Let me start with RONNIE RUSSELL!!! This is my second time purchasing a car from Hendrick Honda in Charlotte. Both times I went in unsure about what I wanted and each time, the charismatic and vibrant salesman, RONNIE RUSSELL, proved he knew me better than I knew myself. RONNIE was very attentive to my wants and needs and matched me with a Honda Civic that turned out to be a perfect fit and everything I wanted in a car. Thank you RONNIE, I will be back!!
