It's really spread out and they put me in a room as far away from my conference as possible and still be in the hotel
It's really spread out and they put me in a room as far away from my conference as possible and still be in the hotel
rooms clean, beds were very comfy, and so many great spaces to sit and hang out
Nice for in town getaway! Would had loved full breakfast for what we paid for.
Was there for a friends memorial service. The large room it was held in was great and the other amenities seemed to be outstanding
Ser GREAT restaurant and GREAT hotel staff. One flaw scented bathroom amenities.
Visited with my 2 kids, age 16 & 9, for a mini vacation. From check-in to check-out we were extremely pleased with the hotel. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. Jadewaters, the hotel water park was fantastic! Clean, friendly atmosphere, and reasonably priced refreshments. It was definitely worth the money paid for the quality of room and amenities for a hotel located this close to downtown!
Great hotel for event hosting. Tight spaces when trying to park, but definitely a top notch facility.
I visited the Hilton Anatole off of market center and i loved it. The service was awesome and my room was big and comfy..
Amazing hotel and resort for business/Stopover with family for a couple days
Room is nice and comfortable, and it's got a lot of nice amenities.
I really like this hotel. The water park is nice, too. Very convenient to many restaurants and close enough to both airports to stay before a trip to the airport.
Nice place. Clean. Cool bar. Very big. Great for a conference.
Very spacious, staff was impeccable to work with, perfect for upscale business conferences
When we walked in, we thought 5 star all the way, it was very beautiful. Then entered the room and it was more like 2 or 3 star. Pubic hair on toilet, stuff falling apart.
Then at 4am fire alarm went off for false alarm, we had to evacuate the hotel! Then could not sleep much, was sleeping very good when the alarms went off. No explanation ever as to what happened.
Some of the people we met, were never woke up, had there been a real fire, they would have died.
The alarm went off only one one floor, we were 4 floors under it and it did not wake me up, it only woke my wife up, who shook me to find out what was happening. If not for her, I probably would have slept through it too and if a fire, probably be dead too.
The prices were terrible for the breakfast. $45+ for the two of us to eat breakfast. Wow, thank GOD my wife found a package that included it, I would have passed out when I seen the bill for two buffets! The food was good, but not THAT good!
The distance to our event was on the other side of the hotel, and that Hotel is HUGE. When we asked directions to it, they said it was on the complete other side. It was such a massive walk, it hurt me.
Now, if they knew we were there for that and they did because we told them, and they knew where our room was, why not ask us if we would like to move CLOSER to it?
I know they did that for another couple, and they did not have to walk far at all.
I have a bad knee, had surgery on it in 2001, and it is still very troublesome.
I had no idea I could have asked for another room. Why in the world did they not ask me, when they seen me limping? when they told me how far it was and joked that I would probably need a golf cart to take me????
I think the hotel overall is very beautiful, but the room we was in was falling apart. Terrible.
If you go, don't stay in Room 532. It would be a GREAT room at another hotel, but for that place?
1 star. I would say it was a 3 or 4 star room at a sub-par hotel. That rooms rate was normally like $220 to $259 per NIGHT, for that room? Are you kidding me?
Those are my very real thoughts on it.
Would I go again?
Give me a closer room, that is much nicer and more like the price you normally charge, and I'd go in a heart beat because of how nice the rest of the hotel is (outside of the rooms), and if they promise to not wake anyone up for a fake fire drill in the middle of the night. I'm okay if it is during the afternoon, when civilization is up. But don't do it when we are trying to sleep and having a hard time of it to begin with!
Was at the water park for an event and the environment was very nice and not overcrowded
We love visiting the Anatole and Jade Waters as a quick get-away! Very family friendly but wonderful adult spaces too!
The hotel has an eclectic mix of art and architecture on a massive site. Plenty of space in the hotel but the rooms need to be updated. The bathrooms in the rooms are so tiny that you can't close the bathroom door while you're sitting (if you find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance of needing to do so). Also didn't like the fact that they close the indoor pool for "Maintenance" which they have conveniently done the past two times I attended for a convention for the kiddos.
Massive hotel!! Pretty nice rooms. Lots of Buddhist art around which felt weird.
Hilton Anatole is one of the nicest hotels I've ever been to! It's absolutely HUGE! It has multiple clothing shops and stores inside, restaurants and breakfast, many large meeting rooms for different groups like PTA. Often there are businesses that have meetings in these rooms. It has over 20 floors! The hotel rooms are nice, and mine included two beds, a desk, a chair and footstool, and a kitchen, and a nice sized bathroom with a double vanity. It also has many pools along with the Jade Waters Resort at Hilton Anatole! Jade Waters is basically a water park filled with activities for the family such as the lazy river, water slides, and many water play areas for kids! Anatole has gardens and little pool parties daily! Of course they also have indoor pools as well that are open until 11 pm, but Jade Waters sadly closes at 9 PM. Jade Waters also has a bar near the pools, and little basketball hoops inside the pools! Hilton Anatole stores are really nice and well priced! I found good items for decent prices! The candy, however is a little over priced in the stores, as is the food out in the Jade Waters. It's gigantic and has many different parts to the hotel, so surely everyone will find something fun to do! The breakfast is really good as well! The lobby area is huge and has plenty of space! As a family, overall, I'd say it was a great experience!
I was lost and had to find my friends room a kind gentleman at the front desk helped me out. Such a beautiful massive hotel
Great hotel that is very accessible off I35. It has great restaurants and amenities.
Fancy hotel, with lots of interesting art inside the hotel grounds.
Beautiful hotel with shops, and rooms were very clean and nice.
This is such a beautiful hotel. The staff are very friendly and have excellent service! Limited menu selections, but the food is very good. I ate at Ser one night and the service and food were phenomenal!! I had some free time and went to the water park, Jade Waters, for a few hours as well. It was warm and had dozed off in my lounge chair. When I woke, I had a fresh glass of ice water next to me! I cannot rave enough of how friendly the staff were and their excellent service. If I am ever back in Dallas again, I would definitely stay here.
Spacious room. Haven't tried any amenities yet and only ate outside of the hotel.
It was awesome and privileged to work there with hard work and great memories
Very good service! Good choice of food. Excellent fitness room
I'm kind of indifferent on the Anatole after staying here. Everyone reports a different thing wrong with their hotel. The room I stayed in had barely functioning air conditioning, while I know someone else had their shower barely putting any water out. It's a great hotel for a convention, but there are so many better hotels to stay at as far as room comfort.
Great hotels .....fully load with alll services ypu need
Staff was friendly and very helpful; especially when I wanted to sightsee. There are plenty of good restaurants on site. There artwork throughout the hotel is beautiful. The whole hotel gave me such a good vibe. I will definitely stay there again when visiting Dallas. Oh, and ther gift shop was lovely! I bought several things there.
Great hotel! We had a problem with the room key and the staff went out of their way to make things right! Very pleasant experience!!!
Beautiful hotel. Housed us during the 2021 snow storm. Didn't have amenities available but dur to storm we were appreciave and housed. Price was high, unfortunately. Room was cleaned but you can tell it's been through years of wear and tear. We are grateful for sure and may try to make our way back just for a staycation
Very large hotel and property.
Dated decor but still attractive and well maintained.
Decent food and beverage offerings (pricey, but the on-site convenience and room service make it worth the extra cost)
Comfortable room.
Very pleasant staff and guest services associates.
If you are doing Dallas Market Center, super convenient location as you can walk the 5 minutes through the freeway underpass or take a shuttle.
Would definitely book here again.
Very nice staff and hotel. Love the artwork throughout the hotel.
Just stopped by to have dinner with a friend and was impressed how spacious the hotel is! There are also several on-site restaurants. Service was simply amazing, they really went above and beyond! Cant wait to find an excuse to go back! Parking was also very simple and close to the hotel which is a great bonus in Dallas!
Certain charges were never disclosed. When checking in they were very rude. They start you off with a standard room and then attempt to upgrade you. They charge for parking, but I halfway expected that. Overall we were not happy with how we were treated compared to other Hilton Hotels.
Very nice hotel! Some of the holiday festivities were rained out, which was disappointing, but we still had a great time. The marionette theater was especially cool!
Great rooms. Service is nice. Beautiful atrium. Had a conference here and everything was well taken care of.
I had a reservation at a special event rate. I called and only wanted to change the bed from a King to 2 doubles or queens. They assured me they could still offer the same rate and then - BAM - I get disconnected. I immediately call back and none of the rooms are now available at that 'special rate'. I asked for a supervisor and got transferred to Tina who actually YELLED at me. Never in my 60 years, have I had a C/S rep yell at me. She could not do anything for me, she could not change the rate and if I wanted to talk to her supervisor she would give them the message and she said they would call me back in a few days! Really? a few days? So I finally ended up calling the hotel directly and spoke to a gentleman, Lorenzo, who obviously understands the meaning of respect and customer service. He got my reservation changed to 2 beds at the same rate - no problem. Tina needs to go. Lorenzo is the MAN! Thank you Lorenzo! Take note Hilton. Your customer service on the phone is completely inadequate and not up to par. I give the overall customer service a 1-star rating. I give Lorenzo a 5!
Service was great and the hotel is very nice as well.
Attended a conference and the service was exceptional
Our room was hard to get cool and the hotel was very warm in certain areas. We ate at the grill and the food and service was excellent. Over all it was a pleasant experience.
I have always received a pristine room and excellent service at the Hilton Anatole.
Beautiful. Serenity and sculpture garden and pools.
Only 2 restaurants for dinner on site for such a huge conference hotel. I stayed in the atrium section and it was sweltering hot in my hallway. Rooms are large and bathrooms were a good size. Had a nice dinner at Media. The 24 hour cafe is grossly overpriced!
Room clean. Not worth the price. No free WIFI or breakfast.
Andrew was awesome and provided great customer service! Also, Jadewaters was a blast with the kids and we loved the hotel's location, close to everything!
Great place to have a conference. My room was very nice and comfortable. No breakfast with the room price. No free WiFi. Lots of items were extra expense.
Nice rooms. Nice ppl. Wifi sucks. Vefy freakin expensive. No fridge. Awesome shower and amazing beds. Food is crap
Very nice and professional. It is a very large place. I probably would have gotten lost trying to figure out where I was going. Luckily I checked the map they have on their website first.
Best place to stay ever!!!! Nothing but good reviews
Hilton Anatole is a very beautiful hotel with many modern arts and statues. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food through it's catering was delicious and represented the local cuisine. The available room was nice and had all the amenities I needed.
The Anatole continues to be a beautiful and luxurious hotel with first class service. I have never had a bad experience there and this time was no different. Everything was perfect. Even a business meeting is a delightful experience at the Anatole!
