We have always had good experiences at Health Care Solutions. So when we needed to buy our mother a mobility scooter- there was no question about where we were going. When we got to the store we were greeted by Beverly. When we told Beverly what we were looking for she immediately got us a mask and some gloves and off we went to find a suitable candidate (Shopping at the time of the Covid pandemic). Beverly was great- she showed us several models and right away found us the right model for the right job. Beverly had a great sense of humour and made our experience an enjoyable one. The store is clean and very well run. All the staff was friendly and eager to help.
The scooter will be delivered in a couple weeks- Mum is super excited.
