You can't beat this place. I was in-and-out in 15 minutes with no appointment. I paid in cash and got the $5 off deal - so $35 total for my 2002 Hyundai. Friendly, fast service. I'll definitely be back the next time I need a smog check.

Fair and inexpensive. I had a diesel and did not charge extra. Quick too.

Great experience. My mom took in her Camry and it was not able to pass because she had recently changed her battery so she needed to re-populated on both computer. They were knowledgeable and when we came back, they only charge us for the certificate. Max was very kind and helpful.

Showed up here at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. They ignored me and then said they we're closed. Buisness hours online say they are supposed to be open to 5. Won't be coming back

Bad placed, the little chinese he's make the smog check he's try to take money, he's said my van have bad catalytic converter but he's can help me, give me 200 hundred to pass, I have the proof when I buy the catalytic they are original and pass my smog check in other shop, now it's really bad service. Overpriced, sketchy pricing, cash only notification after the fact.
Sketchy since it was quoted at 89 but when we had to run across 4 lanes to the nearest atm and came back...he pocketed 100. We went inside to tell him that he didn't give our teen son change, and said "oh, sorry (feeling around his pocket for change) well I will give you a discount, we usually charge 99"

Even though their sign says they are open at 9:00AM on Monday, there was nobody there at 9:25AM moved on to the next place

Called in advanced asking as they accept printed coupon.
When I brought the coupon was told that there is additional $10 dollars charge as "TEST ONLY STATION" is required. Nothing about this additional charge were mentioned in coupon neither during our conversation over phone . it is really cheap, unfair approach to run business

They are running very friendly business and thank you for being open on Sunday. It was a lifesaver for me

I got in and out in 15 minutes. Most efficient smog check ever. STAR certified smog check with coupon 29.75 plus 8.25 fee. They were fast and courteous. Will go back again next year.

Guy will only take cash. Increases price when you get there. Very rude to customers. Not professional. Would rather take my business someplace else.

Firstly they are here to take your money and that is it. Secondly, they will only let you pay in cash and if you dont have it they will make you go to a bank to get cash out. They are charging too much ($90) for what a normal smog costs. They are rude and it is not a place you want to visit. Please a stay away

1. There is NO parking if there are more than 5 cars waiting. The line extends on to the street, and
2. I waited for an hour, only to be told that their machine had broken down.
I guess I should I have expected this from a budget shop.

Overpriced. Dishonest price advertisement, worst customer service I've had for a SMOG tests.

Needed to get a smog test done on short notice without a lot of time on hand.

This is the second smog test I've done over the past two years now over the last 2 years. These guys are true professionals and very easy to work with extremely efficient and very accommodating from a customer service standpoint.

I pulled in let them know that I had to get a smog test on short notice and they we're able to quickly run test with the understanding that my son was with me and there was a lot of time.

A few minutes later paperwork on hands ready to go thank you so much 4 Smog. They will take care of you. Would go back again soon for next check.

Shady, very shady... Guy said he only takes cash. He forgot the credit card thingy .. It s a business buddy!! Come on!! Not to mention he never said anything until the first guy was finished.. 40 minutes later and I still had one person in front of me. They must have changed ownership. They used to be great!!

Very shady business. The guy quoted me $89.95 for smog check with certificate. Then he said if I can t afford it, he can give me a discount so it s $49 + $9 certificate fee??? They really need to be more upfront with their pricing!

I m a type of a person that likes supporting small businesses, but not this one!

For 3 reasons

1-(Customer service)
The man doing the SMOG test wrote the license plate number wrong, when I went back to fix it he started yelling and became aggressive.

2-(Overpriced)
They usually charge $89 for a SMOG test. I didn t know how much it costs to get one, but after looking around I found that a SMOG test cost from $28-$50 Maximum.

3-(Dishonesty)
If they give you a discount they will not honor a retest!! Against what they advertise!

Looking for a smog check station, got on the phone with the operator. Was told no way, too busy today, maybe Monday. As I started to ask how much would it cost for a full size van, he talked over me, said thanks, and hung up. Two stars because he at least answered the phone.

Ben was very friendly, professional and provided just what I needed in a short amount of time. It has been a few years since I visited 4 Less Smog but will certainly bring in additional vehicles for his expert service. My only concern is that they open at 8:00am, not 7:30am as stated on their website.

He was really fast at the completing the smog check which I really appreciate. However, it costs $79 which is much more than other places, in addition, they only accept cash which he did not let me know until after completion. Okay fine, I'll go to the ATM to grab cash, I come back and he doesn't have change. Finally, musters up $10 change, even though he owes me back $11. I'm not mad about a single dollar, but if you are going to require me to pay cash, please have appropriate change for your customers. I would recommend shopping around before going here.

Went early on a Sunday, there was no wait and I was done in 30 minutes. Easy smog

Charged $40 for failed Smog Check. Compared to many other places over the years, most do not charge for failed Smog Checks.

It took them over an hour to complete a simple smog check and they allowed other customers who arrived after me to get their testing completed before mine. Their customer service is terrible and these mechanics should not have to interact with customers at all.

What a disaster of an experience. Business owner should be ashamed for the disservice he provides the community and his employee (yes singular guy does it all and is completely stressed out).

My car failed the test so I was told I would need to pay a 2nd time for another test. That's fine, but the report given to me was "code" and the stressed out employee was not even able to tell me why it failed. On his advice, i took it to my mechanic who charged me 100 bux for a full diagnostic. You know why my car failed? IMPROPERLY SEALED GAS CAP! WHAT A JOKE!!
