In general, I had a great experience at the Anatole. The last day I was staying there, I went to lunch at the bar downstairs. Unfortunately, my service turned out to be very poor. As I ate my lunch, I wrote an email to the hotel's staff expressing my concern regarding the sub-par service. Within 20 minutes, I received a call from the Manager of the restaurants, William. William handled the situation incredibly, and I was very impressed with his professionalism. He helped Hilton retain a customer that day.

Be careful if you stay at Hilton Anatole Dallas, our Escalade got stolen and they didn t do anything to help and no cameras facing their Secured parking. A manager didn t even come to talk to us after all of this happened. Security wouldn t review their video footage at the front of the hotel...

Loved the indoor Olympic size pool, admired the art collection, appreciated the attentive staff, and really enjoyed the panoramic view of Dallas from our 26th floor room and the HHonors lounge. The property is immaculately maintained. I was glad my husband chose this hotel for a long weekend visit to Dallas.

I've never stayed here, but me and my wife went for drinks at their bar for our anniversary and it was top class!! It made my wife feel special, hanging out with the "rich" for a night.

Too expensive for what you get. Bathroom is tiny, could barely close the door. No shuttle, yet only 5 minutes from Love Field. Charge for parking, Valet service horrible! Only one attendant working 2 parts of hotel at night. We finally got our keys from attendant and got our own car! Coke machines would not take cash only debit or credit, then where out of water. Had to go to a different floor to find water in machines!

Unaccompanied ladies should avoid the bar, do not accept drinks from strangers, or leave your drink open for adulteration and do not, do not accept any invitation to play poker in someone else's room.

I've always wanted to stay at this location. Even before Hilton purchased this property from Wyndam hotels. I guess the expectations led to my disappointment. I'm a HHonors member as I frequent Hilton hotels frequently and I must say, this one was utterly disappointing. I booked my brother a room for his anniversary and had the room decorated with dinner reservations as well. I received a phone call of gratitude from my brother and sister in law and how beautiful everything was and the unbelievable view. Great. Shortly after 9pm I received another call from my brother, as he went to his Range Rover to retrieve his wife's present he noticed glass on the ground and his wife's presents stolen. Informed the everyone we could think to call or would listen and we received a full list of excuses and explanations why they're not at fault. After this I refused to have any thought of staying there myself and regret ever holding such high regard for this location. Good luck and try Uber if you can.

It's massively huge, everything is really nice. The beds are a little firm for my taste my room didn't have a pillow top. Buy everything you need before you get here, the shopping area downstairs is ridiculously expensive, even for very basic items.

I stayed at this hotel and it is really impressive, it is huge. The room was huge too, lots of space, 2 TVs, sofa, etc. There were lots of things to do inside it, there was a propeller of a ship as well as its story which was amazing. The staff was very kindly. It is expensive, but it is possible to reserve using miles, this is what I have done. The parking lot is also huge too... overall great!

Nice looking Hotel! unfortunately, I had something go missing from my room that I know was there when I stepped out to explore Dallas. When I returned, housekeeping had obviously been there and my property was gone. I called to make a complaint and was re-directed to guest services, who than re-directed me to the front desk who than re-directed me to the managers office who never answered. I then call guest services back and was told that a manager would contact me. Never heard anything so the next morning I call again, get through to the Manager who says they knew nothing and were never told anything....ughh. So I was then told to call security and make a report out so I did. A young guy comes up, I explain my story to him and he says I have to wait for the "Head" security guy. So this guy comes in and I explain that my expensive vape pen that I just bought and he comes up with it was "probably" accidentally misplaced by me or thrown away by housekeeping because they are Hispanic and I guess don't know what it was.....That's kinda of racist to me to say the housekeeper didn't know what it was because she doesn't speak English....I guess they don't have vape pens in Mexico? Then the security guy said that the housekeeping staff doesn't steal and that was re assuring, (sarcasm*) Basically said I lost it when I in fact looked every inch of my bags and room and it was nowhere to be found. I was told to call back in a few days and they would look into it...I called back 4 days later talk to Security and they said they didn't know what I was talking about and to call back in a few days and they would look into it....Thanks for the support, you can have my pen, I'll stay somewhere else next time. It's not worth the money you have to pay to stay. Thanks to Management for pretty much not getting involved and just pushing it off onto another person, great customer service...

Am a true road warrior...hundreds of hotels, millions of miles...and wow, has this been an unusually bad experience. Checked in late last night at the concierge desk with Kurt, who was dancing by himself when I arrived, and judging by his hyper-loquacious manner and bloodshot eyes, was guessing that he was altered.

When my key didn t work this morning, I went down to the concierge desk...it was vacated...I waited 10 minutes and decided to move on to the check-in desk...was given a fresh key...made my way back up to my floor and the new key didn t work...back down to the lobby...they promised a service person would change out the door batteries in 5 minutes...it s been 25.

In the overall scheme of things, this is all no big deal...but was hoping for better, and given the rates and reputation...much better.

....And when the service person arrived, they changed the batteries on the wrong door...

Holy Moly, this hotel is on point. Me and my daughter really enjoyed hangin out by the pool/water park. The location worked very well for us, and service inside and out was to our needs. Because of the company I work for, we were able to get a reasonably discounted room. But, honestly, price will not matter to us in the future, because we absolutely love this hotel. Great experience!

Staying here for a conference. The rooms are large. The staff is professional and accomodating. Very clean! (4 stars and not 5 due to the bathroom. Poor lighting and the showers are lukewarm).

Two night work stay with great food and a 24 hour coffee shop onsite. Come prepared with walking shoes, you will get your steps in. For anyone in need of further exercise at the end of the day there is a 24 hour fitness center on the premises.

Absolutely stunning. Great for large and small company affairs; and anything really. Beautiful place. Spacious. Indoor pool and deck. Nice restuarants and bars. Artwork and statues. There are also very many convention rooms to rent and/or reserve.

Fairly typical hotel rooms but filled with exquisite art, a lazy river and a full-size gym that may or may not be included in your stay. If it's not included it's $17. But they've got a 25-meter 6 lane pool and a full gym.

Nice hotel, but I got put in the annex part. Was a little disappointed in that. Heard the views were real nice in the tower. Nevertheless, plenty of good options, 7 different restaurants I think. But the stores do not let you room charge! That's the only draw back that I saw.

NICE

Starting with our check in. We were really early, but we were just going to swim until we could check in. Daisy, at the front desk was very accommodating and worked us in so we could go ahead and check in. I appreciated that so much because we ended up having a really good time at the swim up bar at the pool. Being able to just go to our room was nice.
At the pool, we had a few people take care of us. Omar, DJ, and Danial. I don't think DJ should be behind the bar, not only does he not know how to make a drink, but he's just lacking in customer service. Very rude. Our favorite was Danial. He was so eager to take care of everyone. And I hope he is recognized for it. I think you're very fortunate to have associates like Daisy and Danial. Working in hospitality can be VERY challenging, and they genuinely care about your guests.

This was a very large resort with updated rooms on the tower side. It has a lot of fine art and several restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and accommodating especially the staff in the Executive lounge on the 25th floor. These pictures were taken from room 2666.

One of the largest Hilton hotel I've been to in the US. Definitely worth visiting for the experience and it's right in downtown Dallas too, which is very convenient to enjoy the local attractions

For a massive Hilton in a busy metropolitan area, ...

For a massive Hilton in a busy metropolitan area, you would think you'd get a high quality place to stay. Well, if you're like me and make that assumption then you are going to be disappointed. Where do I even start?

I think my biggest complaint is the absolute inedible, overpriced food. When you're here for a conference or large meeting, you don't often get time to leave the property during the day and are generally on a budget. The take-out bistros just straight up price gouge. I paid $8 for a Smart Water. My lunch consisted of an inedible turkey sandwich (how do you mess that up??), a small bag of Lays Potato Chips and a sparkling water, all of which totaled to about $25. The Media Bar and Grill is somehow worse. Everything is even more overpriced and disgusting. My lunch there made me physically ill. Don't bother with room service because it's all coming from the same kitchen. The only restaurant I didn't try was Sear the steakhouse but since it's even more overpriced that the regular food, it's pretty unattainable for normal hotel guests.

The only saving grace was the convenience store with normal prices and the most lovely, sweet woman at the register. I ate half my meals from there while visiting for my conference. The hotel rooms are relatively clean and comfortable but not nearly to the standards I would expect from Hilton.

Not the service I have experienced at other Hilton hotels. Disappointed with the stay overall. Room was clean, but the hotel full of noisy children running up and down the hallways. Final checkout was great with Pedro in the valet.

I came for A-kon and Quakecon and it was a GORGEOUS setting for conventions! Sometimes challenging to navigate for a first timer but with plenty of maps posted that will get you where you need to be! V classy.
