I recently needed a key cut for a volvo s60 other than the dealership which is expensive no other locksmith couldn't or wouldn't cut it. I went to heritage and I was in and out in no time and the key was perfectly cut. Thanks heritage for the superb and prompt service.

After finding the cost of replacement keys and fobs from a dealer, I looked around and found Heritage Locksmith. The gentleman that assisted me was on time and quick. From the time I got there and left, it was less than 15 minutes. Their price are 50 - 75% cheaper than other places I have checked. I always search for the best price for any service I use. Heritage's prices are the best I could find in Buffalo, but that aside there's a lot more to say. My friend used Heritage and he recommended them too saying they had quick service. So after calling multiple places for prices and my friends review, I decided to go with them. I met 2 of the technicians through the process, both of which were very professional, helpful, and friendly. They came 2 days in a row and were punctual and communicated effectively. Both guys seem experienced and knowledgeable. I don't trust many with this type of work, but I know they'll be my only choice this point on.

He is very Professional and reliable, honest and humble guy who is very intelligent. I would recommend him for anything regarding homes, motorcycles, car keys, remote programming etc. He does it all. He cut keys for me in the past and program them and saved me hundreds of bucks. I had a jaguar and need a key program to the vehicle everyone but the dealership told me they couldn't do it but he came and was able to do within minutes. check in with him before going to the dealership, he always find away and also take advantage of his business while his here!

Really great service, and flexible all around. Once the key was made, he checked in to make sure it worked. His prices were really reasonable, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Got locked out of my house, after my landlords office hours closed, and the emergency line never called back. I called this place, and it was going to be around $100 for the service (another place in buffalo wanted to charge $150.) I had to rush off the phone to try to get other options going for me, but the staff member I spoke to sent me a text, asking for a picture of my broken key, and offered to make a copy for $10-20 if I was able to come by before they closed. He made two keys, because my original was so warped, but when I got home, the second key I tried worked perfect. Thanks for saving my butt - it was 28 degrees outside and I have three small children!

I don't know what @Ronthebilder is talking about. I've used Heritage twice, once just for home locks because my house was built in 1890 and everything's on a different key and once for my car when my key just straight up snapped in half in my pocket.

The guy who runs it was always cool, came in under every other estimate I got and finished the job done on the quick. I'd definitely recommend.

I needed keys cut for a somewhat rare car. He was able to cut a new key just by eyeballing the OEM key and figuring out the cuts. The key works perfectly, and he was able to replace the broken fob on the OEM key I already had. I would not hesitate to go back in the future.

Buyer beware. I went to their shop for a auto key replacement key. Before I had called I got a price and was told to call before I come in so some one would be there. The replacement key created works fine, but the price quoted was much different.

I was quoted $40 on the phone. When the key was created it was now $99. This is more then the dealer charges, so I knew something was wrong. I mentioned it and the price then became $70.

I should have left. I paid the $70, but the more I thought about it bothered me and I do not want someone else to be treated the same way. I sent an email to the owners and got no reply. Not getting a reply tells me they don't care or is part of their normal practice. So be careful with this vendor.

Heritage Locksmith helped my family and I get back in our house at 10pm. The service was prompt and professional. They even worked with me when my protection plan did not. Heritage Locksmith deserves 5 Stars without a doubt. If needed I will use them again!!

and 4 re-keys.

The young tech kid did a fabulous job on reprogramming my key for my car, He took pride in his job and skills he has towards his job and in result of that, ended up reprogramming me a great key. Keep up the great business!

I had to go back multiple times due a key not being cut correctly. I even had to make a video of the key not working. In the end the man was very rude and said "its not my fault it didnt work". I dont understand how it is not your fault if you did not cut it correctly. I never once implied anyone was at fault. Then when he gave me my refund he actually shorted me. Luckly, I noticed before I pulled off.

I have called Heritage Locksmith a couple office is times.They were prompt they said 20 min & they came with in that time .They were courteous & professional.I hope that i do not lose my keys or have a lockout again, if so they would be the one

We needed the front lock changed on our animal rescue and needed 25 keys made asap. Called them at 9am and by 10:30am they were at our location. They had all they the equipment in their van, changed the lock cut my new keys and had use all secured super fast!

Called to get a quote for my nissan...was told 150 for one key. The dealers price was cheaper than that! When i asked the gentleman ( who was rude and very robotic and cold , unfriendly) if i provided a blank transponder key can he just cut the key for me...he told me very sarcastically "$146" ...lol 4 dollars off if i provide the 100 dollar key myself....unreal

My go to locksmith from now on. They were able to duplicate, and program a new key for my Toyota for a fraction of the cost of the dealer. Before you take your car to the dealer for a key, go to Heritage and save yourself hundreds of dollars.
And it only took 10 minutes! Highly recommended.

This dude rolled up in 20 minutes on a Sunday at 8:30 and had my lock picked in about 5 minutes thereafter. I went downstairs for a drink and by the time I came back up he was done and done. Did a courtesy of just taking the lock we didn t have a key to off the door. Offered to make one on the spot. Straight up A team.
