Very very nice banquet.its building look is very gorgeous. And inside building design and lighting decoration is fantastic.service type and food is also awesome. Really this banquet is atract by its decoration, provided service and his charmness.

Spacious..decor is also good..but the snacks were below average..was expecting much better food after reading maximum 4 star reviews..main course was fine..desserts were pretty good..

Booked a party here and was so happy with outcome. Amazing food, well mannered staff and such pleasant people overall. The halls are huge and well maintained, the food is exceptional, great parking space and a lot of effort put in for the clients need. Would not go anywhere else for a function in future.

very nice place to organise function, food is very good and delicious, good heigine, good decoration, and arrangements, but only need improvement in ground level labour they can be more professional. otherwise thumbs up for this place.

I attended a party here , the ambience is spell bounding. The staff is very cooperating. The hall is appropriate for any sought of gathering.
Service provided is satisfactory. I would specially thank Sarika(sales and admin) for her support and services .

It's entrance looks great. The ground and first floor has a good interior view. It's sitting capacity is 125 in this Lockdown situation.
It also has a underground parking facility.

You need to be careful while booking your event here because I had my worst experience at this place when they committed to me for my booking date and then they preferred another customer who came with increased number of person booking for their event on the same date. It was horrible when the manager here told me to change the date of my party function and they will accept my booking. This is an extremely unprofessional behaviour from Grand Horizon and they failed from commitment. I am happy that I was saved from hosting my event at this location. I strongly recommend not to choose this place.

Amazing banquet for a wedding, it's newly constructed so everything is clean and beautiful, interior and exterior are both amazing, food and service is awesome too, we hosted a wedding of around 400 people

As it says it is a premium banqueting, Grand horizon actually is !! The staff, particularly, Sarika ... she has been with us althrough the day ... the staff is very kind, cooperative , supportive .... Sarika knows how to win the confidence of client and actually fulfill the desires for your big day !!! The decor is just beautiful!!! The food is amazing .... the lighting of the banquet ... everything is so perfect ... it s a justice to whatever you spend!! Thanks a lot Sarika !! Thanks a lot grand horizon for making our day special and as we thought !!

Wrost experience they are totally fraud peoples who tooks money in white but don t provide you the bill.There is a girl name Sarika who dont know how to speak with the customers she speak in very rude way and in a arrogant way.
They commit the things but never completes it.
I never recommend this banquet.

I am based in Toronto and the reviews that I am giving are very honest and every word is 100% true.
First of all I truly feel that if I had an option of giving 100 stars to this Banquet , particularly to the owner Ms.Charu Gupta, I would have done that.

I have to share this with you.
My daughter RUBY who turned 18 yesterday, is there in India for a short 2 weeks vacation with her mother and my younger son Nihal and I am here in Toronto where we live and didn't accompany her to India.
I knew from her just yesterday late afternoon that she was going to some party in the evening to Grand Horizon Banquet. This was 18th April evening where the party was there and she " my daughter Ruby" was going to attend it.Her birthday is on 19th April and I knew by the time she leaves the banquet after finishing the party it will be 19th April in India meaning 18th night 12.00 AM and she was turning 18yrs old. I thought of an idea to surprise her with a Cake and a message on the 18th April night while she was in the party but I had no connections in India who could help me out with this , So I searched this banquet Grand Horizon in Google and got their number. It was 4.30 - 4.40 pm of 18th April when I got their number and I called them up and it was picked up by Ms Charu Gupta whom I told her that my daughter whose name is Ruby is attending a party at her banquet in few hours and I want to surprise her and if there is anyway she can arrange a cake for her and guess what, Ms Gupta agreed to it and even gave me an option of sending a video message that she can play on a big screen in the Banquet, not only this she added 18 Roses also from her side.
She was so generous that she made sure to ask me the choice of cake and she arranged it.
I had sent her the video of my daughter's high school friends and a voice message from me which was played in the Banquet sharp at 12.00 in the night when the 18th April turned into 19th April.

I had sent her the money though but she did everything without knowing me and did it so well.
And we were not the hosts, I mean my daughter was a mere guest in the Banquet who went to India after 10 yrs.

What else can one expect better than this ?

Ms Charu Gupta ! As I had mentioned in my text messages, I am putting it officially here on this review.
I OWE YOU A BIG FAVOUR, ANYTHING/ANYTIME IN CANADA, PLEASE DO LET ME KNOW.
You have my direct number.

Message to Everybody ! I don't think anybody can be a better Host or a Better Banquet than Grand Horizon Moti Nagar New Delhi and 100% credit goes to Ms Charu Gupta.

I owe you big time Ms Gupta for making it so special for me and my daughter who turned 18.

Poor place...Shameless staff behaviour was horrible the manager was more shameless flipper number 1 don't ever mistake to book this place horrible place....

Decent place with good catering service and valet option as well.

NEW PLACE WITH PATHETIC SERVICE AND RUDE STAF.
This place is new and the staff here does a lot of sweet talk to get you into the place... try that. But once you book it you will realize you made a big mistake. The staff is rude and their behavior towards guests is totally unacceptable, they are untrained and they literally will make you tip them in the end. They denied service even after false commitments. I would highly suggest you put you money somewhere else and save yourself embarrassment in front of guests.

Today we attend a marriage at GRAND HORIZON MOTI NAGAR. Experience was too BAD JUST DUE TO THE MANAGER BEHAVE WITH GUEST. Floor manager was rood but the Sr. Manager was also talk so badly with the guest and the language they use it's rediclous " KHANA KHANA HAI TO KAHO WARNA MAT KAHO. MANAGMENT PLS TOLD YOUR MANAGERS THEY ARE WORKING IN HOSPILITLIY INDUSTERIE AND TRAINED AND TEACH THEM HOW TO TALK WITH GUEST

Good food. Wide variety of food. Cleanliness is maintained. Clean washroom with attendant.

Food and ambience is awesome.
Little bit problem in the car parking .
Rest all is fine.

Beautiful place for a gathering of 150-200 people. The catering service was amazing and so was the decor.

Lighting is perfect for great pictures.

Had a wonderful experience. Hospitality and management was top notch. The food was enticing and a treat to the eyes and did not disappoint that feeling at all.
