One of the worst in Australia when it comes to Service Department. They don't believe in customer service.
I'll remind you they have a courtesy bus. They won't tell it until you ask.
You'll never get the car back on time promised for sure.
If you end up having a trouble, or there's a warranty claim, you better start doing follow up with the company directly or wait for weeks and months. I have my car with them since last 11 days and had to call up Mitsubishi directly today to get an approval which I thought these guys can get themselves. They don't care if I'm losing work, money or productivity because of no car.
The best thing, even after Mitsubishi confirmed they had send an approval, the guy here doesn't mind to check first before telling me that they are still waiting for approval.

PLEASE HAVE SOME CONNECT WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS AND UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM... I'd recommend this to Heritage Service Team.

And for sure I'm not worried about what are they going to do with my car after reading this review
