I was very excited about my stay here this past weekend, however I was met with a bit of disappointment at the accommodations for my stay. For starters, the check in process took a very long time and the front desk seemed severely understaffed being such a large hotel. There is also a $50 deposit that is not mentioned anywhere else that you have to pay upon check in. Be aware. It is not a pre-authorization, its a full blown charge that has potential to get refunded post-checkout. We were finally able to go park and were disappointed there were no luggage carts or even bellmen available to help with our luggage. We stayed in Atrium 2 on the top floor. We had an outstanding view of the city from our window, however the room was severely dated. There was an odd smell to our room and the air conditioner had to work really hard to cool off our room. It wasn't until 1am that our room had cooled off enough to even sleep with blankets. We went downstairs to the Media Grill and were disappointed at the drink selection. We had decided to just do the $9 beers and a chip and dip appetizer until we saw the person next to us receive the chips and dip. The salsa looked terrible. We decided not to eat or drink there and left. Later that evening we were visiting with friends by the water feature and saw numerous bugs crawling the ground near the sitting area. The staff in the 24 hour food counter were very pleasant on the breakfast shift on Sunday, but they were the only nice staff we met the entire time. I really had high hopes for this stay but unfortunately it did not live up to the hype. We will be staying elsewhere next time.

LOVED this hotel and the pool facilities. Definitely planning a trip back for no reason other than to stay at the hotel. Friendly staff, great facilities and absolutely no reason to leave until you check out.

I can not say enough about the hospitality, character, standard this hotel sets in all aspects of running a Business.
First off I had a Maintance issue in my room causing me to be relocated. The staff handled everything wonderful as it could be done.
On top of all thing I received a e-mail a day later
Stating me room charges will be full refuseded
And had apologized for any inconvenience.
Class Act on there part ! 5 stars

Went here to eat at Sersteak on the top floor. Fancy place with a great view of the skyline to boot. Food was just ok.. hotel seems like a nice place. Worst part is the +$15 parking for the first 4 hours. If you're just going there to visit friends or eat and not stay at the hotel, then just uber or lyft there instead.

I felt really comfortable, only thing that really angered me was that waiters just say "yes" if they didn't understand you or don't know what to say.
Ruined my stomache with Rye bread, I am allergic to that and asked if their bread was rye free.

I was there for the DOTERRA mini convention and even though I wasn't staying in the hotel I thought it was beautiful. It has a couple of boutiques, a bar and a restaurant. Parking was good though you have to pay for it.

This hotel is very nice and very well kept up. I stayed here four five nights for a conference so I spent a lot of time here.

Pro: There is art all over the property and it's like a treasure hunt finding it all. I enjoyed exploring between meetings.

Also, the hotel isn't just pricey for rooms, EVERYTHING is pricey. Parking is $22 a day for self park, there's a charge if you want to us the "nice" gym (not the tiny, basic gym), the food is outrageous and not impressive. The first morning, I ordered oatmeal for $9. Bottled soda is $4. A chef salad $15. It's like staying at the airport.

There is a water park on the premises which includes an adult only area with a bar. The park, including the adult area, closes at 9PM. This is kind of silly. So if you're an adult and want a swim at night, forget it. At night, all the kids swarm the indoor pool.

All in all, I'm just glad someone else was paying for this trip.

Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous art collection. Pieces of the Berlin Wall are here. I had a corner room in the Atrium and it was spacious! The tower looked nice too. Upscale stay from start to finish.

The room is what you expext from a hiton hotel. The added bonus is the decore. The room and the rest of the hotel is decked out in asian decore and art. Mini fridge, tv, comfy beds, energy efficient lights.

Disappointed in my stay here for the AACC conference. Reported problems with the TV set. Reported it not working multiple times..advised it was repaired multiple times it was not. Requested additional towels and had to call twice to receive those. Expensive 4 to 5 star hotel....the service and responsiveness to customers for small things leave alot to be desired. Nice facility. Beautuful facility. Huge facility. Need to improve a bit on customer service and room maintenance. Hearing the same from others who stayed.

If it wasn't for Jadewaters, their water park, I would have given this place 1 star. We showed up after check-in time, just to be told our room wasn't ready and to come back later. After explaining this was unacceptable, they ended up putting us in a different room, which was fine but then our digital key stopped working the second night because they had to check us back in again due to the room changing. The bedroom was underwhelming for a 4-star hotel, and as a Hilton Honors diamond member, I expected more from the service and the room quality. The bed was uncomfortable, we woke up sore both mornings. The executive lounge was a joke compared to other Hilton properties I've stayed at, including DoubleTree properties that aren't even resorts. Overall, this place is incredibly underwhelming for hotel patrons; but seems nice for weddings/events due to all of the ballrooms available.

Great.

This is a gorgeous hotel with wonderful aromatics throughout the lobby. Beautiful architecture and art pieces decorate the entire place. Go out to eat though, don t order room service. The food wasn t very good. And the shower temps were freezing cold to scalding hot! However, I would endure it all again for another visit .

I stayed at the Hilton Anatole during a work trip for a Pfizer conference. This hotel was huge and beautiful. I swear they had a shopping mall inside. And the gym was incredible. The front desk were very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay again.

Been here many times for conventions. Nice rooms, wide open spaces, and there's usually plenty of room to walk around during conventions no matter how many people are there. Near some good food places to.

Went to my brother 40 year Anniversary appreciation luncheon. It was truly beautiful inside. It's a great atmosphere. I wish I could live here. For some reason my phone is not allowing Google to asset my gallery. Hopefully I can fix it and add the photo later.

It smells like nothing I can pinpoint. If you can get to the front door without your vehicle suspension falling apart from the cracks and potholes on the parking/driveway then you may just have a good night's sleep!

From the moment we opened the door, we felt like we were home. The rooms in our suite were spacious and lovely and had such a wonderful view of the city skyline. As a family staying together for four days in Dallas at the Anatole, we were treated very well and the concierge made us feel so welcome. I have traveled quite a bit and yet, never had such a stress free and pleasant hotel stay.

The TAPT conferences are going to be in this hotel staring today June 25 -30 2015, the part that I don't like is the parking, they are charging with valet $29.00, self $20.00 really!!!! beside all the rooms that 100s of people already pay to stay there not cool TAPT is bringing a lot of people and they can not offer free parking? That's how they treat the customers realy!!!!!

Lazy and inattentive staff. The hotel is noisy and the rooms are not well insulated from each other. Inadequate facilities for the size of the Conference I was attending and not enough food options. A faulty fire alarm system got everybody up in the middle of the night. The fridge in my room kept locking and I had to make numerous phone calls over my 3 day stay to get it opened. I had to get rude to get any service!

I'll most likey write a more in-depth review later but, with the exception or Dori, this was an absolutely fantastic experience with beautiful rooms and what I believe to be the best pool in the DFW metroplex.

Really great stay, this is the second time my boyfriend and i have stayed in the Anatole Both experiences were very nice, front desk employees were VERY nice-she even upgraded our room because of our bad experience with the travel website we used to book the room! (whichever girl that had Malaysia on her nametag with black hair) she gets 10/10 but yeah, the hotel is pricy but if you get a bigger room it s definitely worth it!

The meeting room and Client services was great, we used Any Event Productions as our AV company because the Hotel AV company PSAV fell to meet our demands and wanted to charge us an unnecessary fee for old outdated equipment.

Great location near Dallas highlights. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Good open feeling with artwork throughout hotel. There are great views of the Dallas cityscape from the Tower restaurant.

I came there for a paid conference but didn t find parking so I parked in their parking lot. They didn t validate my parking which I thought was somewhat ridiculous conferring how expensive the conference was. $23.28 was the bill for 8 hours. Parking is crazy expensive at this location.

Very nice hotel. It's been around awhile, but it is well maintained. Beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet, views are nice. Hotel restaurants are a bit pricey, but good. Not much within walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay.
