Hennessy Honda Review

Armando and Justin were awesome in helping me to find the truck I had requested in the color I had requested. I never felt pressured to buy. When the truck came in it had options that would have cost much more that the cost they quoted. However, they stuck to the agreed upon price. Tommy Young did the financing. He was open, honest, and got us a better rate than the company we had pre-qualified with. Thanks to all of them and Hennessy Honda I got my dream truck at a price I could afford - 2017 Honda Ridgeline RTL T. I love it!

Reviews on google are biased. They ask you to leave a 5 star review after buying your car in order to get your first oil change for free. But anyways, when buying my 2018 Honda Accord, the salesperson was not the friendliest and didn t know too much about the car when giving me the run down after purchasing. Also the service department tried charging me for plugging a tire, had to argue with them I had the extra warranty that was supposed to cover that. Oil changes are about $80. Also brought my car in for a recall and oil change, told it would take 2-3 hours, did not qualify me for a courtesy vehicle or shuttle anywhere. Will not be servicing my car here anymore.

I worked with several dealerships before I bought my car this past week. Some were more willing to try and negotiate then others. I am okay with that, but this was the one with the poorest customer service. We test drove, sat down with sales person, she came back with a price $2k to $3k higher than any other place. She was nice, we said thank you (she had gone to her sales manager three times already. We are out the door, ready to leave and he comes running to ask us what is wrong (as if a surprise) and asks for 30 seconds. We had been in there about 20 minutes after the test drive, but we really wanted to get it done that night. The 30 seconds turned in to another 10 minutes. Then finally, started to leave again and he did the old...I have been in the car business for a lot of years, I know all these guys. IF (emphasis on IF) I really had the deal I had said, he said I should take it. This is what I had said when I walked in the door. I said I have been offered a really good deal, and if y'all can't match that is fine I would just get it the next day. Just all these crazy games that you hear about, that most dealerships seemed to have stopped. Wasted my time, insulted my integrity..and lost an easy sell to a competitor the next day.

Hennessy has been a great dealership for Hondas around Georgia. They meet the promises and deliver their word. I was shopping around for an Accord Sport for a long time and it was no suprise the purchase was through Hennessy. If you are around georgia and you are looking for a Honda, you dont need to be going around anywhere else. Great dealership and one of the best I have come across selling Hondas.

I had the most wonderful experience with Stacy Finneli and Hennesy Honda! I bought a brand new 2013 Honda Odyssey EX-L RES from her dealership. Not only did I get the best experience, but I also got the best price. I talked to about 3 other well known dealerships in the Atlanta area (Gwinnett area and Alpharetta area - won't name them, but you can google and find out which dealerships are there). Compared to Stacey and team they were a not even in her league

Stacy was always forthright and honest and would put everything in writing. Gwinnet location was helpful - but couldn't beat Staceys price and service. Alpharetta location were liars, manipulators and made a car buying experience what people typically think of... horrible.

Stacy and Hennessy were exactly the opposite - kind, considerate, truthful, no pressure, and truly a group of people I would do business with again.

When my current honda accord is ready to be replaced - I will definitely come to Stacy to do business again!

I love my vehicle. It was the best experience I had overall. Especially for my first vehicle. I had such a great sales man named Bob Harden he was very helpful all throughout the whole experience. If anybody needs a new car ask for Bob!!!

I purchased my Honda from Hennessy in 2015 and it has been nowhere else for service. I always call Ed Miller, Service Advisor, with any issue and he is always a great help. The repair techs are very efficient and do quality work. This visit I asked that they detail my car and it was absolutely gorgeous! I love getting behind the wheel of my car right after it has been serviced.

Armando Riva was my sales consultant and he helped me purchase a Honda HR-V. It was a great buying experience! He listens to what you're looking for, showed and discussed the financing of several options, and didn't rush my decision. Highly recommend.

Take my wife's van here for service, always easy to get in and usually quick to finish. Also purchased the van here, was less please with that experience, played the same games a lot of dealerships play with pricing and going to the manager.

This had to have been the easiest car buying experience I ve ever had. I had planned on negotiating my new car price with them, but they came back with a number lower than the price I was willing to pay. Then Alex Ocasio walked me through each step of the process never pushing me to spend more than what I needed. He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I walked out with a brand new car same day that I m still in love with months later.

Shane was the best salesman to work with! He was really easy going and great to get along with! I would highly recommend requesting him when you walk in! Finance manager was just as great! I was looking for a very specific car with year, mileage, options all important. I found my dream car at this place within days of starting my search. Ed was amazing. I test drove and the next day decided to buy. My car did not come with leather, so we had it installed. Ed and Bob took great care of me. All my needs were met at this dealership. Kevin the manager was rude and disrespectful on my last two visits. My name is not "Hey you" or "Whoever you are". On one occasion they disconnected my A/C during an oil change and cited the problem as being caused by parking the car under a tree. I feel unwelcome at this location and will be taking my business elsewhere. This is not an LGBT+ friendly establishment.

Kyle did a great job helping me get a good deal on my Honda. He was available to answer my questions at multiple points during the process, which is nice because it's my first time buying a car in my own name.

Customer service is ok but could be much better if a few things are corrected.

I enjoyed working with Armando Riva on the purchase of a new Honda. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. And he spent a lot of time telling us about the features. We discussed pricing over the phone, and when I came in the dealership the following day to make the purchase the pricing was exactly what we discussed. It was a smooth process from the test drive to completing the financing. I would buy from Armando and Hennessy Honda again.

I would give negative stars if I could- i brought my car to have an oil change and to find out why a light was on and left with a broken trunk and an additional light on! Im told it was not their fault, but I could pay them to fix it...

I had the worst experience of my life. I will never go to this place. I bought brand new car at 0 mile from Stone Mountain Honda for the same price I was paying here for used one which was 28k miles. Very disrespectful! They do not even try to have conversation.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my car at Hennessy! The whole staff was super friendly and knowledgeable on helping me pick the right car. Couldn t have asked for a better company to buy my first car from.

Great service and very helpful staff. Their prices are a little high, but I'm willing to pay for a new car. Sales person Matt went above what was expected to try to help me.

I recently purchased a RAV4 from here, and while I am happy with the car, I am less that satisfied with the service and salesmanship. I had looked at this car between it coming in as a trade in and it formally going on the lot for sale. When I test drove it, it was still just as the prior owner had left it. I understood this and did not hold it against anyone. Once I decided it was a vehicle I wanted and was ready to make the purchase, I was rushed to quickly complete all the paperwork necessary. I hesitated and informed the staff that I wanted to wait until the car was cleaned up and exactly to my liking before making the final purchase.

I was told by the salesman that the car would be detailed, seats shampooed, and cleaned up as best as possible. This is all I asked for, and I was met over and over with a response of "of course, absolutely!"

When I went to drive it home and complete the final paperwork, I insisted that i wanted to see the vehicle before I signed. I was assured over and over that everything was perfect and it was cleaned up like I had asked. I took their word for it (a mistake) and once I was given the keys, I noticed that no cleaning had been done. No detailing, no removal of extremely visible residue in the center console, and there was even a bobby-pin still stuck in the car from the previous owner. Nothing had been touched. I pointed out the bobby-pin stuck int he residue that I had pointed out prior, and the salesman took it to clean it out real quick. He came back, and it was still there. He went a second time, and at this point, it was over a half hour of just standing there while thy cleaned it. I finally took the keys as I was late to get to work, and halfway to work I realized that nothing had been touched. No detailing, no shampoo, not even a once-over with windex. There was even a floor mat missing.

While I am happy with the purchase, I am unhappy with the way things were assured in a way that I would agree to purchase, and then disregarded once I purchased.

If your purchase from here, make sure to disregard the cliche compliments and anything they promise, and double check EVERYTHING before purchasing. They seem to be concerned only with the quick sale, rather than a pleasant experience and an honest interaction.

My wife purchased a 2014 CRV here in April and Damian was our sales person. He did a great job at the time so when I decided to purchase I knew exactly who I wanted to deal with. Damian always answered my emails and returned my phone calls. He was very helpful throughout the purchase process and never pressured me in and way. You have an outstanding employee and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends. Thanks again for a great buying experience.
