Only one member of staff on today who was most unhelpful. I went to Winchester VW instead to buy my car.

Just bought a car from a Martin s for my wife. Ryan is a great salesman not pushy or pressuring but states what options and packs such as gap insurance / paint protections etc are available.

I am somewhat old fashioned and liked the time when ladies were given a bouquet of flowers with a new (or new to them) car... I asked for this and it was no trouble ... that s good service! Well done Ryan and co.

Most expe sive fuel in andover ,but otherwise really good garage

I don't buy cars from Martins but use the workshop at the end of the building for all my MOT's and some service work. Peter and Lee are great guys and go out of their way to get jobs back to me asap. First class 5 star service.

BEFORE; 2* - My car went in for some recall work but came back to me with a fault, hence only two stars.

AFTER; 5* - Once I'd contacted the After Sales Manager the service was excellent. They collected the car, rectified the problem and went the extra mile to ensure the car was in tip-top condition when it was returned to me.

Great customer service and best price around for my model car

Absolutely brilliant! MOT & Service done the next day. Customer facing young man was very professional and friendly. The prices are comparable with MS, but service level is much higher. Definitely would recommend and will be booking again.

Services here are nearly 50% more expensive than other Renault dealers (e.g. SMC Aldershot). Wouldn't use them again.

How refreshing to see a dealership work so hard to get a customer a great deal. Recently traded a used car that was not a VW, in a deal for a year old Touareg - Nigel Colledge did a super job; enthusiastic, very helpful and a really nice chap to do business with. This is what buying a car should be like!

Whilst not normally one for writing reviews I had to make an exception in the case of my experience with both David & Ryan at Martins (Andover).

Both were very professional all the way through & certainly dispelled certain stereotypical assumptions often attributed to the motor sales fraternity.

Good trade-in price + sensible forecourt price + great service throughout the whole process = one happy customer.

David & Ryan were a pleasure to deal with & I cannot recommend them highly enough .

Today I took delivery of my Golf R from Nigel Colledge of Martins Volkswagen, Andover. From the beginning, Nigel couldn t be more helpful. There were many things which I liked about dealing with Nigel at no time was he pushy, or tried cheap tactics to allow me to part with my money, he simply gave me information I was after (and I think I taught him a few things about the Golf R as well) , allowed me to drive the vehicle on a lengthy journey, experiencing most classifications of road and above all, he was polite, courteous and adopted great communication, keeping me informed at all times of the progress of my car once I had signed on the dotted line.

Upon collection day, Nigel sent me a personal video showing my car in the showroom looking a Million Dollars and even collected me from the train station.

A quaint little Dealership which offers the service and experience I chose Volkwagen for. Granted, it s not a huge premises but does that matter? Not for me it delivered and it felt very personal and Nigel and his team made me feel a valued customer. At all times he was honest with me and this is hard to find and gave me confidence in my experience; a consummate professional who should be commended for his work ethics!

I d also like to thank David for his input in the final deal and help and assistance in making the car look fabulous.

Would I buy from Martins Volkswagen of Andover again? Damn right, and I would travel the hour and half to do it again! Thank you for the experience

I made my purchase from Martins back in August. The process was seamless with Neal. There was no push sales at all. Everything was done at my pace and I could not have been happier as they offered a good px, a good price on my new used car. Overall, the sales experience was fantastic all around with the sales manager David coming to introduce himself on pick up day which was a nice value adding touch that they appreciated my business.
5 months on I had an issue with the car and I brought it to Lookers in Wimbledon who upon running diagnostics gave me a price to repair it as they believed it was not warranty work and quoted from a sales sheet with no human intervention or care. I queried this as the problem had to be there beforehand, as there was evidence to this, but they would not listen
Cut to Martins and the experience could not have been more the polar opposite with Neal, David and Phil in the service department bending over backward to assist with this and fixing it in less than a day for 1/5 of the price quoted by Lookers and even returned the car to me.
I can't recommend Martins and the team highly enough - thanks to you all for your hard work and phenomenal after-sales customer service.

Very unhelpful man in the parts department. Immediately refused to look for a part for a Skoda Fabia "we don't do them, we are a VW garage". He must have forgotten that Skoda are part of the Volkswagen Audi group and use the same parts.

He reluctantly looked up the part and said I could order but would have to pay first. I'll just buy off the internet, much simpler.

Turned up unexpected as my windscreen wipers had stopped working. They took it straight into the workshop and dealt with the problem I could not be happier with the service I received.

Thank you Martin's of Andover bought a fantastic Golf GTI performance with the help of Nigel a very helpful and polite salesman. His knowledge of the car and all the extra's was second to none. Gave me as much time as I needed to look over the car before leaving my and my friend take the car for a test drive. If your looking for a pre loved VW I highly recommend Martins

Nice little VW garage with forecourt and small shop that has a good range of items. Fuel is slightly more than the cheapest places around.

I have used this garage for my MOTs for quite a few years now and they have always been polite and ready to help

Travelled 120miles to see a car booked with Nigel 10 minutes before arriving rang to say he had sold it very poor customer service will not be using again beware Nigel sales man not doing your company any favors very rude

Does good coffee. Also great 1stop spot for all your essentials.... Packed lunch, evening meal... Whatever, baccy alcohol. Great selection with friendly service from quality staff (regular staff who clearly enjoy working there!) Also does petrol and car stuff I understand. Xx

We bought a used Touareg from Martins at the weekend, fantastic customer service, very relaxed and with no pressure sales which made my other half feel very at ease as it was her car and she was buying it. Ryan was polite, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the car and made the whole process very easy and un stressful.
He also stayed behind after closing on a Saturday to hand the car over and made sure that all the functions were fully explained.
The rest of the staff were also very amenable and made themselves available when needed.
A pleasure to deal with.
10/10 and I will definitely be recommending Martins.
