants, but the beauty of the hotel still holds. My family enjoys staying here because it is comfortable and clean. Plus, the atrium is full of fabulous Asian art. It's a freaking museum y'all! Spend time enjoying the gorgeous jade sculptures and giant decorative vases. The colors are sublime. I always find a new favorite. The moving sculpture hanging in atrium one is memorizing. My daughter loves to watch it from various locations whether from above or below it is beautiful to watch.

Very lovely hotel and functional business/entertain space. The restaurant and sushi bar was emaculate! So delicious. The lobbies were full of visual appeal and very artistic friendly. It was a step above and felt very internation!

Nathan Hartley was working front desk during my stay and i MUST say he was amazing at what he does. Not only did he make me feel like a valued guest he also kept me company as i waited for a buddy. We had a whole genuine conversation WHILE he worked. Thanks to him i will def stay at the anatole again!

Very dated but otherwise great. Great water park and arguably better than great Wolf Lodge except for the summer only part. Lots of restaurants nearby and almost all deliver if you want to avoid taking the kids in public.

Room was booked through an airline rewards program. I was told my HHonors free WiFi was not valid since I didn't book through Hilton directly. I was told no upgrades available for purchase or available through HHonors because I did not book through Hilton directly.

I come here 3-5 times a year for staycations and conventions. At 845pm I received yet another call from hotel management staff letting me know that next time I choose to stay at this hotel I need to call them directly to guarantee my room type and purchase upgrades.

Ok Ana-holes your point has been made. Booking through a 3rd party will get you accused of being disloyal, treated rudely, and will make you fight to get the room type you booked.

All it did was open my eyes to how much the hotel has declined. Dirty walls in the room, chipped or broken outlets, rust in the bathrooms, black rings in the toilet, poor housekeeping, stains on beadspreads, cloudy pool water, and small tvs with fuzzy pictures. Beds are fulls not queens, no fridge, microwave, got an empty box of soap and half filled bottles of toiletries. No doorman, no bellman, rubber path in courtyard has a ton of holes, empty fishfood stand and no one asked for ID or roomkey when I charged chicken fingers to the room. I even said I didnt know my room number and he looked it up by my name. Whatever you do DO NOT tell another guest your first and last name or you could be on the hook for a ton in room charges. Only nice thing was they provided water at the outdoor pool- we were told it was free but I will definitely be checking my bill.

Much better deals at nicer places out there. Stay here only if you absolutely have too.

Very nice hotel. Stayed in tower section and room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of restaurant options. Enjoyed all, particularly SER steakhouse and the Terrace for breakfast. Was there for a conference so never left the hotel to know proximity to downtown.

The staff was great, helpful, and courteous. Hotel, conference rooms, and ballrooms were clean. Maps were easy to read and accessible. Bathrooms were fully stocked, clean, and sheltered fresh. It was a great experience.

This Hotel is huge so be prepared to walk! Jade waters was great and absolutely perfect for kids and Adults, however if you don t want to deal with the crowds go when school is in session. Now for the rooms, for the amount of money you pay you would think the rooms would be updated, however they re not. Couches are outdated and the rooms are extremely hot! Be prepared to sweat! The hallways don t have good circulation, that mixed with heat causes a horrible smell. The paint is chipped throughout the room and the beds duvet covers are old and dirty! Very gross! This hotel claims to have a 24 hour cafe, however when we went to the cafe to order our food we were told we could only purchase overpriced 15.00 cold sandwiches and couldn t get anything cooked because that portion closed at 10pm. Even though they advertised for 24hours. Biggest complaint is the rooms Hilton makes to much money for these rooms to be hot and looking like you stepped into a bad throwback movie

Horrible hotel!!! The features of the hotel are good, but the staff is terrible. The valets and concierge were the only helpful and friendly staff, unfortunatley that did not come close to make up for the problems (being locked out, misinformation, overcharging, noise, etc. etc.) that occured during the 1 night stay with my 2 daughters on Father's Day!!! I have to reiterate about the noise level between rooms and not only the lack of customer sercive, but the down right off putting mentality of the staff to include the manager on duty at the time, Christian. I will never stay at this hotel and I will warn others of it in the future.

Good morning to all.

Good morning to all.
My experience was not what we expected.
From ac not working in our room to tv channels not working either. We also heard kids running in hallway all night .
This was our first time staying here and our last.

They messed up with my room and gave me 2 double bed instead of King. Shower didn't have a curtain. There was no apology. Just was told we can't do anything until next day. Very disappointed from such a beautiful hotel.

Wow! Just Wow! Only hotel Ive ever rated as a five star and this review will not do it justice. Very effecient check in, attentive staff, on the spot house keeping and some really nice places to eat.
Their water park, Jadewaters really impressed with having an adult only area and waitstaff who would come to you. Swim up bar that was completely top shelf. Wife and I did not ever feel any drink we ordered had been watered down. Food menu pool side too. What I personally REAAAALLLLY liked is they also have an olympic size, laned swimming pool if youre wanting to actually workout via swimming. Made it really convenient that its a stones throw from the water park area.
The spa is pretty sweet. Everything from facials and massages to pedis.
We stayed where we had access to the lounge on the 27th floor. I liked that at certain times they offered more than just snacks and waters. Soft drinks were plentiful then would come in with bar staff and more hot foods.
Staying on food, there is three different restaurants, four if include the one that does breakfast and brunch.
Tons of stuff to do nearby. Mideval Times within walking distance. Drove to In-N-Out and pounded some Double-Doubles (animal style!).
Four different parking lots directly in front of the hotel made it pretty easy to come and go. Valet parking too. Didnt use.
Overall, one of the nicest hotels Ive stayed stateside.

From the moment we opened the door, we felt like we were home. The rooms in our suite were spacious and lovely and had such a wonderful view of the city skyline. As a family staying together for four days in Dallas at the Anatole, we were treated very well and the concierge made us feel so welcome. I have traveled quite a bit and yet, never had such a stress free and pleasant hotel stay.

Very disappointed in the service at the Hilton Anatole.
The counter area was filled with people to check in the guests. - Great!
The food areas within the hotel were not servicing people well. They were short handed, not getting to the guests in a timely manner, and food was late coming out when they actually did get your order.
The room that was given to us more than 1.5 hours after check-in was allowed, was not cleaned. Seemed that there were a lot of cleaning carts seen on multiple floors in multiple areas.
We left early on check-out because we did not want to eat at the options again after 2 terrible experiences the day before.
Very sad!!!!

Nothing is small with this hotel. This can be good as the rooms are spacious and my room had a separate cove for the bed and a living area for the couch and desk. The room was updated as was the bathroom. The hotel seemed to have many amenities but I did not use them. Hotel staff were welcoming and attentive. The elite lounge also offered a decent variety of breakfast items.

Attended a event that featured about 2,000 people. Hotel accommodated everyone fine both during the event and overnight. I stayed in the tower on the 14th floor in a interior, windowless room. Room was very clean and well lite. The issue I had was it was difficult (to the point I had to use plyers) to raise the shower divert built into the tub spout to take a shower.
