Went during the day and didn't get any service. I don't think this would be common here, could have been bad timing, as there was a meeting going on. Ended up buying somewhere else.
My wife and I came all the way from Windsor Ontario to test drive a trade-in low mileage Lexus at a non-Lexus dealership in town. The car checked out perfectly, and we purchased the vehicle in about half an hour. Since the vehicle was originally purchased at Heffner Lexus, after taking delivery of the vehicle we stopped at Heffner to obtain any additional information. We were directed to Landon Moffitt. Landon was very friendly, helpful, informative and professional, he took the time to educate us on vehicle options and maintenance history reports. As it turns out the original owner purchased an extended warranty that Landon transferred to our name. At no direct benefit to him Landon was very helpful and professional, top notch customer service! Dealing with Landon was a pleasure. He went out of his way to help educate us on our new purchase. Very professional, knowledgeable, and trust worthy. Thank you Landon! Next time I have to buy a car, I am coming straight to you.
If I could offer a negative rated number that would more accurately reflect their service. LEXUS makes an absolutely beautiful car but go somewhere else to buy or service it. My son had his car in last week and it was damaged while in Heffner's possession. The Service Manager refuses to accept any responsibility for it even after their own Roadside assistance department opened and investigation and confirmed the damage did not exist when it was dropped off at Heffner. Any business that can't take ownership of their own negligence doesn't deserve your money.
Amazing Experience. I recently purchased an RX450H. I went and saw Taj Shabudeen. He was so helpful from the time I walked in and all the way through. This is probably the easiest car buying experience I have ever had.

Honesty goes a long way and it's rare to find a dealership that is honest and conducts business in a way heffner does, they actually care about their customers. My husband and I just purchased our second Lexus in 3 years and have to say that our salesperson Desi Di Lello once again is a true salesperson. He helped us in every way possible to ensure our sales experience was exceptional. He explained to us the difference between our old RX350 to the new RX 350L. If you ever interested in purchasing a Lexus vehicle, I would recommend Desi as he is not one of the types of salespeople who pressure you to buy. He is also there to assist in any way after the deal is done as his door is always open! Buy here, and you will not be disappointed. Another great aspect with this dealership is that they really do treat you like family! I ve been going here for more than ten years. The service is amazing, second to none. If your priorities are reliability and service get a Lexus from Heffner. If your priorities are the least expensive car with the least expensive repairs, don t buy any luxury car from any luxury dealership.
I recently leased a new vehicle from Heffner Lexus and was very pleased with the service. What I found very helpful was the willingness of the sales staff to work across the Heffner dealerships (Lexus, Lexus Pre-Owned, Toyota, Toyota Pre-Owned) to get me the car I wanted. By going to Heffner, you have access to four dealerships as part of the Heffner family. I've been really happy with the car and the buying experience.
Worst dealership ever, I wish I could give half a star. We were invited to a Private sales event by their marketing manager as I had spoken to him and told him I wanted to buy a 2018 RX350. His words "Whatever lowest offer you are getting we will match that and give you additional $750 discount on MSRP". Here's what actually happened: We went to dealership and were pawned off to a sales guy who deals in pre-owned cars, he came back saying in WHOLE Ontario there are NO RX350 left of 2018 year with navigation package and wanted to sell us a 2019 model with a higher MSRP. Either these guys don't know their cars or they think all customers are fools. Whatever the scenario is I will never go back to this dealership, my advise please get all information on the phone before you go and waste your time in this dealership.
Did a rust inspection early August, never hear back from anybody. Wondering where my rust claim is at, called in today, been transferred 5 times, FIVE TIMES!!!!!!!! Ended up with the same person who first answered my phone, Great!!
These guys saved me from buying what would have been a terrible car. I came here with a Lexus from a local used car dealer to have a second opinion. The car looked great on the outside but was a total mess underneath. They brought the car in right away, as they had promised over the phone. Within a few minutes the technician came up to me and invited me in the shop so he could show me what the issues were. The vehicle had way to many issues to list, some of which were safety related. Even the technician was surprised to see this as the car drove completely fine. Needless to say I didn't end up buying the vehicle and never felt better about spending $140 to avoid that money pit.

Sales reps are just a blast to do business with and the service and parts departments are swift at getting me what I need in regards to my old aging Lexus. My car is maintained here near exclusively as it was with the previous owner and it still runs like new with 300,000km on it as of posting this review. Safe to say the products sold here are quality and the experience is worth every cent spent here. Technicians definitely know what they are doing. I trust them.
I bought Lexus from Heffner dealership and I am very happy with the service, which I received from Taj Shabudeen. Very helpful and knowledgeable person. We were driving from Toronto and one time we came 1.5 hour earlier, than supposed to. Taj work time supposed to start later. He came to work as soon as he was notified that we are here. I have been a customer of Heffner Lexus for 10 years and was completely disappointed with my maintenance service yesterday. I was given a loaner car with an almost empty gas tank. The "Low Fuel" sign came on after driving less than 10 km. I live 20 km from the dealership so I had to stop to buy gas ($34) for fear of getting stranded. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, Ashley Snowden denied my request to have my gas money reimbursed. I called her this morning and she told me that "No one asked you to buy gas. You could have driven the car back to the dealer." Is this the Lexus service that we rave about? Not at all. Later, the service manager Bob called me back and apologized. I gave the service one star because I am giving credit to the manager for doing damage control.
With out a doubt, the best dealer experience here. The express oil change lane is simply awesome! Fast efficient service in a absolutely beautiful facility. Great cars and great service. Can t beat it. Other dealers need to take a look at what Heffner s does so well.
Dont bother coming here for service. This place used to be on top of everything including customer service.. However, after bringing my car in for service in June/July of 2018 i got my car back with a copious amount of scratches. I brought this to the attention of the service desk, and was told that they will call me later that week to book an appointment. It is now Septemeber and I still have not yet received a phone call for this appointment.
I purchased my vehicle from Heffner Lexus and received the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in buying a car. Taj was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured at any point to make a purchase. As a female buyer, I felt both well taken care of and respected, something that is rare when dealing with a car dealership. Since my purchase, I have returned to Lexus for my regular maintenance visits and their Service Department is equally as wonderful to deal with as Sales. Scott and the entire service team are always so friendly and helpful. Scheduling my visits is a breeze and I am in and out of there quickly. The complimentary hand wash is also such a lovely added bonus! Kudos to the entire Heffner Lexus team for providing such incredible service! I am a client for life!
I bought my car here and the sales staff is great, really professional and personable. Their pricing is fair, and they are not the type to hassle you to upsale. When I thought I was having an issue with my car they dealt with it right away, no charge, cleaned my car and they had really good coffee and cookies in their lounge, I know it's a small gesture but it really made the whole experience very enjoyable, never thought I'd like taking my car in for maintenance but they exceeded at that. Every detail was impeccable right down to the fancy soap in the restroom, they really put forth an effort to make you enjoy your experience.
Despite initial confusion about the date of my service appt (the confusion was likely on my part) they squeezed me in and got my vehicle serviced quickly and got me on my way. Scott, Mark and Mauricio went above and beyond and I am very grateful and impressed with the service I received.

Always been good to me. Great people and staff there, you can tell they are trying their best to achieve excellent customer service as they are all very polite and go out of their way to greet you. Bought my 2002 Camry there brand new and my 2012 Lexus RX 350 brand new. They have done all the servicing on all my Toyota and Lexus vehicles I have ever owned over the last two decades. It is doubtful I would ever buy a new Toyota or Lexus anywhere else other than Hefner. Matt Soloman in Toyota is excellent, and Desi in Lexus is great also.
I service my RX here primarily and have no outstanding issues. Of course things come up here and there but Arnie was able to resolve them all to my satisfaction. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here given the positive experience.

The service department at Heffner Lexus always goes above and beyond! Scott Bertrand, especially, has always made the experience seamless and taken the time to show me and my family that our business is valued. This type of service and relationship has kept us coming back for the past 2 decades and will keep us coming back.
Went for the most expensive oil change with hopes that I would get quality type service. What I got was disappointment. The service states that they do Top-Up of fluids but when I checked under my hood none of my fluids are topped up and from the looks of it, I don't even think they were opened and checked. I can only assume my oil was changed since it looked good but, it looked good before hand anyway. As for the complimentary Car Wash, I had to rewash it and since the watermarks that left all over the place or really quite annoying. I got my receipt and no mention of any issues despite the fact that I know my car has certain issues that are quite obvious and you can hear as you drive. But they didn't mention any service requirements. I guess they didn't care that much but I guess that's also a good thing since I won't go there ever again. Why didn't I bring it to their attention you might ask? I received my car late Thursday evening and didn't have time until the following week to go back with these issues at which point they would just likely deny everything and probably say that I wasted that much washer fluid already. My engine coolant was definitely not topped up but again the hassle of arguing this with them would have been more than I wanted. I probably should have said something that night but I didn't get to see my fluid levels until I left since I got my car late at night and I didn't have that much lighting to really review it all. Good luck to those that go there for the first time.
As you can see, their "customer service" dept received/read my review but I have YET to be contacted by any management as they promised. So: no resolution. They left their resolution on the 'reply to review' section and that was the end for them. I can't say im surprised. They have good reviews so one (more) bad review won't lower their score. Anyway, good luck to all that go here.
Service department isn t helpful. Was told by a mechanic an another shop that I needed a new O2 censor. Called Lexus to get a price and got the run around. In the end told it would start at $400 and go up from there. However before they could tell me the actual cost I d have to bring it in for their diagnostic test at $125.
Very unhappy from the sale representative Jon Newton. We were there to buy 2 vehicles and he was very rude from the staring. He should not be in the sale department to sell the vehicles. We asked him to go for test drive, he refused. He said I don t wanna put more Kilometres on the car coz you got no intension of buying the car . he was being racist and rude.

This is my third review for Heffner Lexus, and while my two previous reviews were focussed on specific individuals and the exceptional level of customer service, this review is related to a vehicle, specifically a loaner vehicle provided by Ashley Snowden and Desi Di Lello for a recent trip to Florida (yes, a loaner to take to Florida and back!) Due to issues stated in a previous post, I was given a fully loaded Lexus NX200T F Sport SUV to drive to Florida. This is a vehicle I would never chose for myself, nor would I ever consider buying such a vehicle. After driving this vehicle to Florida and back (a total of 4600 Km s), I couldn't be more wrong. I m amazed at the power of this 4 cylinder 2 litre turbocharged engine. I have two Lexus cars, with 300hp and 342hp, so I am used to power on demand . The engine and drivetrain in the NX is seamless, flawless with a surprising amount of power. However, I think the greatest selling feature is comfort. The minute I sat in the vehicle, the seatback wrapped around me and the supple leather just enhanced the experience. The lower lumbar support is the best I ve ever experienced, and the three levels of heating was great for my lower back problems. The heated steering wheel was a nice touch as I set off for Florida. The lane assist was a new feature for me, virtually eliminating the threat of accidents when changing lanes. The cabin space and view was excellent, as was the sound system. The multifunction touch pad was easy to navigate and the Bluetooth connection for streaming music and making phone calls was flawless.
If you are considering an SUV, I urge you to see Desi Di Lello at Hefner Lexus and take one for a test drive. You ll be amazed at the power, comfort and handling of this vehicle. If you are fortunate enough to buy one, Ashley Snowden, the Assistant Service Manager will look after all of your service and maintenance needs. Went for oil change on isf they overfilled the engine by 2quarts. Went back with complain that I had to drain was told that it's impossible that it was overfilled same old story from a dealership covering up for mistakes. Erin park underfilled and the damage was almost 9000$ seems like no one has enough training working on these cars. Pretty bad that simple oil change comes out to be so confusing for lexus service. Will never be going back paying top dollar for such horrible service.
Taj at Heffner provides exceptional service. He is thoughtful and he follows up in a timely manner. I have had great interactions with him and he is always the first person I recommend when someone is looking for a new Lexus. Thanks Taj for all your help, you are a gem.
I will definitely go back. They even gave my dogs some treats when I got there and when I picked up my car. The price was much less than I anticipated and they even let me borrow a car so I could run some errands. I'm a very happy customer.

I leased a 2019 Lexus IS300 AWD, this is my first Lexus. I traded in my 2015 Toyota Avalon. The Salesperson Taj Shabudeen was extremely helpful and professional. The delivery was exceptionally handled, he sat with me in the vehicle and explained all features of the car, he paired my mobile to the system. I left the lot with a good knowledge of the vehicle.

We gave Keith our number and kept in contact to find the right car. Shortly thereafter Keith found us a brilliant vehicle, with a great price.
