I drove 1.5 hours to see a car that they confirmed was in stock by text through their website. When I arrived I was told that they did not have the car, and they did not know the person (Katherine) who communicated with me. They denied having a third party handle their website inquiries.
My impression was that the operation is not very professional. I was also told that they could not locate the model I was interested in, so I located myself online and will take my business elsewhere. By the way, last I checked, the model was still advertised on their website.

Cannot thank Sean Smith enough for his excellent customer service! He helped me to find my daughter a good car, one that was reliable and for an affordable price. Yes, I was the difficult customer! We tried so many cars out and almost bought a couple of them. He was so patient every time I changed my mind on him and had to tell him it wasn't the right car! Finally we found the perfect used car. He went out of his way to make sure it was delivered to us in the best condition possible. My daughter loves her new car, and I am happy she is in something that is perfect for her!

I recently bought a 04' Honda Civic from Hendrick Honda's even though it was a used car they treat me very well. The moment I walked in I told them I saw a used Honda Civic for sale online that I wanted to buy. My Salesman Frank first told me if I saw the car-fax and I told him no. He said "well let's take a look". Didn't find anything bad about it only had one owner. Another thing was that the car wasn't even in Charlotte, it was in N. Charleston and which they had to transfer it to Charlotte, in which they did at No Cost and they brought it the next day. Which often other dealers will do. My Salesman Frank was a great person to deal with, he walked me through the sale and show me how much the cost will be and fees. Overall It was the best experience I had at a dealer and I highly recommend Hendrick Honda's if you are looking to buy a car under 10K . They treat the cars well and offer you a 3 month warranty for free. But ask For Frank He is very "old school" and will make you feel at home.

Don't bring your car here. I own a Subaru Impreza WRX STi. A few weeks ago I was rear ended. The damage wasn't all that bad and just required my rear bumper to be replaced. The person who rear ended me had progressive insurance. Progressive said I should take my car to Hendrick. Since I have a Subaru I called Subaru of South Blvd to ask if they can do body work. Subaru of South Blvd said they actually use Hendrick for their body work sometimes. With that recommendation I decided to take my car there. That was a huge mistake. Before the accident and even before I took my car to the body shop the gaps between the rear quarter panels and the bumper lined up perfectly. After getting my car "repaired" here the gaps no longer line up. I was dealing Justin at the collision center. He was generally polite, but I didn't like why he told me that his shop can't make the car look as good as it used to. He said that my car actually had previously been fixed. My car has no other accidents reported on the title. So this is an unreported crash / repair. He said, "They can't fix the issues from the previous repair." In other words a different shop fixed damage that was not reported on my title, it occurred before I owned the car, and they did a really good job so the car didn't look like there had been any damage. However, because of that Hendrick Honda Collision Center can't make the gaps look right. Even if the car had been repaired before why did it look so good? Why was this other hypothetical shop able to get the gaps right? I just want my car to look like it did before the accident. I'll never take a car here again and I plan to let everyone I know not to take their cars either.

He was clearly not in the business of sales pitch. He tries to listen to you and then make it work for you. Very transperent and pleasent to work with. The finance signing also didnt take much long. They failed to provide a comprehensive service of my Honda CR-V. I serviced my vehicle with them and they mentioned that everything was in perfect condition. Just a week after, I did an inspection of my car at a car care center to comply with NC inspection requirement and they mentioned that my car brake light/ stop light was not working.

The used car experience was not great. Now most of the paperwork is as done prior to our arrival which was great. However, the finance manager talked a lot about himself and how much he drank the night before. I was not interested in hearing about drinking. Ridiculous service, When I visited the service center about a month ago they told me that the Breaks pads are bad and gave red for the front and yellow for the rear. I clearly told them about my Vacation and getting the car fixed once I am back was on priority. Then I called for an appointment to change the rear and front brake pads and finally when I arrived there I told them to replace both the brake pads and the estimated time was about 4 hours I was fine waiting there. Then the sales representative approached me I told I was interested in trade-in option if there is a good value for my car. Then the sales guys tried to convenience me for a vehicle which I was no more interested coz of various reasons. Finally, when I went to collect my car only the front brakes were done the representative who took my car was not available to discuss it and the lamest answer given by the representative was if you are thinking to trade-in your car so I did not change them. When I questioned him why couldn't you approach me when I was waiting there for 4 hours again the craziest answer was " I Didn't want to bug you off when you are talking to salespersons". And the irony of the story they gave me a red report for my rare brakes and made some stupid recommendations worth 900 USD which when checked in another Honda service center sounded weird. With all the irritation when the representative gave me a visiting card to revisit the service station I told him that I will never visit the service station and to my surprise staff pulled his visiting card from my hand. So rude behavior and irresponsible people. I do not mind about the KBB or the service history I am happy visiting other service providers. The technician tried to connivence me that I can still do about 10000 miles with the rear break pads showing red. Very bad experience never wanna visit the place back.

I do my regular service at Hendricks, and it has been very satisfying thus far! Less wait time when you make an appointment. The lounge is excellent and they have small individual seating area for you to work.

The dealership closes at 5pm on Sundays and I was not aware of that when I strolled in at 4:30. I was first greeted by Sam Reynolds and explained to him exactly what my needs were. Sam gave me options and explained advantages. He then introduced me to Manny Dasilva, who became the sales associate I worked with. I did a test drive and signed papers for the vehicle I wanted. Both Manny and Sam stayed late and did not show a hint of irritation nor made me feel rushed. Also, Manny and Sam were extremely friendly; neither was pushy, overbearing and disgustingly aggressive to the point that I would have walked away and done business elsewhere. The vehicle I wanted was not in stock but in transit. Manny contacted me to keep me abreast of the expected time of arrival. The vehicle arrived withing 3 days. When i went back to the dealership to pick it up, Manny walked me through the rest of the sales process / paperwork, took the time to show me all the features of the vehicle and encouraged me to contact him with any questions or concerns. Overall, a wonderful experience.

My first contact with Robert Conley was over the internet as I live about 80 miles north of the dealership. He quoted me 3 similar cars that matched my inquiry. All had an aggressive price! After further emails and phone conversations, all of which were extremely pleasant, I decided to travel to Charlotte and close the deal. Robert made my wife and I feel right at home, no pressure at all. He guided us thru the buying experience despite the fact that they were extremely busy that Saturday. Let me just start by saying the entire process has...

Let me just start by saying the entire process has been a complete and total disaster. We starting talking to a representative Via the phone on Thursday about the Jeep we wanted to purchase. Ran numbers and got everything approve and he assured us it would be ready to go on Saturday which was when we wanted to purchase it by. Friday came and the sales representative told us we needed to put a $100 advance payment down in order to hold the Jeep until we could get in on Saturday. Saturday came and the car wasn t ready due to a check engine light being on and they needed to order the part. Sales rep told us it would be ready Monday and after my husband got out of class he drove all the way down there and was told it was being detailed and would be ready to go before we finished paperwork. Yet another lie. Finished paperwork and drove all the way home with no Jeep. Promised to deliver it to us the next day by a set time. Texted our sales rep at that time and they hadn t even finished detailing it. Jeep ended up being delivered to us 3 hours late. We immediately reached out to the sales man because the air condition was making a terrible noise. He said that wasn t covered under warranty and that was now our problem. Ended up costing me over $100 to fix it. A few days later the oil change light came on so I checked to verify when the oil was last changed because we were told it was done right before delivery. Sale man said he didn t know when it was last changed because it was done before they received the car in. I thought no big deal it s only $30.00 I can change it. A few days later I went to lay on the horn to cuss someone out for turning without using a turn signal and learned that my horn didn t work. It sounded when you locked the Jeep so we didn t think anything of it. Texting the sales rep and got no reply. Waited two days and ended up reaching out to the sales manager and explaining everything that was going on. He made an appointment for me to come get it fixed. I drive two hours there with traffic and sit for 3.5 hours only for them to tell me they have to order the part and it will be in later today. I thought no problem I can shop for a couple hours. 5:45 comes and the sales man calls me and tells me the part didn t come in and won t be in til Monday at the earliest and that if the mechanic that was working on it wasn t in I would be waiting even longer. So now after waiting all day I had to drive back home and sit in 5 o clock traffic forever. Let s not forget that I then have to drive back another two hours on Monday for them to waste yet another one of my very few days off. I don t feel like this dealership cares about it s customers or values their time. Once my horn is fixed I will NEVER buy anything there again. If anything else goes wrong I ll be paying someone else to fix it just to spare me the headache of dealing with them.

If you go here, ask for Lorenzo Sanchez. Most enthusiastic, polite, and humble salesman I've ever met. This was the best experience at a dealership that I have ever had. Extraordinarily military/veteran friendly. I was dead set on buying a pre-owned 2019 Civic SI at another dealership but came here and my mind was completely changed. They worked with me on the price for my NEW 2020 Civic SI far more than the other dealership was willing to work on a pre-owned 2019 SI! They've earned a lifelong customer.

Just a first class experience from initial internet contact to handing over a check to buy the vehicle. Like most people, I had used various online resources to discover what I'd best be able to afford and what it should cost and the folks at Hendrick never tried to sell me something that was outside of my comfort zone. There was complete transparency and genuine interest in finding the best vehicle for the dollar. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I live less than a mile from another Honda dealership and have a few more between my home and the Hendrick location. The reason I chose to do business with Hendrick had to do with the efforts of two of their employees - Richard Peacock and Andrew Patteson. Andrew was terrific when it came to emailing me suggestions and information and Richard was especially great as an agent when it came to testing and then buying the vehicle. I hope I don't need their services again anytime soon but I'll be back when I do.

Our journey started with mr Chip escorting us to the Hendrick Honda facility Mr Chip drove us around entire Parking lot searching for our desire car after we found the car of our dreams Mr Chip took us Our on a test drive showing us all the neat features our car was equipped with
Mr Chip immediately put me in the front driving andMade me demonstrate to him that I knew how to operarate all special features in new car .
On way back to Hendrick Honda complex Mr Chip show us some excellent restaurants we could dine at.
Once back at shop Mr Chip started filling out our paperwork
and summit paperwork for final decision once approved Mrr Chip took us outside to car and help us pair our Apple iPhones to car system and immediately took several photos of us and our brand new car .
Quincee and myself are so happy Mr Chip Chamberlin was our carsalesperson and we will recommend Hendrick Honda to our friends.

I brought my car in for an oil change and Dan Cannon was my advisor. He was professional and explained the what my car could use and was assuring that the need for brakes wasn't required due to my mileage. After the mechanic looked it over he was correct, but did point out i could use a brake fluid flush which is something that needs to be done approxmiately 4 years. This was good advise and i had that along with the oil change and a tire rotation. Dan advised me on a good restaraunt to go to for breakfast. He was on point with everything he advised me on including breakfast.
I am very happy with the level of service Dan gave and glad he was my advisor.

I have purchased 4 Honda automobiles at Hendrick on South Blvd in Charlotte over the years. Jeffrey Smith handles all my service appointments there. I would give Jeffrey a 100 stars if possible. He has always been very honest in my car's needs and what I dont need at the time. No one has serviced any of my Hondas including tires except Hendrick. That is because of their great service personnel. Jeffrey Smith is the best. I drive a lot due to owning a pet sitting business and have to have oil changes and regular maintenance. Jeffrey has always worked me in the schedule and taken me in immediately for nails in tires or a noise I have not been sure of. I will continue to do business with Hendrick and the wonderful people there especially Jeffrey Smith!!!
