First time here - great experience. Drive through cashier/barista really understands how to make people feel special. Will be back tomorrow!

The drinks and food are great but it isn't the fastest shop around.

Great coffee with very friendly and attentive staff.

They make you feel like a friend or family member.

Not to mention their coffee SLAPS

Like it is to my taste buds what the breakdown in "Downfall of us all" was to teenager me.

The staff is always upbeat and kind.

The snacks aren't my taste but I can see people liking them

My one complaint is that I can't open a portal between my front door and this location for easy access.

I love cold coffee. Heine bro s make a strong cup of cold joe. It isn t all flavoring you can actually taste the coffee. Recently I ve tried snickerdoodle which is good but the caramela is my favorite.

Baristas are killing it during the pandemic! Always cheerful and ready to recommend a great drink.

In my opinion. This is the best coffee in the city.

Great tasting coffee. At a good price. Always very friendly service. The wait is a little bit longer than tge other popular coffee place. But it shows in the quality of the finished product. I would rather wait a couple extra minutes for perfection . Thank you guys. Without you my morning commute wouldn't be the same. This is why I always tip. So stop by this location and when you do show the staff you appreciation for all of their hard work and tip. They are helping get us through this hard time. We don't recognize food and beverage employees enough. They have worked hard through this pandemic as well.

Nice coffee shop, in a decent location. Quiet and cozy inside.

I've spent way too much time sitting in this drive thru and I'm usually the only person so I only gave four stars. However, I do love the coffee and will continue to go there lol.

I normally have a great experience. Although, today I sat in the drive thru for a good 30 minutes to having to repeat my order for the 3rd time as I paid for my 2 Mayan coffees which were not consistent in flavor as every other time I ve gotten them. After paying I was given the 2 coffees and was told to wait a few more minutes for the pumpkin roll, chorizo wrap and cheddar bacon scone. The drive thru girl (which was nice) came back to the window and started to repeat the order of the car behind me, before realizing I was still waiting for my pastries. Finally I received them, just to get home to realize I had been given the wrong scone. I ordered the cheddar bacon, was given the cheddar chive. I am not a complainer by any means. I have worked 17 years in the restaurant business. I know mistakes are made. But I was asked 3 different times what my order was, waited every bit of 30 mins and it was still wrong. To top it off I was asked if I d like to leave a tip, which I did. Was very unhappy today.

Not bad, way better than Starbucks. Not as good as Sister Beans.

Arrived around 6 PM, wandered up to the counter. Very nice looking inside; bright and open. I felt quite comfortable just walking in.

There was one lady waiting while her drink was being created.

I stood there about 5 minutes watching the young man making her drink, noticing that there was also young lady with a headset moving about and talking with him. I expected that she was working the drive-thru so I didn't try to get her attention.

As I waited, I noticed that her conversation was not with a customer outside, but with the young man.

The lady waiting said that she had to wait quite some time as well, not only on this visit but also on her previous visit. She told me that she will never return.

Finally, about the time that she got her drink, the young lady with the headset approached me and asked if she could help me. I let her know that I had intended to buy a drink, but instead I would vote with my money and have nothing. I asked her why it took so long for her to turn her attention to me while she could see me waiting there so easily. She assumed that I was with the other lady (I wasn't). I suggested (rather sternly, I'll admit) that she could have at least approached me and asked if I had been taken care of. Instead, she chose to continue with her animated conversation.

Maybe I looked too old and this is how they ensure that only certain guests frequent their shop.

Like the lady who was twice ignored, I won't return.

My favorite neighborhood coffee shop! Friendly service and great coffee!

Bourbon Blackberry iceberg is the drink I m enjoying. I suggest going with a medium because the large was too much for me. Also enjoyed a chocolate chip scone. Make sure you get your scones heated up there so much better

The wait here is horrible, you will be waiting for your drink about 20 min top, and thats even when there's only one in front of you.

I love this place and most locations are pretty quick but this one is really slow. It seems like most of them aren't doing anything...

Honestly, 4 times I ve been to this place. Asked repeatedly for milk, or whole milk in my coffee. Got nothing but black coffee eesh

It was comforting and a lot space at this location. The coffee was outstanding!

Great service and friendly staff. Very clean and nice selection of drinks and snacks!

I was out at Jefferson Mall and was heading downtown to go to work. Rather than grab a coffee from a national chain, I decided I would stop here before I got on 65 and "shop local". I walked in - nobody in line in front of me. Awesome! I order a large iced caramel latte.

I then proceeded to wait FIFTEEN minutes for my drink. This is not an exaggeration, I checked the time on my receipt. Remember, there was no one in line in front of me when I walked in. It appeared that there was one other drink made for the drive-thru while I waited. I was offered no apology for my wait, no explanation, nothing.

To top it all off, the coffee was no good either. The drink was bitter, with very little to no caramel taste. There are plenty of other local coffee shops around. Visit them. Leave Heine Bros alone.

Service was great. The barista suggested a latte that was amazing. My little one loved the coloring books. We will definitely come again.

Slow service, just got a drip coffee and took forever! No urgency, only one in drive thru!

This was my first time visiting this store and I really didn't know what to order or even how needless to say the staff was right there to help me explaining what everything was, what the ingredients were,how it's made,and even how to order all the while they were smiling and glad they could be of service to a newbie like me... So if you want a high end coffee at a very reasonably priced and delivered with a smile I highly respect you visit Heine Bros.

Terrible Got A Hot chocolate and they gave me a black coffee and servers were terrible

Maybe my expectations were too high but literally worst cup of coffee I've had in a while. Staff was nice though

The coffee is good and I am glad they put one at this location but the drive thru is slow compared to other Heine Bros. It may be that the employees are newer but things could move faster and be a little more friendly

Service is great and the best coffee in my opinion. Also wonderful board games and wifi.

Been here an hour and only gotten an appetizer. I've watched several families leave due to the long wait to place an order once seated. Employees are extremely frustrated and it's not only visible on their faces but they are voicing concerns where customers have no problem hearing them. The past two times I've visited Chedsar's Outer Loop have been poor service & long wait times! Not good - East End Families don't have to deal with this type of foolishness!

Nice and quaint, with a relaxing atmosphere suited for work or reading. The entrance and exit to the parking lot was a tad awkward, though.

What a great shop! It is spacious and the coffee is top-notch.

Fresh new place, plenty of seating. The acoustics in the place are amazing. If the place is busy it gets kind of loud.

Very comfortable to do some work with headphones, don't even consider doing virtual meetings unless they are at off or low traffic hours.

just left with my coffee I was looking forward to. never been so offended in my life. I ordered at the drive thru and when I pulled up to the window the employees had put a sign on their tip basket that blew me and my family away. it had a picture of the titanic and said even the titanic tipped. well it did tip at the cost of 1500 lives. truly tasteless and disrespectful to the loss of lives.

This place is awesome. Traveling through Kentucky for work and pleasure, needed a good pick me up. Stopped and grabbed a beekeeper coffee - phenomenal (see photo). Good friendly staff, good was great and although frozen seemed fresh upon heating. Highly reccommend if you see one of there stores.

Cinnamon roll (heated of course), vanilla breve latte, both top notch! Shared a laugh with the barista. The decor was modern and classy. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Excellent location on the outer loop. What else is there to say?

Good coffee, fast service. Wish they would keep a light roast brewing later in the day. Not everyone likes dark roast.

First time going to Heine bros and I finally have a good coffee shop near me and it s not Starbucks, which is always in a inconvenient location like a target or the mall. They have friendly staff and a great menu. It s on the way to my work so the drive thru is nice as well!

Not satisfied with the service provided.i walked up to this place and girl inside didn't want to serve me at the drive through window, while even Starbucks let you do it.Then, she didn't want to enter my credit card number manually. Poor service
