Soo much to do, always new products on the shelves! Products only produced for Chocolate World and the attractions like creating your own candy bar or chocolate tasting are things you have to do to believe!

I took my kids to Hershey's Chocolate World for a little trip since we had an appointment in hershey. I did not know we needed a ticket to get in, but they gave us a pamphlet on how to obtain tickets to get in. It took me less than two minutes to obtain our tickets and we headed to the entrance. We were asked if we had tickets at the first checkpoint, we said yes and we moved on to the second checkpoint where we had our temperatures taken. Super easy, put you face up to a tablet and it took your temp, no contact needed. Then you move on to a third checkpoint where they scan your tickets and you go in and enjoy the establishment. We road the tour ride, bought some chocolate and got a milkshake. Everyone was super friendly, everyone wore masks and everyone social distanced. We had a great time! They have a separate door to exit. It was not crowded and I think they did a fantastic job with what they had to do for the pandemic. Great job HCW!!

Very family friendly. Candy is expensive if you can't find the pacific candy you're looking for on sale. The free ride showing how the candy is made is interesting and fun. You also get a free piece of miniature candy at the ending. If you are looking for multiple things to do, they have different packages such as making your own candy bar and a trolley ride.

I highly recommend this place. Buy the package for the 4 things and not individual. Had a blast! Making my own chocolate bar...you can add several ingredients as part of the process so take your time...and play with the package of it. Comes in a silver metal box with a candy wrapper type of cardboard around

Overall didapointmemt. It cost almost $20 per person to "make" a chocolate bar that was about 4 inches long and you didn't even get to pick the ingredients, you just use what they have as ingredients for the day. There was nothing special, no special candy. Just all the same stuff you see in the grocery store. And most of it is over priced despite coming directly from the source, Hershey. Food court was okay, which is why I gave this place any points.

If you are in the area or going to Hershey Park, I highly suggest taking a pit stop and go to Hershey's Chocolate World. It's like the Disney World of all things Hersey. The ride is free and entertaining. It's also educational because you learn the entire process of making chocolate! The building and ride are all handicapped accessible. They also have a create your own chocolate bar area, for a fee. It's easy to spend a phenomenal amount on candy and goodies, so make sure you eat before you go!

It's a great place full of sweets. I went here 2 years ago and it still brings inner child in me. I went on the full Hershey trip and tasting the chocolate was the best part. Tasting the chocolate in a different way was more intimate and I was able to bring out different flavors out of the chocolate that I wasn't able to before. All in all it was a great experience! :v

It's been a few years but it has been remodeled. Looks really beautiful and awesomely done. My wife has all the pictures unfortunately however she was willing to send me this one.:-)

Haven't seen my family in a good 5+ years and this year I surprised my mother by showing up for the Chocolate Tour.

Chocolate world was great, as always. But first all the safety measures they try, they just let far too many people in at once and dont enforce their own rules once people are inside. We got on the chocolate world ride and they never enforced the 6 foot rule because we had a couple stand almost touching us in line. I had to finally say something to them because the staff tended to just look the other way.

This is a very nice place to bring the kids. The store sells everything Hershey so you can pickup that 20 lbs Reese's Peanut Butter cup you always wanted at a discount. They have an expansive food court with very good reasonably priced food. You can also take the family through the factory tour and the 4D movie. Lots of fun and lots to buy.

The trolley ride is good, especially the guides in costume are very professional and their performance to reenact the old stories are nice. Except for that, it's pretty boring place. It's simply a large Hershey chocolate shop

One of my 'happy' places. If I am having a bad day, a trip there cheers me up. You can get the latest Hershey's has to offer candy wise, the Chocolate World tour is always fun, plus there are other activities that while cost something, are fun as well. A must stop even if just passing through the area.

Fun.

Great quick spot to hang out or on your way out of the park. We live pretty close so my young children very much enjoy visiting Chocolate world. They love the free ride that explains how they make chocolate (which was recently very updated). As well as all the cool and cute iteams available for sale. Surprisingly most iteams are not as overpriced as you would think. And they have some super fun oversized classic chocolate iteams available as well.

Don't be fooled like I was by all the photos being " taken" through out the ride tour. I bought five albums for my kids at 20 dollars a peice thinking they were the different photos taken in the ride. Its not it one photo with different backgrounds from the green screen. I feel like I was a victim of bait and switch.

Love coming here!! Free parking for the first 3 hrs, which is perfect for the quick in and out shopping of our favorite chocolate!! They have lots of activities to do as well...make your own chocolate bar, chocolate taste testing, trolley tour of the town, and more! Fun day!

Been here multiple times, but my son had an appointment at the Medical center and we decided to detour over first thing in the morning. Was completely empty so it was nice to get right on the ride. The was very nice to us. Chocolate at 9:15 in the morning never hurts, right?

I'm reviewing Hershey's breakfast with Santa. I liked it! The treats for the kids, including fill your bag of candy and decorate your own cookie, were great. Mrs. Claus walked around greeting the children, and was very sweet. The downsides were that there wasn't much time with Santa because he was seated the whole time, and the kids stood in a line to sit with him, so it was very much like a pump. The other downside was that the breakfast wasn't very tasty. I expected it to be much yummier, but the eggs had a funny texture, and everything else was just mediocre, although I really enjoyed the coffee. Overall, I'm glad we went, but I don't think we'll do it again.

Was here for a school field trip and had an amazing time! The ride was amazing and amazingly educational! They let us go twice because we had extra time to waste! The 4d movie was stunning but the water they sprayed on us was bitter cold but the children enjoyed it and they interviewed people before and put it into the show making it perfect! You also get to design and make your own personal candy bar! Watch it go down the conveyor and then personalize a wrapper with your name and colors and design and it gets put in a tin! What an amazing time and trip!!!

Wonderful place to visit no matter how old you are! Highly recommend making your own candy bar! It is a little pricy but you get to see how the candy bar is made every step of the process and you get to design your own packaging for it. Im not even a big chocolate fan and i had a blast! We did a day trip from DC and i don't think i would recommend that because of traffic.

This place is a RIP off they say register for free parking we had to pay $40 bought a pass a and still had to pay again inside. Don't go just stay on the interstate and u can see it all for free

Lots of fun and has enough stuff to fill a day. Recommend doing the trolley ride and the make your own chocolate bar. The trolley ride with historical facts was very interesting. Chuck was a great host and delivered the information with great enthusiasm.
