Poor service and handling customer complaints. The customer of the feedback company itself is not taken seriously.
What a shitty business .. I was two weeks late to cancel, and now again almost 300, - pay for a whole year again.
Contact with them, but the management hides behind his employees. They have to say that there is really no possibility for leniency or anything, no you have to pay an entire year right away.
What a blackmailer !!

To the reaction of the company what is underneath is clear what kind of company it is .. I have told them that I have stopped with my website, and then they offer me again seo offers, and that I have the whole can still use this year.

As a client , we have agree to take service from #feedbackcompany ( established in Holland ) on March 2019 . We done all that they request to publish feedback questions to our clients to control our quality . The #feedbackcompany didn t make a nice work and only they send 20 invitations to our clients between hundreds. We ask to the company many times for a information but they reply mails very late .Immediatly we requested to cansel our membership and erase our data . Even we request (written and on phone ) many times to cansel our membership ; the company keeps sending us new invoices for the service we never get . We didn t take any service from this system . No one see , No one made a comment . And about a mount they are climing for the 117 payment for nothing , and the way that they clim the payment is treaty . ( Unless you make payment , we will give yous invoice to Omnicas colletcition agency in Breda ) Even we have no idea who are they and we send many mails to learn about it . After that much mail someone replied finnaly . Today we told them to make payment then we will complain , we take our answer after our calls to Feedback Company . Today we made their payment and send them email and take the confirmation . We are surprised for such a way to take money from their clients for useless service . Becareful while you are trying to get ideas for your quality from your clients if you don t want to throw your money to the rubish bin as we are . We have all mails , payment prof and all the rest details . We can share all details if nessasary

This is a shady business. A scam.
They collude with different companies. When you write a negative review for, say company X, they share the review and your email address with company X. They have no concern for safety, security and privacy of their clients.
Do not do business with this company or even use it.
Edit: The company X that I had wrote a review about, obtained my email from Feedback Company. They wrote me a threatening email. Does Feedback Company supports such aggressive goons in favor of individual customers? If I tell you this, would you remove that business from your website? Of course not, because underneath all of your legal talk in your reply, you only care about profit at any cost, even at the cost of safety of customers.
A bad review will not be posted, so Feedbackcompagny is totally unreliable. You will even receive an email from the person you are writing the review about to remove it. Then I am in serious trouble because of this company, but no, they never have any complaints. Do you think it's crazy ...

Totally non-customer oriented. Shot ticket is not even completed. Employee would still contact but never called back. Reviews can simply be entered in the webshop by random and frustrated passers-by. Our review score is good, but we are looking for another partner for this over time because we, as a growing company, no longer want to be associated with the feedback company.
Last week posted a negative review about the Tapeso company through Feedback Company. However, this review is still not online. I strongly doubt that Feedback Company allows real customers to review. Rather, it seems that companies can pay and then receive good reviews. So not at all objective.
Horrible scammers.
Apply an annual subscription under the guise of 12.50 Euro / month. If after a lot of e-mailing back and forth you agree to pay the 174 euros for an annual lab that you did not ask for, you will receive another bill of 150 euros from their collection agency.

The Feedback Company is no longer doing anything for its webshop customers. You can go anywhere yourself. You have to pay every month and it is. For questions you get answers that you do not get along with. Do not join this club it is a waste of money.
We have been using this service for a number of years now to great satisfaction! With questions they are always available and they are friendly to you.
Do not verify customer feedback and do not have their administration in order at all. Terminated in writing six months ago but still receive reminders.
Can own up to 3x if there is a review written from someone who has not placed an order at all. For the time being, such a review is already 2 weeks online.

The Feedback Company provides feedback for a large number of companies. You guarantee that the reviews are from real customers, that there is no manipulation, that the data can be verified and that complaints are handled.
At the end of 2016 we booked a cruise of Friendship Cruises, partly based on the positive reviews. Our experiences during the trip were disappointing. This company also uses your feedback software. If you want to read more information about the guarantees you give, you cannot open those parts. When inquired by me, the software turned out to be incorrectly set up by the company. Friendship Cruises has still not changed this (3/2/18).
After reviewing the reviews on the Friendship Cruises site, from the start in November 2014 to 2017, 269 reviews appeared to have been posted on the site. Only of 5 trips I found more than 10 reviews. Of 21 trips I found between 1 and 8 reviews. There are so few that they should be disregarded. The Mekong trip scores 1 eight and 3 tens. When I look at the scores per year, there are only 2 reviews of the Mekong trip. When you see 2 reviews with a 10 about a company, you still question it. Many of the reviews were published on the site on the same date? The suggestion that follows is that a number of positive reactions are knocked down by an employee?
If you submit a review with a score lower than 3 stars, that review will not be published immediately. This gives the company time to add a response. It makes little reference to the comments made. Your review will be compared with the outcome of the survey forms submitted by your fellow passengers. Only the company knows how many surveys are involved, what information those surveys contain and how the information has been converted into a concrete figure. This is not transparent.
Most reviews (more than half) score 5 stars. You have to assign them yourself, but that sometimes goes wrong. I came across a review in which someone writes that he has 3 stars for the cruise. However, does it give 5 stars? Perhaps it is better to let everyone fill in a number. Now people score 5 stars, while their review shows that there are some things wrong. Incidentally, reviews with a score of 5 stars are debatable. After all, there is no excellent, there is always something to improve. If you disregard the scores of 5 stars, Friendship Cruises only scores a 7.1.
When writing a review, the question about recommending the company is set to yes by default. You have to consciously change that to no and this is often forgotten (17x). I can't imagine recommending a company while just giving the cruise a pass. After all, they have promised 5-star quality.
In my opinion, you can question the reviews on the Friendship Cruises site. The numbers per trip and per year are too small for this. Since the company itself manages the software, it is possible for them to fill the file themselves. To top it off I found out yesterday (3/1/18) that 2 very bad reviews had just been removed (9/15/17 and 2/13/18). I therefore wonder what those guarantees from you are worth to consumers.
Why does a response I give to a company have to wait 7 days? This is my opinion, right? I can't get in touch with them, but I do advertise with good reviews of your company. I would not receive an email from you either, unfortunately. You participate indirectly in this scam.

Fine system, transparent, user-friendly and also in a nice jacket :) The fully automatic process of loading and sending the review invitations takes a lot of work off your hands. It can be linked with your own backend so definitely worth a try!
What a bad company! I don't think it's possible that you can put a review on hold so that a problem is solved. This way you do not give customers a fair representation of how a company functions!
Generally well assisted in advice and they show flexibility and patience in case of problems. And reasonable rates that are charged. Definitely recommend!

Worthless company. Fancy Terms and Conditions. Let you pay extra. Far from staying away if you ask me. This joke costs me more than 400 euros extra when canceling.

With the recently introduced improvements, many points from the negative reviews have been addressed here. You can now see if a review has been adjusted (a sign will be added) and a review will be at the top as soon as it is published, so negative reviews will now also come forward. He is now on hold for 5 working days instead of 14 days, but I think that is a logical decision, because some people are already writing a negative review without contacting the company for a solution. What can still be improved is communication via e-mail, it sometimes happens that e-mails remain unanswered, then I have to e-mail again to get a response. Integration with Woocommerce is also not ideal, but work is underway.

Very bad review tool for customers! They only post positive reviews directly. If you give even a 'reasonable' (not even a bad assessment) your assessment will be put on hold, and the question is whether it will be posted at all. This makes it very easy for a company to only receive super positive assessments. Absolutely no objective result!
On-Hold reviews are posted as standard after a few days. Very nice that we always receive a notification by email so that we can get in touch with the customer. Honest feedback is very important to us!

Bad service! Never join forces! Only focused on money and personal gain. If you want to cancel, the communication changes and they become downright hard, businesslike and blunt.
We wanted to cancel our contract but were just too late. As it turns out, the contract will continue for a whole year.
We entered the conversation with the belief that this is a misunderstanding. But no, the only thing we got was a blunt customer-unfriendly response and a reminder plus 40 euros (!!) reminder costs. Really bizarre.
Works fine in itself and steps into the hole of Trustpilot for auto feedback collection of "service providers". I feel that the backend is still in its infancy (a bit buggy). But otherwise content free!
For the time being satisfied. Good service (chat function very pleasant), nice product. Unfortunately they support some special characters that I just need for my Polish client, but they are working on that and will be implemented soon.
