Recently moved to KW area and took my car to Heffner for service and when I went to get my car back found my Ray ban sun glass was taken from my car, please make sure to keep your valuable items locked. I reported the incident and they are very poor in dealing with customer issues, specially the detail manager is rude on the phone.

I have to begin my review by first mentioning that I had been shopping in the GTA for a used Lexus for approx. 3 months. I was really looking forward to dealing with a Lexus dealership because my two previous Lexus cars were bought through friends and I was thinking it will be nice to get the 'royal treatment' from a dealership!! So I started by searching auto trader and began making contact with several Lexus dealerships in the GTA. I finally found an ES and purchased it from one Toronto Lexus dealership only to discover on the actual delivery day a NON-disclosed repair which was horribly re-painted. I hadn't noticed this before because I only saw the car once on the test drive and it was dirty... I obviously had to cancel that sale immediately. I even had to uber home as I was dropped off thinking I'd be driving my new car home. Not one person even cared as I waited outside for my uber driver. Unfortunately it didn't get any better elsewhere... it was shocking how unimportant I was made to feel at the GTA Lexus dealerships and there was very little interest in helping me to find my next car. I happen to see a car outside of Toronto at Heffner Lexus but since I was now feeling uneasy about it... I simply wrote to the dealership by email and as luck would have it, I was put in touch with Jon Newton... Sales consultant at Heffner. He immediately took my interest in one of their car seriously and we began communicating via email. He was amazing right off the start. Sooooo after just a day or two I drove into Kitchener to see the car and meet Jon. I was treated FIRST CLASS..... just as I originally thought I would be by any Lexus dealership.... but nope.... only by Heffner and Jon after 3 months of looking. The car was amazing and after Jon went to bat for me with the decision maker on price... I ended up buying my 2017 ES. The good news didn't stop there.... after that I was handed off to Landon Moffitt, financial services manager, who continued the Heffner Lexus all stars... and just as with Jon, treated me amazingly!!! Getting further along the process... and with Jon always included throughout.... Jon and I finished off the sale and he delivered the car. All my concerns and questions were addressed in a professional and friendly manner. The car was prepared for delivery and when I got there it was perfectly cleaned and ready to drive away.... which I happily did. I want to thank Jon and Landon for their professionalism. Maybe it's because people are generally friendlier in a "small town" or could just be because Heffner Lexus and their amazing team know how to treat customers well.... or maybe Jon and Landon are just two great guys?? lol All I know is I have a great car.... I was WELL taken care of during the process.... and what started out, for me, to be an absolute nightmare in the GTA turned out to be the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a car.... thank you to Jon and Landon and everyone else that assisted them in getting the car ready for me. I've had my fair share of experiences buying (selling) cars for my personal or family use - some good and others I'd rather not remember. However, if there is an option to rate any higher than 5 stars, I would certainly do that in a blink of an eye for my very recent experience dealing with Heffner Lexus. They not only say it but actually treat you as family.
Recently I decided to downsize from our relatively new midsize SUV which we had acquired in order to be able to travel extensively. Unfortunately it does not seem very likely that we may be able to do any travel for the foreseeable future in light of the current situation.
While searching for a suitable replacement I tried contacting a few dealerships but failed to get any very hopeful responses or not at all. Being located in the GTA I was a bit reluctant to venture any further out but in light of the poor responses, I contacted Heffner Lexus and to my surprise received a very prompt email right away and an appointment to put me in touch with Jon (Jonathan Newton) their Sales Consultant. Jon called me at the appointed time next day and without any beating about the bush or power sales pitches we had a very mature and realistic two-way discussion.
I felt comfortable enough to make a visit the next day to see the Lexus in contention. I met with Jon who was waiting for me at the appointed time - an extremely pleasant person and easy to talk to. He had arranged a sterile environment at their showroom - an ideal setup for safety and efficiency. He had organized for a quick appraisal of my trade-in and a test drive for the vehicle I was interested in. We reached a mutually acceptable middle ground without any hassle or delay and I proceeded to meet up with the Financial Services Manager Landon Moffitt - another perfect gentleman. He quickly explained the financing options and the vehicle history along with the extended warranty options. Once again no forced selling of extras and within no time I was on my way home after signing on the dotted line. Landon very willingly accommodated some changes I wanted and called me the next day informing me that he had managed to get me a better than anticipated rate with RBC. He answered all by questions and also coordinated with the service department to take care of some concerns I had. Jon personally delivered the car this afternoon complete with all paperwork as promised.
I have no hesitation in saying that Heffner's experience has by far been the best car buying selling experience I've ever had and the two gentlemen I dealt with have exceeded all my expectations with their honest professionalism. I would go back to Heffner's for all my auto related needs.

Recently got myself an IS with Stuart's help. If I owned this dealership I would give this wonderful lad a raise for sure. The entire sales process was fast and precise, no time was wasted. I had a few annoying requests and Stuart was able to meet my needs completely. I don't think I need to say anything more about Lexus' world class customer service but you really need to go experience it yourself. Looking forward to the next generation IS because you already know I'm gonna be coming back to my boy Stuart for my next vehicle :D

Matt Bishop was our sales representative and he was extremely knowledgeable, listened carefully to what we were looking for in a vehicle and assisted us with every step of the process. Any emergency service that I ever needed in the evening, Ali was always there to accommodate and make sure i receive the best service in the shortest time possible. He has always, always helped me with all my "silly" questions and is always honest and up front with any advice he gives me. I will only go to Lexus during the evening because i know their service is unbeatable. Ali has gone above and beyond of any customer service expectation and i am truly amazed of his willingness to always help the best he can with the biggest smile! As a point of reference, I've been driving for over 41 years, owned cars from the "big three" and dealt with a variety of dealerships and small garages over the past 4 decades. In 1999 I decided to take a chance and buy a Toyota from Heffner Lexus Toyota. It was a decision I'll never regret. That purchase led to another new Toyota in 2004, then a shift to the Lexus division in 2008. Since then, I've upgraded to a GS460 and added a Lexus convertible for summer fun. Up until a few years ago, I used Heffner's exclusively for all of my vehicle servicing. Regrettably, I made a bad decision a few years ago to switch to a small local garage simply because it was located a few minutes from my home. In hindsight, it was a foolish move as Heffner Lexus offers a free loaner vehicle or free shuttle service. I believe that decision to move to a local garage resulted in almost $10K in avoidable vehicle repairs... .repairs which would have been unnecessary had I stayed with Heffner's. I opted to return last fall, and my experience over the past two days validates that decision. I called Ashley Snowden, the Assistant Service Manager in the Lexus division yesterday morning with an urgent request to get my summer tire pressure sensors reprogrammed/replaced as I am leaving to drive to Florida this weekend. Ashley booked my GS460 for service that same day, and noted that there was a recall notice for my vehicle, suggesting that the mechanic complete both activities in one service visit. I dropped the car off yesterday and wandered to the Collision Center to get a quote on replacing a missing rear bumper cap on my car. I've been reluctant to get this done as the part had to be painted to match the car.....something that I felt didn't warrant the additional expense. Long story short, I picked up my car earlier this afternoon and the tire pressure sensors were working, the recall notice was completed, the car was washed and a newly painted cap was installed on the rear bumper. I anticipated a charge of around $200, which I felt would be reasonable given the work that was completed. I was absolutely shocked to see all was completed at no charge. I asked if they (the Lexus Service department) were aware of the painting by the Collision Center, as I suspected there was an additional invoice that I would have to pay separately. Ashely just smiled and said she had it covered. All work was completed at no charge! It's not the money, I can certainly afford the expected $200 cost, it's the thoughtfulness that took place on my behalf today. Someone (I assume Ashley) had to make the conscious decision to treat me as a high valued customer. Mission accomplished! I applaud the Heffner family for fostering a culture that maintains such a strong focus on the customer. This is nothing new... ..I saw this when I bought my first Toyota in 1999, although I think it reached a new level today. In the past two days, I've had the pleasure of interacting with Ashley and Scott in the Lexus Service Department, Craig in Lexus Parts, a pleasant young lady (sorry I forgot your name) in the Lexus Showroom, Desi in Lexus sales (one of the most personable and honest salesman you will ever meet) and Rebecca in the Collision center. In ALL cases, each of these members of the Lexus team made me feel like a valued customer, and that my concern or question was their greatest priority. The level of respect and professionalism is unprecedented. I'd like to extend a huge thank you to all that worked to exceed my expectations these past two days. I don't know the mechanic who worked on my car, or the employee who took the time to carefully wash my salt covered car and clean my greasy rims, but thank you as well for your extra efforts. I'm back to Heffner's for good. They never lost my business... ...I just made a bad decision a few years ago, one that I'll never repeat. Keep up the great work!!

The two women at the service desk has totally changed my mind on upgrading to a newer Lexus. I drove from Guelph for an ES 350 service as i wanted them to check why the car is swerving, check alignment, and swapping tires.

My plan was to go and check the new GX 460 while my ES is being inspected, but the women's attitude has tottaly made me think 10 times before going to another deal with Lexus.

Wow, how customer service is very important as it can literally make or kill a deal.

Purchased a practically new Equinox LT here. I paid for it $16,000 cash in hand. Within a year the wipers stopped working and the whole enginge had crapped out. After taking the car to GMC ( who also didnt help) they told me these cars have a problem consuming oil at an alarming rate, it doesnt even alert you that the car is low on oil on the dash until it has completely run dry and seized. The pistons, valves, timing belt all have to be changed due to this problem. I called hefner and they basically told me to eat it and then steve cherer made me pay another $2000 to fix the whole enginge even though there is a class action lawsuit against GMC for this exact issue in the U.S.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and i will never purchase another vehicle from here.

Have now had my Lexus NX 300 for 1&1/2 mths and just had 1st servicing. I have had many quality vehicles but am sold on Lexus for life. Fabulous ride,features ,sound system.Responsive and fun to drive. Features are intuitive and not as difficult of some reviews have posted. Heffner,and specifically Keith Wilton, were great to deal with even through pandemic times(took delivery June 3 at peak lock-down ). Keith was always just an e-mail away to answer questions. Heffner did a courtesy trade on my old vehicle(I sold it privately)which was extremely helpful although there was a charge and Heffner did the safety and a few repairs. Well worth it. Without a doubt a great experience.

I recently purchased a used RC 300 at Heffner Lexus and the entire process was relatively smooth. I have no problem giving Roy and Landon (the two people I dealt with) 5 stars. They were courteous, transparent and upfront with the vehicle purchase process. Roy was able to show me the CarFax (no accidents/repairs) and what Heffner did to prepare the car for sale, which included $2300 of parts and labour to ensure anything over 50% wear was replaced and everything that needed to be serviced was done. Also included in the $2300's worth of service is Heffner's Service 3 (before the recommended KMs) which is priced at $350. The vehicle took some time to prep because I wanted to get rust proofing and a ceramic coating, but it did cause a small inconvenience when it took slightly longer than we all expected. The reason for the delay was due to the body shop repainting the hood and bumpers to ensure the ceramic coating went on perfectly. Heffner did not charge any additional cost for this. The wait was worth it as the finished product came out great and had the car looking brand new on the outside. For a used car there were only minimal signs of cosmetic wear, so Heffner's detailing of the car was also well done. I am actually happy to see that Heffner prioritized quality over speedy service and this is why I am opting to post a review after my initial interaction with them. Nothing but positive things so far!

However, as with all things, I hope my initial impressions and this 5 star review will hold up over time as I see how this vehicle continues to age. As someone who tries to take care of their cars, mechanically and cosmetically, I have confidence that any maintenance I do with Heffner will be done properly. Hopefully the reputation of Lexus as a reliable brand will ensure the car will last without any major faults to the powertrain or key electronics as regular maintenance is performed. I ran a system diagnostic check with the BlueDriver OBDII scan tool and it turned up two fault codes. The car drove fine over the 100 KMs I've put on it so far since the codes were fixed and cleared (I assume) by Heffner Lexus.

I'll definitely be returning to Heffner to purchase future vehicles if they maintain the level of quality service I initially experienced.

The service has been outstanding overall and I am very satisfied with the final purchase price for my 2016 NX 200t. I do not feel that I would have been able to buy a vehicle of this quality and price if I had gone anywhere else.

Have to modify my original review. Used to be 5 Star but now, it's a one star and that is being considerate to my salesman who did a great job selling the car. The REST...not so much.
I made a significant purchase of a 2017 Rx 350 F Sport. Beautiful vehicle that I enjoy driving. My major issue is the dealer's refusal to replace 3 plus year old tires with 60,000 km. They have 4 mm of tread left which makes them pass a safety BUT they fall in the need to replace soon category. Heffner said they are 50% worn. Right? According to them I will get another 60,000 km. Sorry, that's not likely. The wear bars are very pronounced already. I left the dealer only to discover that I need to be shopping for new tires. Kind of a Buyer Beware moment here because this Heffner vehicles seem to be an "AS IS PRODUCT".
On the way home, along the 401, I discovered that my top line Lexus had wipers that only smeared road spray. Come on, they didn't even replace the wiper blades. Upon closer examination of my LCPO Inspection Sheet, I found out that they did not even examine the blades This LCPO is suppose to be their version of a Safety (legal document). Another $50 that had to be done if I wanted to drive safely.
Heffner refuses to replace the tires and too bad about the wipers. So much for a quality dealer. Great vehicle still but go somewhere else. Over the years I drove 3 Lexus products that were bought at London Lexus. Go there. This kind of issue never came up at this dealer.

Have been a customer since late October 2010 when we bought our first Toyota product,a Lexus HS250H. We chose it because my wife wanted something more than a Toyota, it offered easy access and I wanted the experience of a hybrid. We're nearing 200,000 kms and the longer we have it,the more I appreciate it.It's surprisingly economical( over 40 mpg on trips) ,comfortable and reliable as you'd expect a Lexus to be.The staff are as helpful and considerate as could want.Appreciate the range of services on site,thecoffee,beverages and even a cafe with warm meals.

They are truly a credit to the Lexus name, and should be looked up to by other dealerships for there amazing customer service and excellent staff. I spoke to multiple sales representatives at different dealerships around the GTA, and none of them were as professional, hard working, and honest as Keith Wilton. He is truly a person that will go out of his way to ensure that his clients leave happier and more knowledgeable than they came in. The Financial Service Manager Landon Moffitt was extremely knowledgeable, and willing to help. I couldn't be happier with the decision to drive the extra miles to do business with the folks at Heffner Lexus, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Just wanted to provide an update that my experience at Heffner Lexus continues to be beyond exceptional. Ali is no longer there, but they are now fortunate enough to have Scott as an adviser who is just as amazing. Always friendly, with a great sense of humor and ready to help. I recently had a recall issue with my 2010 GX460 which made my vehicle almost un-driveable. Ashely was super understanding and spoke to Bob and was able to get me in the same day. Scott got me a loaner vehicle and had it fixed in 24 hours! Special thanks to Mauricio for working on the car. Thank you to everybody at Heffner!

Recently moved back to KW and have been taking my car to Heffner Lexus for service. I usually end up going after work, which is awesome as the service Bay is open until 12am on some weekdays! Ali is usually the advisor who usually helps me out and he is amazing! Understanding, courteous, never pressures to get things done, always friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I have a great experience. I would highly recommend Heffner Lexus.

The service department is well kept, comfortable, and organized. Before I owned a Lexus I dreaded going to the dealership for service and repairs but this a completely different experience. I actually look forward to bringing my RX here because I know it s in good hands, the service is quick and it s surprisingly affordable.

It was a real treat today to be handed the keys to a 2018 IS300 loaner car to get me around while I had some work done. My next purchase will definitely be at Heffner Lexus. A+

With all those mostly 5 stars reviews for this dealership I am really wondering if these reviews are fake and provided by a service company that deals with providing for any business as much positive reviews as you want to over time to make it look legit for a price of course.

You drive up - right into a nice and bright bay and then they take the car from you and offer you a ride where ever you want to go.

The service took the time that they said it would and then they even washed the car afterwards.

I got a full report of work that was done and what the next scheduled work is for the vehicle.

Just overall a great experience and this was on the night shift - so I dropped the car at 7pm and went the mall nearby for an 1 hour and then my vehicle was ready and inside keeping warm ready for me!
