Richard Peacock is an absolute pleasure to work with he is extremely knowledgeable about his product and was patient as we made up our minds to ultimately purchase our new CRV. Richard is always willing to go the extra mile and was always available for any questions or concerns even after our purchase was final. The finance team at Hendrick is really great too, Darrin helped make our car buying experience a great one. We will continue to buy our cars in the future from Hendrick Honda and Richard.
I had a unique experience that ended up great. I took my son's Toyota 4Runner in since we bought it there at their pre-owned sales center in Feb., 2013. It needed a new evaporator. The tool used to repair it is proprietary so I had to reschedule it with assistance from Hendrick Toyota of Concord. Between Jeff Nall and pre-owned sales manager Scott Byerly, the AC was repaired as promised on Monday at my desired location, Hendrick Honda. I was provided with a loaner car and the service was completed at the expected time. The folks at Hendrick Honda are great. Jeff juggles a lot of clients, but always has time for my needs. Scott Byerly must be cloned because there's no way that man gets any rest.
This is the second time I've bought a car from RONNIE RUSSELL and he is Awesome with a capital "A"! The first car I bought from him was six months ago was rear ended and consider a total lost on 3/29/16. I decided to get another car from the man that took care of me the first time. You ask Why? Well, he has great customer service skills. He listens to the customer and provides them with excellent services and of course all of my demands. In the past 2 years my family has bought a total of 3 cars from this dealership. You would think that they would try interact or take care of one of their loyal costumers right? Well not in this case, I bought my second car from them recently and had to come in to pick up my spare key and I've been here almost 2 hours and no one has bothered to update me themselves as to why it's taking 2 whole hours to just program the key to my car. I was only updated when I asked them myself how much longer it would. Other then that still nothing, still waiting when there's plenty of available people in the showroom just wondering around yet no one will look your way and have a friendly smile. Honda may have my loyalty but this dealership no longer will. Terrible customer service
Best rates in the city (Believe me I looked :) ) - Wonderful experience with the staff and specially Ken Hill who I sought out after being "taken for a ride" (literally - test ride that is haha) the first time I visited.
Not only was he super patient with my dealings and fumblings and being double questioned over everything (yes I am annoyingly inquisitive in some areas) - he has made sure he personally answers all my questions at odd hours even days after buying the car.
The service dept. is where I visited and I was greeted by all the staff. Jeffrey Smith from the service dept. was extremely accommodating and helpful to my Accord's needs. I always feel comfortable coming to this dealer. FANTASTIC service!!
Such great service. Casey took very good care by communicating with me when he said he would to make sure I New every step they were taking with my car. Jason fixed the very annoying rattle in my door even though he had to drive it out several times to make Sure he corrected the problem! What a great crew!!!

Brought my Element in for a factory recall. After performing replacement, performed standard series of checks usually associated with scheduled maintenance. Found the battery barely failed the load test. Replaced battery and since was still under warranty, no charge. Outstanding!

My last experience year ago was when I took my car to another place, after a few day I come back, I spend much money just because they where not able to find it. They took good care of me. I recently purchased a used Honda Odyssey and the transmission was acting a little strange, within 2 hours they determined that the fluid needed to be changed and completed the work, which was covered under the original warranty. They had me out the door in 2 hours and told me to bring it back if I was still experiencing issues after a week. The van seems to be running much better now. I am a very satisfied customer with both Honda and the dealership. Thanks!
I recently leased a new CR-V from Hendrick Honda. This was the second car I purchased/leased from them and they have been great to work with. I have never felt pressured into a sale, but have been really pleased with the price I received and service provided. This time Manh Nguyen was my sale representative and he was great! If I could put less than one star I would. I went in with my mom because she was interested in buying a car. We were ignored a large amount of the time. We spent almost three hours there and could not get a single price point as we requested. It took over an hour to pull a car around to test drive. We were passed off between salesmen and each one seemed irritated. There was not a single friendly or satisfying moment. We ended up having to walk out with nothing to show for our time after we were left alone for 30 min. at the end of our three hour visit.
I've purchased two vehicles @ Hendrick Honda, each time I've had an excellent experience. My salesman Ronnie Russel has great product knowledge, understands and listens to the needs of his clients and provides top noth customer service!!! I've recommened him to friends and family and am happy with their cash referral program.
Friendly but very pushy on dealer installed options . Remember you do not have to buy $500 wheel locks. There are other dealers that will work with you.
The process was seamless! My wife and I made an appointment for the purchase of our Odyssey. The sales person Garret was exceptional in understanding our needs and managed to find the ideal car my wife was looking for. Hash from finance was efficient in explaining our finance options and ensuring we understood all the documents from A-Z! The general manager Sean was the icing on the cake. He checked in on us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable and everything was going well.
Overall, highly recommend Hendrick Honda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. If you can, ask for Garret (sales person), Hash (finance) and Sean (general manager)!
I was traveling to Charlotte for work and began having car trouble. I found Hendrick Honda, on Google. Scott answered the phone, when I was calling in a panic and waited for me to get to the shop, before closing up for the day.
The next afternoon, my car was fixed and road worthy, once again, plus had a few other recommendations, for when the timing belt comes due to be replaced.

I had a 1230 appt. I arrived on time but it took a while for someone to greet me. Not even a hello. I walked up to the desk and I was told someone would come to me. I got a rental so I could go back to work which is nice but my car wasn't ready until 530 In the future I will follow up with my regular dealership

Honda was not the first dealer I was going to go with, I had liked a lot of the recent Kia cars that had come out. After some thought I decided to try Honda since I knew they have a wonderful reputation. (Not saying Kia does not) I went in on a Monday morning around 9:30am, I was not hounded by salesman, so it was nice, but I do wish I didn't have to find one, that one at least would come out in the first 10 minutes of being there. Anyways, Umberto did come out and he was very friendly. So after dragging him around to look at a lot of cars I found one I liked. I told him everything I wanted. Long story short he found a newer even better than what I picked out and all of the things I wanted which is good because I already have a car paid for and didn't "need" one if I didn't love it. I ended up getting a 2013 Honda Civic, the price was fair, but lets be honest you will never get the "best" deal. I did get a good one though. The process lasted from 9:30am to 5:00pm, way longer than I wanted. I do have to go and brag about Brandon in the finance department, he went above and beyond, over credit, the car, and just any questions we had. Try to work with him. Umberto also was very nice and listened to what I wanted and did it all.

I am pretty much a life long Hendrick Honda customer, having owned every generation of Accord since the mid 90's.
There was an issue with '16 Accord EX LED daytime running lights, which I got into it with my service guy at South Blvd about. He pretty much told me they knew there was an issue, but Honda had not recognized the matter yet.
This became a recall issue and Honda is taking care of the problem!
I took my car in in Friday to set an appointment up and Jeff told me , we can do it now if you have about an hour and a half!
I waited the time and car is fixed as it should be!
I just want to applaud the integrity of this dealership. I scheduled an appointment with Hendrick Honda on South Blvd for a fuel cleaning service and an alignment. I visited my brother in Fayetteville recently and got my oil changed. They recommended the alignment and fuel service. The day of service I was greeted with a smile as always (the customer service here is unmatched). The organization and flow of service during quarantine is a plus. When my car was ready for pick up they told me that a fuel cleaning service was not needed for another 8000 miles and told me to save my money. I so much appreciate the integrity and transparency from this dealership because they could've taken my money. The staff here will really take care of you with respect.
First time car buyer, experience was smooth and nothing short of positive. Slightly credit challenged, however the team made it happen. I was grateful to have Ronnie Russell and Tony Hansford to help me along the process. While most dealers just want to tally mark you as a sale on the monthly board; these guys really care about your needs vs. just getting you in something that may not be beneficial to you. Will definitely visit them again for my next car buying experience.

Dan was awesome helping me since my malfunctioning light was on and after reading my book from when I purchased my 2015 Pilot- the light signifies danger such as fire . The young lady I called in the morning helped me get on the schedule immediately!! They diagnosed the issue and did maintenance that was due. Dan found a coupon and applied it so the total price was much better than I thought. My wife and I worked with Sam Anders and Chip Conley to have a 2015 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring sent up from Charleston to Charlotte. We negotiated a very fair price for the car and arranged to pick it up the day after Thanksgiving.
The car was there at the dealership and detailed, just waiting for us. We took a test drive and finished the transaction. We love the car and are very happy with it. Sam and Chip were very easy to work with and this was probably the easiest new car deal I've ever experienced.
Will be looking for a new CRV Touring next year and would definitely want to do business with Hendrick Honda again.
Hendrick Honda provided a fantastic service for purchasing a new car. There was a distinct difference between this dealership and others that I visited while looking- namely the low pressure and flexible atmosphere of the entire staff. Yes, they want you buy their product, but never once did I feel as if I was being forced into a decision I wasn't comfortable with, as other dealerships around tried. I worked with both Mon and Richard Peacock, both of whom were very knowledgeable about their products and services, as well as extremely patient and courteous. Dorian in the finance department was also incredibly easy to work with, and went out of his way to make everything as painless and smooth as possible.
Despite the stereotype of buying a car as a harrowing and frustrating process, the staff at Hendrick Honda made everything into a great experience, and I walked out of the door completely satisfied with my new car, and the respect with which I was treated. If you are looking to buy a car, I would without question start here. You will be hard pressed to find a better experience.

I dropped by yesterday and faced a horrible customer experience. I had referred my friend to get his CRV from this store and he had been trying to get a good price for which we went to the store the 3rd time yesterday and were disappointed with the melancholic rude attitude from the representative (Troy, I believe that s what his name was). We stormed out of the store right after since he was utterly disrespectful. He never smiled and just stepped away from the desk with a grave face and never came back to address.
Myself and my friend were there having high regards for Honda cars (I am driving a CRV leased from this same store, had an Accord before). My friend has been planning to buy his first SUV. However with what happened yesterday, we probably would never again go back to this store or refer any friends, family or colleagues. It was insulting for my friend and more for me because I referred him here.
working with your service advisor, Mr Jeffrey Smith makes the service visits go as quick as possible. I call him before coming in and discuss the service needed. MR. Smith pulls up the car record and together we plan the work to be done. after that we plan a time to bring the car in so that the waiting time is as short as possible
Ned Hindi is the best salesman. He was patient with wife and me. This process took few weeks before my wife and I made the decision to purchase the 2018 CRV /EX/AWD. Ned broke down every aspect of the purchase with us. I fact check everything conversation we had about the car and he was honest and correct (Honest car salesmen, I think that the 2nd time I said that in my 41 years of life). I compare the prices I found online and Ned was able to match it for me. Ned Hindi provided us fist class service during the whole process. I love the follow up calls to check up on the car and my family.
Hendrick Honda of Charlotte will NEVER sell me another car. I bought 2 previous vehicles from them. But the last time I was in there "Sarge" was trying to get me into a 2019 and when I told him I was going to not do the deal he was aggressive and overtalked me on why i need the vehicle. He talked bad about my mileage and what would start happening to my car (which is what he said when he sold me the 2017 accord). He also was trying to tell me that he couldn't give me any more for a trade if I kept driving the car. All this when I told him I didn't want to get the newer car. I don't need to be bullied to spend my money. I did end up getting a car but it definitely wasn't from them.
This has been far and away my best dealership experiences. Not having good experiences in the past at dealerships (Boone, NC Jeep Dealership being the worst experiences one can probably have on this planet), I dreaded initially heading here. However, the experience was so nice that I won't be taking my vehicle to get serviced or worked on anywhere else. Honest and caring employees and clean atmosphere. Easiest place to recommend

I went in to trade in my 2012 Honda Accord and Ronnie Russel was my sales guy. He offered incredible service to me and my mother. He was patient about the decisions I was making. He's not like some of those other car salesmen that rush you and try to make you pick something you don't want. I would recommend anyone to do business with him, especially if they're looking for an honest guy. Great service from him hands down!! Sean is the best. You buy a car from him and he remembers you and wants to keep earning your business. If I take my car in he always knows and talks for a few minutes.
The only problem I have had here is that the service department is a bit slow to execute your services. It took an hour and a half for them to change my oil and rotate the tires. This length of time is a bit ridiculous and I think this should be stated prior to your service (i.e. It should take approximately and hour for such and such service.) this way you know about how long you should expect to wait.
Bought a car from this location. One of the key didn t work. Call Hendrix Honda they stated the would send a battery from the Key, two weeks went by we never got the battery for the key. Call the salesman who sold the car. He said they aren t allowed to mail batteries. Hendrix Audi FedEx me a battery when I bought my car. These dealerships should stop selling cars with dead keys. You spend thousands and thousands of dollars and they can t even send you a ten dollar battery for the key Forb
I love this place!!! great environment and even better customer service. I was greeted by a gentleman name Paul York who ended up being my sales person. I walked out of there with not one but two 2013 Honda Accord sport. He was a very professional person who was filled with life and wisdom. My father and I love and care for him. He became like family on that day.....WE LOVE YOU PAUL YORK!!!
Dealership can't commit to it's words, after doing the paperwork they refused to honor there quote. Manipulated me to put a good review online to get a good deal and then backed off. Highly disappointing!!

I had an appointment for an oil change at 4:00. I arrived at 3:52pm. My jeep wasn't ready until 6:15pm. That is to long for an oil change and they found nothing wrong with my jeep.
We didn't buy a car here but Hendrick does it right. Plaza TV's everywhere, child play area, coffee bar, giant fish tank, hotdog cart. Perhaps that is why we didn't buy a car here. They put a lot of money into the presentation. I think the sales agents here are minors in phycology and propaganda...very difficult to find the truth/reasonable price after they kill your offers time after time. Same dirty tactics as always: your trade in sucks, let's just add 1 more year to the lease, your numbers are unreasonable, this car is being sold to you at cost, would you like some coffee? Can I get you a donut? Let's take your daughter over to the hotdog stand, etc..etc....after chasing us to our car for exit...we were told: "this was a special golden offer only given to you because of yadda...yadda". After saying: "no thanks" they called us 3 days later. They said: "lets renegotiate that golden offer" lol...car dealers are the best salesman. We bought a Hyundai up the street.
Everyone we interacted with was amazing. I love that our salesman (Tyler) was NEVER pushy, trying to up sell or acted like he just wanted to make a buck. He truly made the car buying process as smooth as it possibly have been. I HIGHLY recommend South BLVD Honda!!
