Absolutely do NOT order any prescription you really need unless you are willing to wait a month... it got worse with every order...now they can't even complete a RX for MY DOG! I get an email that there is "a Delay" I contact their rep and am assured that it has been taken care of ....next day I get ANOTHER message about a delay....GOODBYE Crappy customer service!
