The company acted with criminal negligence by denying its employees support for covid 19. At least two employees killed by covid were not treated and their families were left in distress. An employee with symptoms was kept in the same cabin as another, so they ended up getting infected and dying. Upon developing symptoms, they were ignored by the health personnel on board, and thrown into an IMSS hospital when the symptoms had already worsened. What a shame that they continue to operate like nothing.
