Great place and prices keys and locks are pretty good and for your programming key's this a place I don't think you find it cheaper then anyone else everyone else wants a million dollars for the program key's not this place for most vehicles it's 75 to a hundred bucks for most car's go check them out
I've called 5 locksmiths to duplicate a transponder key for my Mercedes Benz they declined.
I received a call from Heritage locksmith and they came out within a few hours and did the job within an hour and a half. He told me at first it'll be done within half an hour but I kind of figured it would be longer than that.
I was not upset. it was kind of pricey but glad they were able to do it
The gentleman just finished my car key. They came to my house in less than 30 minutes. The technician was professional and friendly. 2 keys and 1 FOB later and I am a happy customer. The lock in a push button gate latch got damaged and we couldn't open our gate. While we waited a little longer for service than the half hour time frame we were quoted, it wasn't too long. It took some figuring out and the technician took the lock apart and put it back together a few times but he was able to fix it in the end. We were super happy we didn't have to replace the lock! The price was very reasonable, about $20 less than I'd expected for the short notice service call. He was very friendly and told a sad story about his tools being stolen and held for ransom. What a horrible way to take advantage of someone who is just trying make a living.
Bottom line: Quick response, friendly service and reasonable price.

Excellent customer service!!! Better than 5 stars!!!! We are from PA almost 3 hours away and our kids lost their car keys while spending the day at Darien Lake Park. They did not notice until the evening when they we getting ready to leave. We called a couple locksmiths that could not help. Finally called Hillel and he took care of everything! He even followed up days later to ship us an updated key fab.
