I had to go back multiple times due a key not being cut correctly. I even had to make a video of the key not working. In the end the man was very rude and said "its not my fault it didnt work". I dont understand how it is not your fault if you did not cut it correctly. I never once implied anyone was at fault. Then when he gave me my refund he actually shorted me. Luckly, I noticed before I pulled off.
