My husband I went to the North side store. I need a hip replaced at the end of Sept. I had great customer service from Shynea, Alisha, and Tavine. They ordered me in a metal hip chair. They explained all the situations that I would be in. Brian Scherba was amazing as well. He asked why I was returning the hip cushion etc. They all went out of their way for me. I would recommend this store to anymore. Thanks guys!!!!!
