To whom it may concern. Just thought you should know about the outstanding service I received last night stranded on the 401 . I had been waiting for a tow for almost an hour because of a flat tire. when a youngman from your service department pulled over and asked if I needed help. I explained that a tow truck was on its way to help with the flat tire. He explained he worked in the service Lexus department and proceeded to change the flat to the spare for me. He had the spare on the vehicle in no time and I was back on the way . I currently do not drive a Lexus or Toyota product and he still stopped to help! I Believe his name was Scott and I just wanted to say thank you for the help.

They are externally professional, super nice and respectful. They respect the customer right to know all the facts, and numbers. They are crystal clear with you and a lot of transparency is out there when it comes to their deals. Special thanks to Taj! Such a gentleman, not a typical salesman guy you would see in other dealership, he is really there to support you to get the best deal and vehicle for your family! Taj has been helping us since 2018. This is my second lexus, and I am pretty happy with them and my car!!

Was looking to lease a Lexus SUV. Started talking over email to Desi Di Lello and he was forthcoming with the number and get me what I wanted at a great price plus the color and package I wanted. Desi didn't make excuses of any kind like other dealers about colors and packages. Other dealers didn't take my seriously because i started talking to them over email. I came once before pick up to get paperwork going and they offered me extra packages and warranties but were not pushy about it. A week later I went for delivery was smooth as butter. I came in, signed all paper work and drove away within the hour. Desi said I like to under promise and over deliver . That s 21st centenary customer service! (I drove from Toronto and it was well worth it!)

My entire experience with Heffner Lexus from first visit to purchase and delivery and follow ups for add ons has been first rate. I didn't expect them to be that cheap and make me feel hopeless

I got very poor customer service, that day ..,. So just because it is a big dealership don't trust it totally.

Dear Mr. Heffner,
Could you please get Desi Dilello a "above & beyond the call of duty" badge?? Having bought a new Lexus from Desi in 2019, I was looking forward to working with him again. This time, a bigger test. I called Desi a few days before Christmas and asked him if we could get the new lexus I wanted in my driveway by Christmas morning. A surprise from Santa. Desi didn't disappoint. He went in to Heffner during his scheduled off time, he communicated with me personally every step of the way from his cell phone and passed emails back and forth at all hours.

Christmas morning, Desi Claus had delivered!
Thank you Desi and a special thank you to Landon as well!! The two of you are the reason people come back.

I bought my new car from this dealer in 2015. During my first year, they did an excellent job. A year later, every time my car got problems, they always try to avoid it, and say that it's NORMAL. (My car is under warranty 4 years.) Last year, my car started to make a wind noise, my leather seat started to crack (even just me driving, and take 2 older children to go to school,) they checked and said the noises are NORMAL , the leather cracked because of time. This year, the wind noises are quite bad and ice moisture inside car showed up. I came in, and I saw a guy at the front desk I knew the answer right away "NORMAL" (seriously, everytime I come in I see him. He never helps me out.)The ice moisture inside a car, a wind noise, is definitely NOT NORMAL . We bought and used many new cars in the past, we know. Don't treated your client like we're stupid.
Just one thing I'm happy with my technician last time (her name is Amanda.) She was honest and helpful. If your car is under warranty, every problem is NORMAL, they're waiting for your warranty to be expired, after that they will say "Yes your car problem will need a fix." That's my experience for Lexus. I am sure my next car will not be with Lexus.

I have dealt with both the parts and service departments of this dealership. The staff is very professional and thorough. Ali Issaky is a great service representative to deal with. I was quite impressed by the new hours of operation. They are very convenient for my schedule. The pricing was a little more than what I would pay at an independent shop. However, I have more trust for Heffner Lexus to do a good job. I was also given a loaner vehicle during my service at no charge. Thank you for providing an excellent experience. I give 5 stars.

Super easy and comfortable transaction! Jon Newton helped me throughout the process of purchasing my IS 250, and the experience was definitely worth 5-stars. Never did I feel pushed to make a decision, and the times I kept coming back with more questions, Jon was happy to help. He even sat with me for half hour after I purchased the vehicle and taught me how to use all of the car's gadgets. I'm going back today to pick up a second fob that Jon had ordered for me. Highly recommend Heffner Lexus!

Amazing and friendly staff at this location who are always willing to go out of the way to assist you in any way necessary. I will continue to buy my future cars from this dealership. The staff at the service centre is also extremely knowledgeable and fast! I appreciate that there is a desk, coffee and WiFi available so I can work while I wait.

The cars are great, but the service is what keeps me coming back. I really like the fact that the service department is open really late, it allows me to bring my car in when I'm truly available. I love dealing with Ali (the afternoon service manager) because he's so knowledgeable, professional and has a positive attitude. There has yet to be a question I've asked him that he didn't know the answer to. That gives me great confidence in him and of course adds to the overall great experice at Heffner Lexus.

My experience dealing with Heffner Lexus & especially Keith W. was nothing short of great & they really came through for me showing great patience & consideration. Out of the various Lexus dealerships that i recently dealt with in my search for an RX 350 this particular dealership & Keith W. really stuck out over the others. I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience & the vehicle i ended up chosing looks absolutely great! I'm glad i went with my gut-feeling & chose this particular dealership to finally purchase my very first Lexus! I wouldn't hesitate one tiny bit to recommend them to any serious luxury car buyer out there.

I took our vehicle last evening (taking advantage of the new extended hours) for a scheduled maintenance and was impressed by Heffner Lexus' commitment to customer service! The spotless Service Entrance, professional staff and comfortable lounge all contributed to a pleasant experience and reinforced our decision to deal with Heffner. The paperwork was ready, the service advisor, Ali Issaky, explained the procedure to be performed, the approximate time it would take, answered my questions and made me feel welcome. And the car was ready in less time than scheduled! What's not to like about that! Well done and thanks Heffner Lexus!

My honest opinion: I wasn't aware that Heffner Lex...

My honest opinion: I wasn't aware that Heffner Lexus had developed a fetish for robbing people in maintenance services. I may seem like a one-off individual providing a 1 star as opposed to the rest of the people providing 5 stars for this location (something seems fishy here). My last service maintenance experience was possibly one of the worst i've encountered at Heffner; over the past two years i've been consistently maintaining the vehicle at your dealership. My main objective was to just get an oil and filter change, and ended up with a $177. some odd change bill. Now to anyone with some car knowledge a 5w30 oil (not synthetic) should not cost more than 50 dollars to replace; as well as a carbon engine air filter for $45? I'm quite impressed with the inflation of costs, if that was the case. I understand they changed the process to obtain a "trustworthy representative" which reaches out to the customer to seek authorization before the work was done, but now you don't hear anything. They don't call nor do they ask you if the work required is authorized by you. They replace parts and charge you the inflated prices. Did i forget to mention the car was dropped off at 3pm and received a call at around 7pm to inform my wife (wrong person contacted even after strict notification); that an oil and filter change was done on the vehicle?
One negative star away from Canadian Tire in terms of maintenance department.

My wife and I have owned Toyota Vehicles for over 15 years but never drove a Lexus Vehicle. We made the change moving to a 2021 SUV 350 Lexus and we couldn't be happier. It was a wonderful experience dealing with Frank Vitorino store manager who made it all possible & a great job by Landon Moffitt Financial Service manager ... and finally a big thank you to DESI Dl LELLO who explained all the details & set the Lexus to our specifications. There was never a feeling of being rushed Desi gave us all the time we needed fantastic job.
This has been without a doubt the nicest experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle.

Recently purchased a 2020 Lexus NX 300 F Sport 2 from Heffner Lexus and I am more than pleased with my purchase experience. Working with Taj Shabudeen was a pleasure. Taj was very patient and accommodating when it came to helping my wife and I with our selection process. We had questions about the Lexus NX 300 that Taj was more than prepared to answer in detail. Taj was not a high pressure sales associate, but an effective one. Very easy to deal with. Ali in the service centre has been an absolutely amazing help with all of my car servecing needs! Anything I need looked at he has no problem helping me out and solving the problem! Any question I have with my car Ali is there ready to help! I came in to ask some questions about my car and not only did Ali answer them all very thoroughly, he also topped off my washer fluid and got me a car wash!!

Mauricio in service has also been amazing at ensuring any inquiry and issue that I had was taken care of. Between the two of them you couldnt ask for better service.

I swear by Heffner Lexus servecing and recommend them for all lexus owners!! They truly take care of their customers!

They also have later servecing hours and are able to get me in any time!! So convenient for me!

We decided to visit Heffner Lexus on a Sunday knowing the dealership was closed. At the time, we were window shopping, and it was a lovely fall day for a drive. Little did we know Heffner had an open house. Because of COVID, the open house ended up being a drive around the property. We were not driving a Toyota/Lexus brand but made to feel at home by the staff.

We went back the Heffner on many different occasions to test drive the car we had an interest. Each time the staff was never pushy and made us feel part of the Heffner family. The staff answered our questions on each occasion. During one visit, close to closing time, a staff member went out of their way to show us the exact interior colour in a car that was being detailed for customer delivery.

Overall we very happy with our experience and would recommend the dealership to others.

I have been in the market for a ES 350 for awhile and delayed the process after learning that a redesigned model of ES 350 comes in the market for 2016. I dealt with Heffner Lexus in Kitchener all this time and on Oct 2015 I got my car from Japan (Atomic Silver with Brown Flaxen interior). I am very delighted with the service that I received at Heffner Lexus and found the team very professional. I want to especially thank Desi Delillo who was very helpful from the get go until I got the car. As for the car! Well, it is a Lexus that rides quietly and in comfort. If music is your thing in the car, then the Mark Levinson stereo will please you very much. I enjoy all the features and I can declare that it was worth waiting for the 2016 model which in my opinion is worth every dollar.

Any women out there please don't be intimidated by purchasing a new luxury vehicle on own; Taj is a highly qualified new car salesmen for Lexus that is extremely personable, knowledgeable and most of all honest and truly has your best interest at heart. I showed up to Heffner Lexus with no appointment although, I did call first. I just needed an oil change before driving back home to Atlanta, Georgia. I have been in Canada unexpectedly for months rather than days due to a family emergency. I was welcomed in, told that they would absolutely accommodate me and change the oil in my Lexus. While I waited, I enjoyed a cup of coffee, a bottle of water and some conversation with the other customers. An overall great experience! I will absolutely be back should I need my Lexus serviced next time that I find myself in Canada.

I was pleasantly surprised today as I find customer service in today's world is going downhill in general. Thank you to everyone at Heffner Lexus for your customer service and attention to details . Buying a new RX 350 from Keith was among the best experiences in new car purchases that I have encountered.Keith and Landon went out of their way to make the deal happen. Since we from out of town the car was prepared including wheel swap,paint protection, interior protection and undercoating. All this in just a few short hours.Amazing! To whom it may concern,
I visited Hefner Lexus for an outstanding recall on my car.
I called 3 days prior and booked an appointment for 11:30am and was told there would be a loner car provided. The job was quoted 1-2 hours by the (one of the only) more than friendly tech I dealt with. Upon my arrival, it was unbeknownst to the tech behind the service desk that I requested a loner car, though it was soon organized without worry. When we finally received the loner, it was given to us in a deplorable condition: stains, dirt, leftover food. It was also given to us with less than a 1/4 of a tank of fuel! After running a few errands and grabbing lunch we returned to find out that the car would take 1-1.5 hours longer than expected: I took that time to view the showroom and explore the cars. Not once was I approached by a sales representative - I actually asked the tech at the front desk if she could kindly point me in the direction of a sales rep. I saw her talk to a sales representative near after, but he never once approached me for the 2.5 hours we remained at the dealership. We were offered the loner again, but that was not useful to us as we live 1 hour away from their location. When we were finally told the car was finished I came to find that someone used one of my cleaning rags (that was nearly hidden away in the console) to wipe down my interior. Also, there were leftover tools in my car from the service department and to top it off my dashboard does not fit correctly after they fixed the recall.
Overall, not completely impressed and it will make me think twice about revisiting this dealer. Unprofessional & unfriendly. Not what you would expect from any dealer, let alone Lexus which I steadfastly stand by their terrific products.

I could also make a point of the attitude of one techs that could be heard throughout the lounge area shouting at the other techs. This individual was also not very friendly to me. Not the kind of person you want to represent your service department in my opinion, but to each their own!

I find myself posting a second Google review on Heffner Lexus in as many weeks. If I could give a rating of 10 stars, I would and it would be more than justified. The story that follows is truly unbelievable, a testament to the customer focussed culture at Heffner Lexus, and the actions of two remarkable employees.
I own two Lexus vehicles....a GS460 4 door sedan and a SC430 hardtop convertible. I was planning to leave for Florida at 6AM on Saturday, March 16, driving the sedan as the purpose of the trip was to bring personal goods back to Canada. I had the car all loaded and ready to go by late Friday afternoon. I jumped in the car to run a quick errand, and when I started the car I noticed the check engine light and vehicle stability lights illuminated, and the engine was sputtering. I took pictures of the alarms with my phone and jumped in my SC430 and headed for Heffner s.
I arrived at 5:55PM, just as Desi Di Lello, a Product Advisor in Lexus New Vehicle Sales, was just wrapping up for the day. We sat in his office and I shared my dilemma...I was scheduled to leave for Florida in 12 hours, I couldn t take the sedan because it wasn t running properly and I couldn t take the convertible because it was didn t have sufficient space to hold all of the goods I needed to bring back to Canada.
Desi texted Ashley Snowden, the Assistant Service Manager and she called him immediately. They were concerned that even if we brought my vehicle in for repair, it may require a part that had to be ordered, further delaying my departure for Florida. He finished the call, politely excused himself for a few minutes while I waited in his office. Desi returned and took me outside to show me their solution . He casually handed me the keys to a Lexus NX200T, full loaded F Sport SUV. He said just use this vehicle and let s worry about getting your sedan repaired when you return. I was beyond shocked! I confirmed that both he and Ashley were aware that I was driving to Florida. He said in his discussion with Ashley they both wanted me to have a safe and reliable vehicle for my trip. He then sat inside the vehicle and began to train me on many of the incredible new features that Lexus has introduced. He gave me his business card with his contact information and was adamant that I call him any time if I had any questions or concerns.
I returned to Lexus this past Wednesday to drop off the loaner and pick up my convertible. Incidentally, when I returned home, I started my GS460 and all alarms had cleared and it ran smoothly???
When I walked into the service center, I saw Ashley. She smiled and her first question was how was the vehicle....did it suit my needs? She said that when Desi called, she was trying to determine the best loaner vehicle she had available that would be most comfortable for me, given the type of vehicle I drove. I said the vehicle was perfect and thanked her profusely. I felt guilty when I told Ashley that my vehicle was now running fine without alarms. She suggested I drive it and if there are any problems, just bring it straight to Heffner s and she ll have it checked out.
I d like to personally thank Desi and Ashley for offering a loaner vehicle without hesitation. The combined efforts of these two employees has set a level of excellence for customer service that is unbelievable . I must applaud the leadership team at Heffner s for empowering their employees with the authority to make such significant decisions in support of customer service. Again, this goes beyond even the wildest and highest of expectations. I priced out an SUV rental for the same time frame and distance. The approximate price of a rental would be just over $1400..and it wasn t even a Lexus!

Fantastic service from the entire team at a beautiful facility. I have been bringing my vehicles to Heffner Lexus for the past 12 years for service (and occasionally the collision center) and always treated with respect and a smile. Happy to have recently added the new Lexus UX 250h to the family mix. Excellent brand and an excellent team at Heffner.

Terrible service! This should not be the quality provided by Lexus. I was involved in an accident and someone hit me from the back. Lexus made the estimation, insurance company approved and they booked me two weeks prior to the appointment. I left the car on the day of appointment and they were supposed to call me at the evening when the car is ready. I could not reach them till next morning. Since they told me the car will be delivered at the evening I didn't ask for rental. Next day they told me they are missing the parts and they could not fix the car. They also claim that the arrival date for missing parts is unknown. It has been more than a month and no one called me yet. How can a company can not get a part of their own brand in more than two months. The damage is related with bumper and it is not a super technical part that should arrive from elsewhere. I will never buy a Lexus!!!

Heffner Lexus Service staff Mike & Ashley are the best in the business. We have two Lexus' and everytime these go in for service, they are professional and very attentative to our needs. The work is done promptly and in the specified time Also I wish to commend the Collision Staff, especially Amy, who took care of a scratch on our IS300 in 10 minutes with no charge for it. I really feel I am "Part Of The Family" Well Done to the Heffner Crew!!!!!

I just recently leased a 2021 Lexus UX. Karen Savage was the Sales Specialist I dealt. All I have to say is, Outstanding . I have dealt with Karen multiple times over the last 15 years or so. She s always professional yet personable and relatable. She works hard not only for Heffner, but ultimately her customer. I m sure the rest of the Heffner team is great, but an sales department full of Karen s would put Heffner over the top.

Went to the service center to get my tires replace...

Went to the service center to get my tires replaced, wipers replaced and fluid changed. Was charged for everything but found out a week later when I had a broken wiper blade that they clearly hadn t been replaced and I had to buy a new one at Canadian Tire. My washer fluid also froze while I was on my way to Ottawa so I had to pull in to a Mr. Lube so my car could dethaw and the fluids could be changed for real. So even though I was charged for 3 things, only one (the tire change) was actually completed. I ve been trying to get in touch with someone for weeks and have been bounced around and still have no response on the issue. On top of that when I went in to get my service at 8:30am they picked me up at 4:30pm and I had to wait another half an hour before my car was ready. Overall the worst experience I ve ever had at a service center and I m still waiting for a refund on the services never completed. It s really unfortunate that this is the only Lexus center in town because now I ll have to travel to another town to get anything done since I can t be sure they ll actually do what I ve paid for. Absolutely ridiculous, don t make the same mistake as I did, don t waste your money.

Just leased a RX350 from Heffner. Sales guy, Keith, was fantastic - super solid guy. Never felt uncomfortable or pressured. Keith went out of his way to explain every step of the process and show me all the features of the car - all on my schedule and pace. I was considering a couple of different vehicles, so I talked with several dealerships and for me Heffner (Keith) was definitely the most professional, down to earth and fair on price.

I have been dealing with Heffner dealerships for close to 20 years (just bought my 5th vehicle from them). Every interaction I have had with them (and in particular with Keith) have always been professional and pleasant. And the fact that they are truly a community-minded group (their local philanthropy is well known) makes dealing with them that much sweeter. I highly recommend them.

Overall, definitely would not recommend this location. They provided very poor customer service; I waited for 3 hours and every time I was told "it'll be finished shortly". During this time, other customers came after me but left before me.
