Just drove in as my tire light came on just wanted to add some air see which tire was low. Was told would be at least a 45 minute wait if I wanted to check the air so I was forced to go across the street in the pouring rain at the gas station to add 2 psi to each tire due to the cold weather. Curry Honda checks tires on the drive to let me know if one is at least lower than the others. Not great service.

Love the Hennessy Honda dealership. (Specially after having a bad experience with another Honda dealer where they didn't even care how long we had to wait to see a sales associate). My wife worked with Anita John and we loved working her. Very professional and detailed. We filled the details for the loan application the previous day and everything was ready and set to go when we got there. Will definitely recommend Anita & Hennessy Honda.

Great facility, we also got a lower than quoted price on a key replacement which made us very happy. 10/10 would recommend Hennessy Honda. When navigating to the store at the address listed, there isn't actually a turn in so if you're coming from the direction of 75 take a right at the light.

The sales department and financial department are AMAZING, but I must say this is the worst place I have ever tried to get my vehicle serviced. Since I ve purchased and financed my car from this dealership I decided to be a loyal customer and also get my first oil change too. I live 45 minutes away so I called to make an appointment. When calling they told me they do not take appointments but to come around 2-3 because the mornings were busy and this might be a good time. I arrived at 3:05. A nice gentleman greeted me and after checking his watch proceeded to take my information. Immediately after, a blonde, short haired, elderly lady pulled the gentleman aside and told him that he couldn t do my oil change because it was ten minutes after 3. The poor guy came to us with the bad news. I explained to him my situation and the phone call I made before arriving. The elderly lady came over and refused to do the oil change although it was only ten minutes after 3 and I was told to come around 2-3pm. While this was happening a service girl behind her was laughing hysterically like this was some sort of joke. Which got me upset and embarrassed me. Of course this would make anyone upset going 45 minutes out of your way for no reason, so I was not a happy camper needless to say. So in the end she refused to have my oil changed, and I left humiliated. On top of all of this, when I was trying to pull out, a service boy started closing the gate on me while my car was in the middle of the entrance, almost crashing my car with the gate, I had to honk several times in order for him to notice he was going to hit my car!! The only reason I gave this review 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the kindness of the first gentleman that greeted me.

I brought my 2019 Honda Pilot to install roof rail and cross bars. Their front desk service was awesome. They provided me a loaner car as well. I would give 5 stars, but they returned my pilot very dirty. It seems like it was taken to a construction site and a construction worker worked on it. Wheels, mud guards, running boards, mat, all dirty. I had to take it to carwash right after I came back home and discover this. Very disappointing.

TLDR; quoted $5500 fix, $75 dollar fluid change fixed my car. Techs here obviously have bad diagnostic skills and service advisors not interested in helping you.

Full:

Late last year I brought my car in to have a shudder diagnosed. It was a very specific problem and I described the issue in great detail to the service advisor, Kevin Etters. He explained the diagnostic charge and wrote down all the notes I gave him for the tech to diagnose the issue. Later that day he called and explained that himself and the shop foreman took it for a test drive it and concluded the torque converter was the culrpit. His suggestion: replace the entire transmission for about $5500. Well this car is almost 14 years old so I'm not about to spend that kind of money on it. I declined the service and picked it up later that day, paying the diagnostic fee.

Well once I got home I started to explore other options for repair. After exactly one Google search I found numerous suggestions that the first thing to do is replace the transmission fluid since it shares oil with the torque converter and the quality of the fluid is absolutely essential for the TC to function. Sounds about right.

Fast forward about a month and I have finally been able to get a ride to work again so I can take the car in for the trans fluid change. It goes smoothly and I have a few other items worked on. Well guess what, the fluid change 100% fixed the problem. A $75 fluid swap fixed a problem that I was quoted $5500 for. Ok, I mean the repair was a Google search away but I guess everyone has their days and they overlooked this easy fix that would have cost me essentially nothing since I already had to pay the diagnostic fee anyway. So I explained this to Kevin and asked about using the diagnostic fee charged to pay for the fluid change since it was the proper fix, one that should have been offered the first time I came in if the techs had any sense. Well he pretty kindly said "no". Frustrating but whatever, that's life and at leats my car is fixed. I'll still take my car here because having worked a little in automotive I know dealer techs are better trained than most. Only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they did eventually fix my car even if I had to tell them exactly what to do.

I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT TRADING IN MY VEHICLE AND I WAS HUNG UP ON 3 TIMES. NO ONE HELPED ME AT ALL. THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T HELP ME WITH MY SITUATION AND DID NOT EVEN MADE THE SMALLEST EFFORT TO HELP ME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THIS PEOPLE WILL NOT HELP YOU. I had a fantastic experience with Hennessy Honda. Stacey Finelli was wonderful to work with - responsive, direct, friendly, professional, and honest - the exact opposite of the characteristics why most people hate interacting with car salespeople. It was less than 24 hours between when I first initiated contact with her and when I drove out with my car, and that's even with the original car I intended to purchase having been sold during that period! Matt Auers was also a pleasure to work with once I arrived at the dealership to complete the transaction. He was thorough and efficient, and made sure that one minor concern with the vehicle was addressed promptly. I would highly recommend working with this dealership.

If I could give them a zero I would.. argued prices are high and 1 hour for an oil change.. I got my oil change there but should have gone to Kia, they are better priced. They left my hood not completely closed. Driving done 575 I can see my hood moving, so I pulled over to find out they didn t closed my hood right. Their sales floor is horrible and so is their service dept.Do yourself a favor ..GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!

Wow, I'm not normally a lover of dealerships, but ...

Wow, I'm not normally a lover of dealerships, but these guys killed it for me. They crushed every other dealer's price on a 2015 Honda Odyssey EX-L, beating some by almost $1000, most by $500 and the lowest by $200, and when I got to the dealership, they honored the "out the door" price they had negotiated over email, with no funny business, no up-charges, and zero loan origination fees. Jimmie Bracken the Sales guy was personable and knowledgeable and the finance guy Brian listened well and even recommended an 8 year, 75K mile extended warranty rather than upselling us on the 7 year, 100K version which cost more.

I am dumbfounded at how awesome this purchase was. It was well worth the long drive out to Woodstock.

Be warned that these people will rip you off. Our honda AC broke down while on a road trip and we made the mistake of going to this dealership for service. We dropped off the vehicle at 7 AM in the morning and rented a car for the day while it was being worked on. They had our car all day, and come evening they broke our AC worse than when it was dropped off, didn't fix a thing, charged us for the labor, and didn't even have the decency to waive the rental fee after such an astounding show of incompetence. Get your service elsewhere if you can, this business is not honest or competent.

I loved working with Hennessy Honda of Woodstock,GA and am thankful for the kindness and patience of Jimmie Bracken, my sales consultant. He spent over an hour with me going over all my questions and helping me feel comfortable with everything. By the way, I drove 40 miles from Decatur to buy my car from this dealership. I worked with Stacey Finelli, internet sales consultant, and she was wonderful! My car was waiting for me when I arrived, the paperwork was ready to be signed and she had Jimmie to show me the car- easy and perfect! I had visited 3 dealerships and the others were closer but I felt an immediate difference in how I was treated at Woodstock by Stacey arranging the sale on the phone and Jimmie who went through all my questions about my new HRV. I am ready for my first oil change and am making the drive back up to Woodstock where I trust the people will not take advantage of a single woman buying/doing maintenance on a car. I was treated terribly by a dealership near me with my last Honda and will take my new one on a little road trip to Woodstock when it needs service. Sunday 11/05: me, my wife, my daughter & my mother...

Sunday 11/05: me, my wife, my daughter & my mother in law came over to the
dealership to look at a 2017 used white CR-V, the dealership was closed -
but we spotted the car in the parking lot & to our surprise it was unlocked so we checked it out ... we liked what we saw .. so we decided to come back the following day at 9am

that night my wife found a used 2018 CR-V with only 3300 miles on it

Monday 11/06: I arrived ahead of my wife & mother in law at like 9:10am ...
spoke to one of your used car salesmen (can t recall his name - may have
been Derrick)

I let him know i was here to buy that 2018 CR-V ... He went looking for the
keys & he couldn t find them ... I was like that s ok we don t need to see
the truck right now - I just wanted to talk about pricing - told him it was

got a worksheet wrote out the price plus plus plus & presented it to me - I
was like this is full price - he was like this is all i can do - then he said we don t negotiate prices .... I said you all don t have any military discounts, no loyalty previous honda owners discounts, nothing - he said no we sure don t ...

so I asked If i could chat with the sales manager - that s when Jody came
over - he never really walked in the cubicle - just kind of hung over my shoulder and asked what can I do for you ..

I asked him the same thing about coming off the price a bit & he went into
his spill about how they don t haggle, they don t negotiate & they don t lower prices ... so i asked him .. was that the case just in this current year car & he said no - we don t negotiate on any of our cars I was shocked .. then asked him if i could get a better deal paying cash or using honda financing & he said it doesn t matter .. so I thanked him and he walked off

Then another salesman came over & he was like I heard you all talking - he
began talking about how good of a deal that the car was & then he said - we
don t have a lot of room to play with on the current year used car - but if you
were interested in a olde car maybe then he could save me some money

I looked at the original salesman & I was like I just asked you and the
sales manager about that & both of you said you don t negotiate

so I had him go ask the sales manager if he could lower the price on the
2017 - even though he had just said he doesn t do that & to my surprise he
dropped the price by $393.00 ...

so at that point my mother in law was like- let s just pay the price for the
2018 .. I told my salesman we d just pay the price for the 2018 & he told me
the car was out - said it s with a customer who brought his car in for
repair

so I said ok - can you call service to see when it will be back - he was
like I have you number - I ll check & get back with you later on today - I
said man, it s 9:40am - no other customers are here - my mother in law is
leaving on Wednesday... whenever i bring a car in for service - they tell me
when i m going to be able to pick it up - can t u just call service now &
tell me if it s going to be back by wednesday.... at this point we were
outside ...
so he went back in & in less than a minute he came back out & said I don t
know what the deal is - but I called service & they said the car will be out
for at least a month - so i m sorry I can t sale it to you .. so I left

as i was driving off in my car I had that feeling felt like i had been discriminated against - kinda of felt like he never called service & that he was lying about the car being gone for at least a month

ended up using USAA car buying assistance program - which lead me to Stacey in new car sales
... came back (against my wife & mother in laws wishes) & purchased a brand
new 2018 CR-V

Stacey handed us off to Jimmie who did an awesome job ....

new car department was awesome ... used car team was horrible

Hennessy responded with their best price right out of the gate! Everyone I dealt with was extremely pleasant, respectful and helpful, responding with the requested information in an extremely timely manner - no runaround. They also matched a lower price that was offered at the 11th hour by another dealer.

if you guys want to save some money, look at a different dealer. These guys make massive profit from all of their cars. I was able to bought a car from somewhere else and save over $3k. The car also had less mileages, if you don't like to haggle for a good deal then this is your place. And btw all of their 5 stars are from customer who want to exchange a 5 stars for a free oil change.

I love everything and I do not say that about many places but Hennessy Honda deserves it -- The convenience of the set up for dropping off my car is so much better than any other place. The way the specialist ( In my case usually Carlee who is awesome ! ) Greets you in the drive through fdrop off. Actually the wait room us very nice too. But the person who takes my car also send me a text so I have contact with them if I have any questions or even if I need something I can simply text her/him. I usually have to wait while my car is being worked on and the waiting area is very nice.

Everything about my experience was great until the time I had to go sit down in a back room with the finance guy and discuss options on warranty and financing. Talk about "full court press" - I felt like I had to say "no" at least 5 times for the guy to get my drift. Then, I got pushed into going with a financing package that was more costly for my family. I got it all resolved by coming back to the dealership the next day (on a Sunday) and dealing with another guy (Tommy, I believe) who cleaned up the mess. If Tommy was the guy helping me the first time around, I would absolutely give the dealership 5-stars.

I bought a 2018 Honda Fit in May, 2018 from Hennessy Woodstock. The total experience post sale has been a bit of a bummer. I LOVE my car, but I wonder if I had gone to a different dealer if I would have been able to have floor mats and the deck lid for the hatch. Other owners of the same model told me their car came with these things, they paid the same price as me, and that it's the dealer being cheap. So I have buyers remorse only for where I bought from. I'm bringing my car for its first oil change and going to follow up with a manager to see what they can do. Fingers crossed.

To follow up this review, I went to Hennessy and found out the "free" oil change the sales guy promised me doesn't exist; only if I give a 5 star review on Google. Thus all the glowing five star reviews. When I brought up the floor mats I was told the car should have come with them, then they backpeddled and told me they don't, and tried to SELL them to me at "their cost". Obviously I'm not going to do that, and after a couple runs back to the secret room, they agreed to cover new mats. Is this solving my customer service and sales issue? Yes. Would I recommend to friends or family buying from Hennessy? No. There's plenty of other Honda dealers with better service.

The service folks were awesome getting the car cleaned and fueled up on time and getting it ready to go. No bad experience at all. Definitely will consider this dealership for my next Honda before any other location.

He reviews the details of my service call and let's me know what to expect at my next visit (i.e. new tires, brake pads, etc.) which is so helpful when budgeting our family finances.

He was the salesman that helped us a few months back when we purchased our new vehicle. He was not at all pushy and very knowledgeable, making our entire experience quite enjoyable. It is very difficult to get in touch with anyone at this dealership! I have called dozens of times with no answer or only being transferred to a voicemail. I have left multiple voice messages regarding a recall notification and haven't had anyone respond to my messages for days. Someone needs to address this issue in my opinion.

This review has been a long time coming as we purchased out first vehicle there in 3/2016. We were so pleased with the experience that we purchased a second vehicle in 11/2016. Any time we have a family member or friend that is looking to purchase a car we always refer them to Hennessy Honda and specifically to Vinnie! at 4-5 of our referrals have purchased from there as well. Lastly, with an addition t the family we had to trade the Civic in for a CRV. I miss the Civic, but love the CRV just as much! It would be very hard for someone to convince me to purchase elsewhere as they are extremely kind, courteous, and fair!

We moved to the area almost a year ago from Charlotte and absolutely loved the dealer/service department we had in Charlotte. This dealers service department is TERRIBLE. You know that feeling, when you go some place and deal with people that are going to take advantage of you. I kept going over the last year for oil changes and rotations but still just not loving the experience. Very inflexible about a lot of things, 2 instances: First, I brought my vehicle in for service and while waiting I found a coupon on the website. I went to the service advisor to ask about it and she insisted it had to be printed out to get the discount. Really printed out it is 2017. She went to lunch when my car was done and another advisor checked me out and I brought it up again and he gave me the discount and printed the coupon to go with it. Seems like someone didn't want any discount off of there commission for the service write up. Secondly, I had my vehicle serviced a few weeks ago printed coupons in hand and I was told at the conclusion of this appointment my rack and pinion needed to be replaced. I called to schedule an appointment for today a 7:00AM 04/21/2017 the service advisor I scheduled with was not there this morning and low and behold the lady that would not give me the discount was the one to help me this morning because out of 4 service advisors she was the only one to look up from her terminal and sat in front of the one I was intended to see (FYI none of them had customers at the time and none were on the phone). I have a disability (constant uncontrollable VERTIGO) and am unable to drive so my wife drives me everywhere with our 3 little girls. They were going to give me a loaner van to use and I asked this lady if we could get the loaner going outside the service bay (so I didn't block it up removing car seats and such) so we could mover over the 3 car seats with out to much hassle. She told me NO that we had to bring our van into service unload and wait for the loaner to be processed which meant hauling car seats around and waiting for the loaner. I simply asked why we couldn't do it right outside in a parking space and pull the loaner right up next to my van to make it easier to install all 3. She said well we just don't do it that way sorry. I told them I was leaving and they lost out on a $2000 service. The lady I scheduled with did call me back and apologized and said that my request was not out of line and she would have happily obliged.

Now come to find out they were taking advantage of me anyway the rack isn't leaking at all. Just flat LIED!!! Boy did I dodge a bullet. caveat emptor (buyer beware)!!!

So to summarize terrible Customer Service, Not flexible at all and they lied to get and expensive service. Be warned!!!

Armando at the dealership has the highest professionalism and customer service that I have experienced in a long time. He took time to walk through the car with me, test drive, answer questions and no pressure. He followed up until I was ready. We worked out a great deal and then proceeded to prepare paperwork to make the purchase seamless. It took 30 minutes once I was there to complete. That has never happened to me before. I was so appreciative for the pleasant experience.

I purchased my 2019 CRV from here and it was a great experience with Anita. I took it in to be serviced and it was by far the best experience of any dealership service center. They preformed the work in the time frame stated when I made the appointment. The price was great with no hidden charges or add-ons. The facility is clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could want. The location is great as there are plenty of restaurants and retail nearby and they offer a shuttle if your not keen on walking.
This dealership is a long way from where I live but I m so glad I followed recommendations and went the extra distance. I couldn t be happier.

We bought our car through the USAA buying program and received an excellent price. Alan was outstanding. He gave us all the information we needed, let us look at and drive the cars we were interested in and was there to help us whenever we needed it. Scott explained our financing options and even custom tailored an extended warranty to our specifications. The whole process couldn't have been easier. A very enjoyable experience. Thanks.

Everyone from the Internet sales director, to the sales folks ( Greg and Conrad ) and the finance manager, were a pleasure to deal with. I hate car shopping. There are many Honda dealers out there. Hennessey's upfront pricing and excellent staff made my car shopping experience better than expected.
