The sales department and financial department are AMAZING, but I must say this is the worst place I have ever tried to get my vehicle serviced. Since I ve purchased and financed my car from this dealership I decided to be a loyal customer and also get my first oil change too. I live 45 minutes away so I called to make an appointment. When calling they told me they do not take appointments but to come around 2-3 because the mornings were busy and this might be a good time. I arrived at 3:05. A nice gentleman greeted me and after checking his watch proceeded to take my information. Immediately after, a blonde, short haired, elderly lady pulled the gentleman aside and told him that he couldn t do my oil change because it was ten minutes after 3. The poor guy came to us with the bad news. I explained to him my situation and the phone call I made before arriving. The elderly lady came over and refused to do the oil change although it was only ten minutes after 3 and I was told to come around 2-3pm. While this was happening a service girl behind her was laughing hysterically like this was some sort of joke. Which got me upset and embarrassed me. Of course this would make anyone upset going 45 minutes out of your way for no reason, so I was not a happy camper needless to say. So in the end she refused to have my oil changed, and I left humiliated. On top of all of this, when I was trying to pull out, a service boy started closing the gate on me while my car was in the middle of the entrance, almost crashing my car with the gate, I had to honk several times in order for him to notice he was going to hit my car!! The only reason I gave this review 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the kindness of the first gentleman that greeted me.
