Avoid this place. Got stung with stamp duty. Most car sales pay this.

I had a problem with the car and we went into the front Heritage Motor Group and the staff at the front counter was excellent they helped us and guided us to where we needed to go I had a short look around the car yard while I was waiting for our problem to be fixed and quite enjoyed the view of cars and the quality and the cleaners of the place if you are looking for a car to buy I highly recommend this place from mwh
Usless suggest not going their for a service dont do any of the basic stuff like brake pads windshield wipes never replaced after major service turbo blew the hose

I am about to purchase my first Mitsubishi triton from this location. I was dealing with a sales consultant named Jim who was excellent. No sleepy sales just friendly service and able to answer all my questions. He did what he said he would.
Price was good too. Highly recommended business PS. New Triton is so good it s not funny.
Sales and Fiona from finance was absolutely amazing but my husband has to come home and wash the car vacuum inside and clean it as there was a random toy and a glasses case in there from when we looked at the car so we could tell that they never cleaned the car before handing it over! When the salesman was going through everything with us with the car before we left he lifted up the seat and there was rubbish and sand and dirt all underneath and he had to take it to get cleaned and apologised but the car itself wasn t up to the standards they should be considering we spent $28,500 on it!!!!

They are accurate with spare parts interpretation & actually order the parts when they are asked to.
The same hasn't been the case for local auto parts stores meaning that I have to make a 40 kilometres trip in total to purchase genuine Holden parts,none of the local auto parts stores seem to have that link up with Holden anymore so I have to drive over to Maitland & do it myself which can be an inconvenience as they don't seem to want to order the parts from Holden even when they say they will.

Could not find actual issue for the problem they just retrieve the error code costing $170 for 15 min job , the same job can do any auto electrician with $50
They have no idea what s the real problem , I booked service for finding actual cause and cost to fix the problem , booked appoint for 9.am they took car at 10.15 am and returned 10.30am, best job ever in the world , $680 per hr , this is the real reason people are not going for dealership for service it s not genuine cost really disappointed day with heritage motor service Maitland,
DON'T BUY A CAR FROM HERITAGE HOLDEN!!! Big mistake very rude, Very incompetent service department a monkey could do a better job and a one star rating is still to high. The extended warranty is pointless and useless like the people working there.

Took my car in for a service ,dropped of at 9'30-am had to walk in to Maitland as they could only have one passenger in the courtesy bus ,charged ,$70 for break fluid because they forgot to put it in last service ,won't be going back

As I had found employment in the Maitland area I decided to, on the strength that Heritage Motors managed & serviced the company s vehicles, take my car there for its 110k service. Big mistake. Firstly the service was supposed to come with a complimentary wash. This did not happen. Didn t see the need to complain about it. On the drive home I wondered what they had done as a service as the car felt no different as to what it did before the service. Being time poor & perhaps to fastidious I decided to take it no further. The full extent of their shoddy workmanship became apparent when recently I decided to return to my regular mechanic for the 120k service which he obligingly did while I waited. By this time the car was running terribly, which I told him. While waiting I watched them struggle to remove the oil drainage screw. Soon they came to advise that they were having problems removing it because whoever had done it previously had sheared the screw head in their attempt. When they finally succeeded what poured into the receptacle was the colour of coal tar & not oil that had done 10,000 kms. Obviously this had not been done on the previous service. Heritage Motors had also recommended that I needed my brake pads changed. Fortunately I decided (not sure why at the time) not to use them. Thank God. From other reviews it appears this mod is better at selling cars than servicing them. Do yourself a favour, take your business elsewhere

One of the worst in Australia when it comes to Service Department. They don't believe in customer service.
I'll remind you they have a courtesy bus. They won't tell it until you ask.
You'll never get the car back on time promised for sure.
If you end up having a trouble, or there's a warranty claim, you better start doing follow up with the company directly or wait for weeks and months. I have my car with them since last 11 days and had to call up Mitsubishi directly today to get an approval which I thought these guys can get themselves. They don't care if I'm losing work, money or productivity because of no car.
The best thing, even after Mitsubishi confirmed they had send an approval, the guy here doesn't mind to check first before telling me that they are still waiting for approval.
PLEASE HAVE SOME CONNECT WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS AND UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM... I'd recommend this to Heritage Service Team.
And for sure I'm not worried about what are they going to do with my car after reading this review

Had my car serviced here on multiple occasions, Service Staff are always friendly and happy to help were they can. Mick the courtesy bus driver is a lovely man and takes pride in what he does.
Fantastic place for us to have our Ute serviced. James organized a car for me as the Ute needed to be kept overnight awaiting parts to arrive the next day.
James kept me informed me when the Ute would be ready and the cost so I could have everything organized to pick it up.

Great after sales service with their vehicles for sale
Yesterday I took my Rodeo work ute in for diagnostic check due to an intermittent problem. I got a call in the afternoon quoting $1300 to repair it. They stated it was a Fuel Pressure Regulator. ironically I rang their spare parts department to find out the part was $136.00 plus GST. where the Service department quoted $469.00 for the part. I rang another local Holden dealership and was quoted a fitted price of $301.95 to supply and fit the same part. WELL DONE HERITAGE HOLDEN for your outstanding Customer Service and lack of how to keep customers. As you are aware i have now picked up the car. I will never spend another cent with you guys. Oh Yeah the car will go to the other Holden Dealership on Tuesday for repair. Feel free to refund my Diagnostic fee of $160 as a good will gesture.
Bought my first car from here I am looking to trade in my crude z 2016 and purchase a Captiva otherwise may have to go some other dealer I have just spoke with a agent from Maitland Toyota who has invited me to have a look at a Tab 4.
Very Unprofessional not in the slightest bit helpful when i attempted to purchase a car from this dealership.
Drove into the dealership looking to purchase a secondary car as a runabout so i wouldn't have to use my SS Walkinshaw as a daily driver.
Staff saw what i drove in and were virtually harassing me the moment i pulled up asking if i would trade it in.
When i said "Im just looking, I will call someone if its needed", Their response was to roll their eyes arrogantly and walk off and ignore me.
Obviously because I wasn't selling a highly sought after vehicle they assumed i wasn't worth their time
Their intention is not to sell you a car unless they can extract every extra dollar from me by whatever means available. This was quite obvious from the moment I spoke to 2 different salesman
Would never ever go back to this dealership and I would urge others not to as well
