I am absolutely thrilled, have tried 4 vegetarian dishes so far and it has always been delicious. I've never cooked like this myself and I've had so many interesting new tastes and taste explosions, madness. And it's healthy too! Yes, we have sometimes missed herbs that belong with them, but they can easily be replaced. I just think it's great, and if I ever want to eat a piece of meat with it, I'll just do it. By the way: the portions are well measured, with us everyone is always full. I am happy to buy here again at any time, unfortunately I cannot always afford it.

The ingredients, the presentation and the trimmings are great, no question about it. Unfortunately, with the first order we were missing an elementary part that we needed for preparation. After my friend struggled through a quarter-hour queue, the lady on the hotline only told her that we would be reimbursed 2. Pretty meager compensation for not being able to cook the entire dish without the said ingredient.
Making mistakes, ok - but offering such ridiculous "customer service" aside: NoGo.

I've been cooking your recipes for both of us since March 2020 and I'm always impressed by the quality of the products and the taste! I have to admit that I always add a Polish flair to it, but every Monday I get a great foundation from you :) Keep it up, dear HelloFresh team!

Great product and an amazing company to work for! It took me two meals to get the process of preparing them, but now I m sold. It s super efficient, delicious and fun! As an employee, I feel supported and everyone wants me to succeed. I m pumped to see what the next year holds!

-The 'voucher' scam borders on fraud!

What happened:
I received a voucher from my son to test a free box. Since I wanted a special delivery day, I paid 0.49 extra by direct debit.

Ultimately, however, my voucher was canceled, I have been writing back and forth with customer service for 2 weeks now (sometimes I get ready-made texts that do not relate to my request at all).
When I asked for the 49 cents to be reimbursed, the only answer was my request was ready to be resolved ...

Here is an example of the answers:
"Please understand, however, that we must ensure compliance with our voucher conditions in order not to overreach households.
Your voucher code was not accepted by our security system because we have indications that you are not a new customer or that your household has already used a voucher code or is connected to another household.
In the course of this, your order was also rejected by our system. "

Incidentally, in the advertising email that I read through several times with my son there is NOTHING about voucher conditions, no asterisk, no reference.
Yes, I live in the same street as my son, and NO it is not the same household because the house number is completely different.

I am not concerned with the 49 cents (which is certainly a nice additional income for HF in thousands of similar cases), but with the way in which I am treated as a potential customer.

UPDATE 8/29/20: 49 cents have been transferred back.

Everything was great, until now it has always been delivered flawlessly, with no missing ingredients or the delivery arriving too late. The dishes are excellent in 80%. Customer service or a contract pause always worked great. Just keep it up.
