Chantal was amazing with my elderly mother. I cannot recommend her enough.

While they had a few masks to choose from, they are very overpriced. $7 each is over priced.
They had hand sanitizer also, 236 ml for $11.00
I can buy 70 ml bottle at Dollar tree for $1.25. Ridiculous, Nice to see them doing their part during the Pandemic.

Tavaine was wonderful. She helped me in choosing my product of a Sling for my shoulder. We had a few laughs and she made feelings at ease. Thank you for her service.

Went in to get a Tens machine. The person who helped me showed me at least 4 different models and explained the differences to me. I found it very helpful.

I've always received my orders in a timely manner and well-packed. Unfortunately, my most recent order had a broken piece but I was very impressed with the efficient and friendly way that customer service dealt with the issue. The problem was resolved super quickly and a new piece was sent right away. I will definitely buy from them again.

Most impressed with the service staff employee Beverly provided - given the parameters of assisting during the COVID-19 virus. While Beverly indicated her familiarity was with large-sized items, she instantaneously made the decision to seek guidance from one of her colleagues to ensure the small-sized items she provided me were accurate as they all both non-returnable and specific to my needs. Beverly did this in a most professional manner while at the same time providing personal attention to my requests. Throughout the entire time Beverly was cheerful, positive, and gracious. As I waited in line, I observed Beverly had provided the same degree of service to those customers in front of me as she had to me. She did make my day!

We recently visited the store on Calagary Trail to have my mum's walker checked out and were looking for a hurricane for her cane. We had the pleasure of being served by a pleasant and very hlepful young lady by the name of Devlynn. We have purchased several items from the Southside location over the last 2 years and have been very happy with the service and quality of the store. Yesterday we purchased a walker for my Dad. The young lady who helped us named Harjoot was excellent. Very good product knowledge and extremely kind and patient. I give Harjoot 5 stars and the store 5 stars.

This store carries just about everything you might need. Some clerks are more pleasant and better informed than others--as is the case just about anywhere! Ordering through the website was really easy and the prices were better--significantly on some items.

I just can t say enough about the GREAT service we received from this store. So helpful in every aspect. I do want to commend Courtney, for how she has literally gone above and beyond for us. We have always had good experiences at Health Care Solutions. So when we needed to buy our mother a mobility scooter- there was no question about where we were going. When we got to the store we were greeted by Beverly. When we told Beverly what we were looking for she immediately got us a mask and some gloves and off we went to find a suitable candidate (Shopping at the time of the Covid pandemic). Beverly was great- she showed us several models and right away found us the right model for the right job. Beverly had a great sense of humour and made our experience an enjoyable one. The store is clean and very well run. All the staff was friendly and eager to help.
The scooter will be delivered in a couple weeks- Mum is super excited.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited over a month for some aids to make daily living easier. I called my insurance company and they never received any paperwork. I called Health Care Solutions back and was basically called a liar. Worst customer service. If you re native and dealing with NIHB avoid this place like the plague.

I went to a competitor, within 2 hours of my claim being faxed to NHIB, the company was sent a follow up form for me to fill in. There s no way that Healthcare Solutions sent my claim in twice and never received anything from NHIB. The problem isn t NHIB like Healthcare Solitions is trying to pass off, it s Healthcare Solutions. They couldn t care less. The manager who I tried to talk to was incompetent. All he could do was put be on the phone with the employee who said she sent it twice and then said I was lying. Avoid this place at all cost. There s much better places out there.

No one seems to be working at customer service. There were some staff that came by but they avoided eye contact. I ve waited about half an hour there before I got some service.

Reasonable prices for hard to find products and super speedy delivery. I received my order in one day! Very impressed.

Throughout the pandemic, so far, Healthcare Solutions has become the place that I depend on most covid PPE supplies for my whole family.

I stumbled upon them while looking for a pulse oximeter in March when I was first diagnosed with likely lung cancer. Obviously it was a scary time and I wanted to make sure I had the things I would need for self assessment and safety.

After that first visit, I began checking local medical supply stores for other things that I wanted to make sure myself and my family would need, like masks and hand sanitizer but in my part of Ontario the supplies seemed unavailable and even in the same town in many cases online ordering was not offered, or the site was very inefficient, and delivery options, well good luck there.

Crystal and the team at Healthcare Solutions do a great job of keeping their site up to date. It is easy to use. Orders ship fast and arrive intact. I have also ordered wound supplies and the prices for those are very reasonable as well, I feel like I get value for my money.
Fortunately the cancer has been dealt with and the wound supplies put away.
But going forward I will continue to purchase PPE and other medical equipment from HCS.
They may be thousands of km away but the service and communication make it feel like their just around the corner.

Great selection for fitness and wellness equipment! It was hard to find weights , yoya ball and excercise bands during covid but this place had a wide selection with competitive pricing . I would much rather buy my fitness equipment from a local small business compared to large corporations. They also had a good deal on pain management oitment. Helpful and friendly staff. They even helped me carry all my products to my car since I loaded up on weights and kettle bells. Would definately come back for more products.

I have used their services for 15+ years - have shopped for my husband, my mother, myself and my sister-in-law. Staff is very knowledgeable, courteous & friendly. They have everything in the store that a person could need/want!

Took my dad in today for a few different things and was surprised by the amazing customer service. Payal ran all over the store helping me find different things, and new all the important details for each product she was explaining. Another lady was also very patient, helping my dad find the perfect pairs of diabetic socks. Beautiful store with beautiful staff I highly suggest visiting this location!

Been to other stores where I roamed around and help was so so...
Not here... In was greeted and approached immediately and directed to the product. Then a rep was sent to help me and wow... her name was Alora.
I was measured for fit, introduced to every level of product ... and eventually introduced to the top quality product.. I loved it but they never had my size so Alora went into the computer and checked the other store and hers...
The computer said She had 4 She took time to go and check all the stock room.
While in was waiting one as asked if I could be helped... 5 times... what great service.
Alora came out , apologised for the wait and revealed they had no stock. She then contacted the other store ... and found one I needed and out it on hold for me .
Such amazing service and a truly pleasant experience.

Mohammed was excellent. A true professional who knew my rare condition and the braces I needed. Spent over 30 minutes to fit me properly. Brought my wife in the following day for knee braces. The store is lucky to have someone so knowledgeable!

I was able to resolve this issue with the customer service and they were happy to help.
I decided to keep my TENS machine and they made a price adjustment.

This place is such a rip off. Bought a ProActive Alevia 2 in 1 TENS & EMS for $189.99. While searching on google to find more information on the device, I realized that this unit is being sold under $100 at Amazon and Walmart and the producer is selling it for $129.99. Please see the snapshot of photos included. I get it that prices are different from store to store, but paying almost double of what the market price is, is an actual rip off.
I feel bad so the elderly customers who shop from this business.
They make everything final sale, therefore we can t return it either.

I was lucky to be assisted by Juliet who I found to be very patient and knowledgeable. She helped me find the best options for my needs which made things a lot easier for me.

Large store with huge selection for ostomy and wound care. One of the products we were looking for was out of stock. Staff was able to order it in and deliver it to our house within 2 days. Very satisfied with their customer service.

Went in for sanitizer and mask but ended up getting fitness equipment as well. Had no clue this healthcare store offered fitness products which was nice and handy to minimize multiple trips during covid. Darin was knowledge with all my questions and recommend a handful of products that worked well for my new fitness routine.

received my MOBB swivel chair yesterday for my shower, easiest thing to assemble ever! Very happy with construction and materials used, comfortable very secure feeling when using it. The welded aluminum frame and everything is designed so that you cannot possibly put it together wrong have already recommended it to somebody else all in all extremely happy with the service and the speed of delivery etc. definitely will deal with the same company again.

My thanks to Yuliet, for exceptional service and an education on proper circulation and edema prevention. I was hit by a car while out running two months ago, and the soft tissue injury in my left foot and calf were causing daily swelling and discomfort, enough that I could never be certain if I can get my shoe on or off my foot. Yuliet spent the time to ensure I fully understood the cause of the swelling, the proper prevention, and the care of these expensive socks. I'm grateful for the time she spent with me in consultation, and I feel well taken care of. I've worn the socks for three days, and the control of the swelling is AMAZING. I've not have to take Advil in days for pain. I can't say enough for the excellent service, and the product. I am a happy customer.

Me and my friend went to Healthcare solutions as we play sports so needed knee brace as was recommended by our coach . When we went to the store there were like 100s of different kind. What a busy store , this lady named Colette was just heading for lunch but she saw us lost in knee braces , she helped us out , made us try and explained each knee brace . Only few can go out of their box and do this. Missing her lunch and helping customers is what I called the best customer service. Hey colette keep up the good work. You should be truly appreciated.

Hello Crystal, i just wanted to thank you for my fast delivery and very professional driver who brought the box right to my front door. I was able to assemble the scoot and the assembly is effortless. I am just reading owners manual but the batteries have enough juice to take it for a little spin and it all works so well and it is zippy and the size is perfect for my condo. I will not hesitate to recommend Health care solutions as there is others here who always need assistance .I selected Hemi orange as that was the color of my 440 road runner back in my youth, Cheers Al Ramsay

This location proved disappointing.

I had to drive from NW Edmonton to the south as this was the only location with product availability.

When I got home (NW Edmonton) I discovered in my bag a product I neither purchased, need, nor have use for but for which I was charged $14.99.

It is not worth my time to drive to return this useless product given the cost to drive into the city and the time required (wonder if that was their reason behind it - knowing it is enough to irk me, reap them a profit but not sufficient enough to warrant that I make a return trip into the south to obtain a refund).

It feels like this location is taking advantage of the pandemic.

Additionally, the hand sanitizer sold is barely above the new minimum set by the WHO which is now down to 60% alcohol.

The base used to be set at a minimum of 70% alcohol pre-pandemic and the one that I just purchased has ethyl alcohol (now allowed to be used due to the pandemic) at 65%.

This is not what I intended to purchase.

I was not permitted to pick up the products that I wanted to purchase.

The clerks had them at the cash, on a counter, behind them and being behind the counter and screen, I could not see what they put in the bag at the time of the purchase as they had the shopping bag below counter height and out of my line of sight.

I am disappointed with the whole experience.

As my husband uses medical supplies on an ongoing basis (cancer, autoimmune diseases, etc.), it is going to be difficult for me to return to this supplier whom I feel I can no longer trust.

I do not like feeling like I have been taken advantage of so I will attempt to find a different supplier for our ongoing medical supplies as I am sure that there are more trustworthy dealers in medical supplies.

So, while they gained a $ 14.99 purchase I had no intention of making, they have lost thousands in sales that I would have made on behalf of my husband.

It is a sad day when a medical equipment and product supplier appears to stoop to such tactics and adding unsolicited products to purchases of their trusting customers.

A terrible thing to do at any time but most reprehensible during a pandemic while preying, so it seems, on the most vulnerable members of society.

Paint me very disappointed.

Healthcare Solutions is an all encompassing medical supply store for people with mobility issues and disabilities. The store is very well stocked. If an item isn't in stock, they will order it for the customer.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. They have helped with my orders many times over. I absolutely love Healthcare Solutions and can't say enough about their products and staff. Five well deserved stars and hats off to all.

Spent today at 5920 gateway blvd location and was tended to by tammy. Wow. What a caring person I arrived in tears and in so much pain. As I sit writing not only did she fit with a solid knee brace elbow as well, compression stockings , end on moms cane I now use plus handle cover.Very patient tried many different models and listened. I would reccomend her and this place to others

My husband I went to the North side store. I need a hip replaced at the end of Sept. I had great customer service from Shynea, Alisha, and Tavine. They ordered me in a metal hip chair. They explained all the situations that I would be in. Brian Scherba was amazing as well. He asked why I was returning the hip cushion etc. They all went out of their way for me. Over the years I have always shopped at Health Solutions and have been satisfied. In March I purchased a scooter and almost immediately had issues of the scooter stalling. Rather than have me deal with the company directly to resolve my issue, I was provided with the opportunity to purchase another scooter which was more expensive but was given such a great deal that I honestly couldn't refuse. This new scooter is awesome and no issues whatsoever. I was never ignored and in fact the opposite. I was given super service and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Health Solutions to anyone. Excellent service.
