This agency sent 4 of their workers to VersaCold Logistics, they seemed like they didn't mind working for Smith over Pinnacle. All temp agencies are more or less the same, just avoid Drake on Portage they are bad news.
Very Proffesionial and friendly staff. They give everyone the opportunity to work. Just be willing to work hard and follow instructions to wherever you get sent. There is a chance a job site will request you to work for them again if you put in all of your effort and stay busy. Smith Personnel offers a variety of jobs. I highly recommend this Temp Agency!

Stay away from this company. according to the owner the workers have no right to know their current hours, they have no right to know how many hours they need to fill a contract to get hired onto a company full time. According to the owner any company that wants to hire any of the temp workers need Her permission to do so. you can ask a question about your hours multiple times and be told you have never asked. They talk down to their clients. they will threaten to put them on a no work order if they have to take a day off. which is illegal to do according to the government. If you work for them know you have Rights. you have all right to know your hours and all right to know what you need to fulfill a contract to get hired on full time. There was a complaint put in today with the labor board. all of the information in this review has witnesses and information from the labor board..
We spent a lot of time picking a placement company as we had two very important positions to fill in our small business. The initial consult was so great and they made so many promises and commitments. We felt we were in good hands, as Smith Personal understood our needs. We felt that they would follow thru on there promises and guarantees. We had to request more candidates as the first round were completely un qualified. At this point we should have ended it. Once we hired the nightmare really began, un qualified people, people who were not vetted properly and failed promises is all we got for our money. This company had no respect for the money my business spent, which was almost $20,000 in placement fees. Every time we would try and get them to honor the commitments or promises they make up excuses and blame us the client. Also there billing dept is terrible as they consistently applied payments to the wrong account and not in accordance with the agreement structure. Please do your due diligence and get your lawyer to go over the contract or just stay away from this terrible company in general.

Great customer service, quick response no machine, pays on time, courteous staff, lots of work, just need more construction contracts. Thumbs up.....
