I visited Headquarters Nissan for my 60k mile maintenance. Chris was my advisor and let me tell you...he was an absolute JOY! He called and kept me abreast of the status of my car and was the absolute professional. Thank you Headquarters Nissan for the positive change in the service department and a HUGE thank you to Chris for providing excellent customer service.

Well I only just looked online at what they had to offer only did not fill out any application but some how they did a hard inquiry on my credit nobody gave any permission to do so. I really do not appreciate that kind of shady business. You dont check anyone credit score without their knowledge especially when all I did was looked and then they start repeatedly calling you day after day.

All I can say is Daryl Byrd. If you ever go to HQ Nissan, please ask for him. If he's busy........wait for him! If it's his day off......come back when he's back!! He is so worth it! Best car buy experience ever!!!!!! He was so pleasant, so accommodating, so helpful, so patient, so kind! Not pushy. Works with you. Makes sure are satisfied when you walk out of that door. I can't find enough good words to say about him. Please utilize his excellent customer service skills and pass on the good word. In the two days, since I've purchased my car, I've told 3 people about him. He is awesome! HQ Nissan is blessed to have him as one of their own!

Bought my Altima back in May and I absolutely love it! My salesman Mike Jones went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted and not just get anything because I really needed a vehicle. He even went above and beyond what I thought a salesman would do by still calling periodically to check in and see how I'm liking my new car, to see how it's running, and too see if I have any questions for him. I'm very happy with my purchase and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Quick, professional service...at a good price...Let me rephrase this review...apparently HQ Nissan has sat on a check that was supposed to go to the SF Bank for the last 4-5 days which caused the SF Bank to with draw funds on a vehicle that I traded to HQ Nissan...so I no longer own the vehicle and I am still paying for it...and the kicker? The HQ Nissan finance manager, who did not even tell me his name, says, "HQ Nissan is not responsible" Isn't that rich? HQ Nissan just lost a customer!

The customer service here is phenomenal. I went in to get my transmission service done and unfortunately there were more things wrong with my car. However, they replaced a $200 sensor in my car for free without me even asking, and James got me the most discounted price he could for transmission services and brake pad replacement and was very communicative, friendly and caring along the way. On top of that, many staff would pop in while everyone was waiting in the lobby to check on us and ask if we needed a free shuttle ride somewhere or more refreshments. Customer service like this is hard to come by nowadays. I will definitely be making this place my only stop for all car maintenance needs from now on.

I called to make an appointment with service dept and no one picked up. I called back and someone finally picked up and told me the service department was short staffed but they would take my name and number and someone would call me back. Someone did call back, the next day. The person I talked to was kind, gave me the requested day and time for an appt.but my 3 score is for the delay in calling me back and not being able to get an appt at the time I called. Anyone that answers the calls should be able to look at the schedule and book an appt., not just the service desk. Other than that, great experience,but nothing like it used to be.

I received a loan offer using Autogravity that can be used with Headquarter Nissan. When I asked to speak with the Finance Department about the deal they referred me to a salesperson I spoke with in the past which was bad about communicating with me whom was named Lanton. This time I decided to give him another try however I had to keep contacting him to get information about that offer. I live out of town so it's hard for me to get to the dealership however I did make it in last Friday during my time off from work and spoke with Lanton briefly before being handed off to another salesperson while Lanton went on to work with another customer. I wasn't able to get the deal done Friday and was told work would be resumed on it Saturday. Going on to Tuesday I still didn't receive any callback or follow up. I had to callback several times to speak with Lanton and I'm still unsure of the specific details of my offer and I feel like I was given the run around. I had a horrible experience. I would be willing to try again but this time I would prefer a different salesperson that's better at communicating and willing to fully listen and research my specific offer and going over all my options.

I bought my car from Nissan 5 years ago. At that time I was promised $14.95 oil changes for the life of the car. That is no longer done. I was told the price of oil went up so that was no longer valid.

I am having a recurring problem with my convertible top. I was able to research online, confirm it was a recurring issue, and learn how to fix it myself. Unfortunately, it started happening more and more often. I brought it in for repair and was told Nissan Service could not determine what was wrong with my top until they replaced my battery. I run a weekly diagnostic on my car and have never once received a battery issue message. Next I was told the fix to my convertible top issue was a combination of the need to replace my battery and me simply not understanding to hold the button down until it dinged when I used the top. Again, I have had this car 5 years. I have a complete understanding of how to work the convertible top. I was charged $256 for a new battery, a diagnostic and an oil change. I asked three times for my washer fluid to be topped off as the light was on. This was not done at all.

I was talked to like I was an imbecile! I called Home Headquarters and asked to speak to a manager and I was told the managers did not take calls. They call people back. I was told I would receive call from a manager within 4 to 6 hours if they had time. I received a call three days later.

To say that the service department at Nissan has plummeted in quality since I bought my car is a complete understatement! I will never do business with Nissan again. I am actually looking to purchase a larger SUV in the next 6 month and was planning to come to Nissan. I will now, without hesitation, go somewhere else. It is sad to think that great Nissan service has become a part of the past.

This was an awful experience. I came in from out of town today, drive about 50 miles, and came for a specific truck. We talked to Paul he set up an appointment to make a deal on this specific truck. We went in today and they had ALREADY sold the truck. They had already sold it by the time he talked to us on the phone. We drove that far for no reason. They just wanted us to get in there to sell us something else. I am very disappointed in this place and will never go back. I will NEVER refer them to anyone either. They just lost our money.

Had a scheduled oil change that was only suppose to take an hour and a half. It took them 2hrs and 20 min and not once did anyone come and tell me how much longer it would take or apologize for the delay. I even asked someone at one point if they could tell me how much longer and they said they d check and then never got back to me. Why schedule an appointment for a slotted time frame and then take that long to finish and never let the customer who has 2 children with her how much longer she s going to have to wait?! Crappy customer service!!

The service department here is incredibly unorganized and the customer service reps are rude, it's quite unbecoming. I had my Altima towed here for a diagnostic and possibly more on a Thursday evening, they did not get to the diagnostic until Monday! On top of that I had to call in to get updates about my car. The entire process from checking my car in, to finding out what was wrong with it was exhausting. Plus quoting me a timing belt change of $4g and charging me $250 when I decide to just pay the diagnostic and take the car elsewhere is a terrible look. I wouldn't recommend service dept of this dealership to anyone.

I had a great experience with the Sales associate. They got me into a great car with a lifetime warranty. The issue I have is with my payoff. It has now been over 45 days and they still have not paid off my previous loan. They sent a check originally to the wrong address. So after 3 weeks and numerous phone calls I finally had to go into the office to get this resolved. HQ Nissan overnighted the check and my lender finally received it. The issue now is the check was for the wrong amount and left a balance on my account for a few hundred dollars due to late fees and interest. I contacted them again and still to this day it has not been corrected. I am now getting ready to move on military orders and trying to purchase a home. Because of this blemish I now have 3 car payments due this month. They have ruined my chances on a home purchase and forgotten about my family's needs. This has caused me to never recommend this dealer to anyone I work with on Fort Benning. As a senior NCO I will do my best to insure everyone and every Soldier knows to take caution when dealing with the finance department. I knew this experience was to good to be true.

Wow! Nissan has a new way of keeping intouch with you while your vehicle is being service. They sent me a text link with recommendations and all I had to do was approve or decline. It even had my estimated cost. The service was AHHHHHmazing!!! Great job Headquarters Nissan...great job!!!

I came in for a regular oil change. I had recently been there in May and June and my expectations were not met. I have spent over $400 when I was told the 1st time that my AC was going and that I would be charged $4000 for that to be fixed. So I went out and bought the part and let another mechanic to install it. I continued to have the same same issues and brought my Rogue In again. The 2d time I was told that it was something else and my cost was $2500 and I allowed your mechanics to fix it. I came in this last time for the oil change and was offered a new 2019 Nissan Rogue. I performed the test drive and I liked it. When the sales rep offered me the vehicle with no money down and it was almost the same payment that I was currently paying; I thought ok Wanda something bad was going on with the 2013 rogues. So I accepted the deal. Then I left to go pick up,y grandson.

Today is 04/14/2020, I just have to say I am astounded at the professionalism and patience the employees had. I am very hard to deal with and can quickly loose my patience but I was helped MORE than I can even be thankful for. My sales associate Himanshu Bohra was AMAZING, I was clearly frustrated and he tried to help me every step of the way with no sign of attitude all generosity. I want to say he is the financial manager Mr. Ceaser he was awesome as well. I had my 3 year old daughter with me and they all tried to play and accommodate her so well. The customer service was great and consistent, detailing and car is amazing. First day with car.

Don t take your car here for service! Save yourself sometime and extra costs.went there to fix a door handle. They placed an order made an appointment for 130 came in on time. They told me to wait at the waiting area, two hours later a guys comes in an to me hey mr Alex so we did some oil change and ran diagnostics and your car is all good however the drivers door handle is broken did you want that get fixed today? If not the total cost is 11... I was like I came here to fix my dooor handle it s is broken what. They took $120 plus $163 for a door handle which is not the correct one for my car and 2 hours of my life! This is the second time the first time I gave them a benefit of doubt. They suck and am not going back oh wait am returning the stupid handle they ordered. Wish there was a zero star. Plus when I pulled my car in i sat there for 30 min for someone to finally show up and ask what I was there for. They suck find some other place to service your car! They just using the name to sound like they got the best service! Again safe yourself some time. Horrible ! Horrible !

Drop off was great, service tech was great, it was when I picked my car up that I was a little annoyed. My tech was at a desk and one other person behind Plexiglas. No one said hello, can I help you out I'll be right with you or nothing. Neither were on the phone.
After about 90 seconds, the guy picks up the phone and calls someone to make a service apt. The service tech walked past me once and still never said anything. I would think you would help a customer in front of you before making a call. After the call he then said, has someone helped you? Well no! and you know they haven't.
They had to make an adjustment to my bill so the female tech took it in the small office where her and the guy talked to one of the service guys the whole time I was there. It took 25 min. From the time I got there until the time I left and no one was before me. To long for a customer to wait in my opinion especially with them not being so friendly. Never have I waited that long to pickup my car even when someone was in front of me.

Service department is not half as the sales. After purchasing my car and interacting with the sales department I had high expectations for the service department.
1. Oil change appointment are never available. It is always after 1/2 months. May be your way of discouraging "minor" service.
2. 60k service was a disaster. Service Reps in fighting...I had to testify before their manger.. No communication on the progress of service..reps don't answer or return calls.. Car was not available for delivery.. Had to take rental car.. Late for my personal appointments.. No standard pricing for services...PATHETIC.... Can't describe my experience. Same year I got a car from Honda..I regularly service my car.. It is a pleasure to walk in there.. Never again coming here..

Let me start by saying I am happy my purchase. This is why I am giving them five stars. However, I am not happy with the time spent for the purchase. I went on Tuesday picked out the car, signed my portion of the paper work and gave them my pre-financed paperwork. Since my wife wasn t with me when I signed, I brought her back on Saturday to signed her part. The salesman even called me on Thursday confirming Saturday morning. It seems like nothing was done. It took two hours for everything to be done. The car wasn t ready, the finance guy was new, seems like he didn t know what was going on. I kept telling them I live in Muscogee county, but they kelp wanting to put Harris on my paperwork. I thought my wife and I would ve been out of there within an hour. Had I done everything in one day it probably would have been three hours. I still like my purchase after saying all of this.

There was a short wait for someone to greet me, the service was great until I asked to have something particular checked on my car, but was informed that there was no one in that day, they had the day off, to check the problem. I would need to make another appointment. I had to wait 2 weeks for this oil change and I had to ask time off of work to be here . So that was not acceptable . I would think you would have more than 1 person that could check an electrical problem. Otherwise all was well, there was a short wait time for the oil change once the car was taken.
This was a while back, I have had better service since. Staff is very accommodating. Thank you for the improvement. Ok now you have sent me this survey 4 times enough, your rating is going down!!!!!!

Took my Nissan Altima there to see why I was having hard shifts, they charged $110 just to tell me what was wrong, then tried to tell me i needed to pay $2500 to fix everything on my car! My boyfriend went and talk to them about details of what was wrong and why so much, when they took off the stuff that wasn t important or didn t actually need to be replaced yet, came down to like $1500. They said I needed two motor mounts as part of the list, claimed the motor mounts PARTS ONLY was over $200 EACH. We went to autozone and got the OEM same part for $100 each. They wanted to charge $100 for my valve cover gasket, just the part, $100, got it at autozone for literally $20. They also wanted to charge nearly $500 to replace the gasket as labor, if we hadn t found other issues when we got it open, it would have taken me and my man an hour maybe two TOPS. $500 in labor for less than two hours of work?! It really wasn t even that hard to do. I don t know how their sales are, but I will tell you their service department is a HUGE RIPOFF!!! NEVER take your vehicle here for a service unless you have a lot of money to throw away!!!

Took ,my car in for an oil change, after i got my car back i was told they used a new oil, a more expensive one ester oil, never said okay to this change. So i was like fine, but then he told me i also needed all 4 tires and front and back breaks asap. This was not sitting well with me so i took my car to an old mechanic i used for my old car. He agreed tires were bad but breaks were a 7/10 on my rear breaks and a 6/10 on my front ones. Tires are expensive by themselves but to throw breaks on top is fraud and they ve lost my business. $120 for an oil change.

My wife and I can't say enough nice things about our buying experience. Kenny was extremely patient and helpful while we were deciding what to buy. Frankie made some magic happen to get my payments where I needed to be. Charlie was extra helpful by getting our interest rate even lower than we originally thought it was going to be. He made sure that we clearly understood what we were signing and made it a painless experience. They have earned my business and I will be back. Thanks guys!

Every time I have come to this location for services they prove me wrong and it can be worse. The only reason I come here is because I have free oil changes for life. The employees aren't on the same page. It takes at least a couple hours for anything to get done. They forgot to reset the oil and tire alert on our vehicle (yes I know I can do it but I shouldn't have to). This is something you should catch considering you pull my car around front for me. Patricia and Cody were awesome and the only shining stars at this shop. You basically have to know someone if you want to get something done here.
