As a new customer, spoke to very nice person to set up account and also gave them the information to transfer my prescription from my local pharmacy. She also confirmed my prescription drug (normal, standard type of drug) was in stock. All good so far. Told 3-5 days processing time. Very hopeful I had found a good company. Four days later I discover prescription not transferred. Called Health Warehouse. Couldn t get anyone on phone, so left voicemail stating concern over prescription not yet transferred and asking for callback. No callback ever received, so I called again late on the next day prescription was now transferred. Told by less than friendly customer rep that a week or two to process and fill prescription (this is standard?). What happened to the 3-5 days processing? Well, ok. Time marches on... Having heard nothing, I logged in to account to see if ANYTHING is happening. Apparently, they were now out of stock on my prescription and had to order. Their comment typically takes 2 business days to receive and this typically falls within 1-3 days processing time . Well, that comment was 10 days ago. Still nothing. Still not processing status. If the customer rep that stated couple weeks once processing started (and that hasn t happened yet), it will be over a month before I can expect anything. (I suggest anyone transferring their business to these folks have at least 2 month supply on hand so that you can get your prescription transferred elsewhere in time for your next refill.). Needless to say, I m beyond disappointed in Health Warehouse. I cannot recommend them. As a side note, had some friends waiting to see how things worked out for me before they investigated trying Health Warehouse they won t be giving them a try.

I was pleasantly surprised when the Health Warehouse reached out to me to resolve the problems I had encountered. Health Warehouse - thank you for reaching out! I contacted the manager as instructed and had my meds the next day. Wow! Seems like so few businesses step up anymore to resolve customer problems, so kudos to Health Warehouse for their efforts! I m so happy with their support to resolve the problem that I will continue to use them, am transferring another prescription to them and have shared the great customer support story with my friends (couple of friends are planning to pursue transferring prescriptions to them). Thanks again Health Warehouse!
