I had an oil change on my Jeep Sport. The staff was friendly and the service was quick.

Great Dealership, they have the best prices and discounts within 500 miles... Probably the country. Excellent online experience, everything was finished except signing the loan from my PC/Phone. What a dealership should be! Ask for Matt is the man.

Jerry and Ashley took care of us!! Jerry went above and beyond in the scorching heat and added the pieces missing from my fender flare. Ashley went above and beyond by scheduling the guy to fix the dent caused when the fender flare flew off.

A month ago, we went to this dealership because I'd seen a truck on line that I wanted to buy, and I was absolutely ready to buy it. The salesman was extremely nice, and very knowledgeable. The price was great, but they low balled me on my trade-in, and I did not like that at all. When I offered to give them $6,000 down, instead of trading, it looked like the deal was going to go well. That is, until the sales manager got involved. He told me that if I did not trade, for what I though was a low ball offer, I would lose the $1000 rebate for trade incentive. That had not been mentioned before. Essentially, without my trade, the truck would cost me an extra $1000. I walked away from the deal, very disappointed, but not as disappointed as the salesman. He called a day later to tell me that they'd be able to work out something to lower to cost, but it was too late. You only get one chance for a first impression. I found another truck to buy the next day, on line, at another dealership, nearby, and they lost an easy sale. I did not run into the same problem there, and I picked up my new truck 2 days later.

The line was long for the oil changing lane but the attendant came outside to my van to check me in. I explained I needed to get to work and he assured me I would get out in time to leave for work. The waiting area had the chairs spaced for proper social distancing. With a short wait the attendant brought me my keys and paperwork then held the door for me to exit while showing me where my van was parked. The experience was very professional and friendly.

Dave and Ashley and the entire body shop team did an awesome job repairing my 2006 Acura after my son backed into it. They matched the paint perfectly, they were very professional and friendly. Ashley kept me up to date on the progress. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. The entire team rocked! Thank you all

Hard place to buy a car from. The salesman was very nice. Gave us a good price on the car we wanted. Gave us a fair price on our trade in. Went over all the numbers with us down to the last dime. Then we disappeared for a few minutes to came back and said his manager wasnt ok with the numbers and we would have to pay another 1,000. So we left with no car. I guess maybe next time just ask to deal with the manager directly.

We were on vacation 700 miles from home when our Crossfire developed a problem. We took our car into Hayes, which was the nearest Chysler dealer. The Service Advisor, Brian, took excellent care of us. He set us up with a rental car, ordered the part we needed, and got us back on our way to enjoy our vacation. The following day we received a call that our car was ready. We were shocked!!! Wow!!! We picked up our car and yes it was fixed and we were back on the road. The mechanic did a great job, too!!! Kudos to Brian and the rest of the group at Hayes. We certainly appreciate all you did for us.

Comfortable, no pressure salesman named Tyler at the preowned sales center was who walked out to offer assistance to us while we looked at vehicles. Curtious and not your stereotypical used car salesman. He was friendly without over doing it. He was honest about what he knew and didnt know about each vehicle. This goes a long way with me. I would rather hear..... i dont know let me go get you the answer to your question vs. Somebody making up an answer. So when he put the truck in front of me I wasnt expecting to get at the price I was looking for I was sold. Negotiation was hassle free and without the entire of skit of back and forth to check with manager 20 times like at some lots. Tyler made the offer it was undisputable that the offer was fair and I took the deal. Credit check was fast, transaction was fast and the help from the finance department was just as curtious, professional and easy as the sales experience. Top notch staff at Hayes that are going to recieve another visit from me when Im ready to purchase another vehicle.

They fixed a repair that was covered by warranty without bothering me about it, because it needed to be done. This is a very good dealership.

Didn't take the time to show how all the features worked, now I'm finding that the parking assist feature doesn't even function. Vehicle has missing badges and obvious overspray, clearly despite the clean carfax, something has happened. Sales manager is more worried about getting you for a couple hundred dollars here and a couple hundred dollars there vs. repeat business. One example; the vehicle had only one key. What car comes with one key? So I asked for a second key, they say "sure, no problem" then roll the cost into the price. Not impressed and won't return.

I dropped off my 2018 Ram 3500 dually with 5,208 miles, 16 days ago for noise I heard. I still do not have my truck. It took them a week just to get in on a lift and look at it. They determined the rear end failed, a 1 day rebuild job. I have been given every excuse in the book, but highly suspect they are just in no hurry because it's warranty work. 16 days is inexcusable. If you want to buy a vehicle there, be prepared to take it elsewhere for service. They suck.

Really takes care of you. I trust them, which is not something I would ordinarily say about any car dealership with regards to service. We get our 99 Cherokee serviced here. Great deal on oil changes. When there have been any issues, they are always resolved in a timely and careful manner. Love these guys. Old-fashioned , caring customer service.

Very nice people great customer service the only thing they failed was not having the part they needed to repair my suv other than that they are great.

After a stressful few weeks Chrysler has been nothing but amazing and helpful. Most helpful was Ashley Burdette. She was able to always walk me through the maintenance and work that was being done on my car, along with just being able to talk to me about rentals or discounts. Chrysler did fabulous work on my vehicle and they were very personable. The whole Chrysler family was welcoming, but they need to keep Ashley around because she was always on top of what was going on with my car, and others, being worked on. 5 stars for sure.

Everything was great except in the past I had received a 5 tire rotation (Jeep Wrangler) and this time it was only 4 tire.

Brought my 2014 JGCO in for warranty repair on A/C blower and a non warranty replacement of a Radio head unit. Yes, they did warranty work, but didn't bother to check to see how my A/C actually works....barely cool and not acceptable in 90 + degree weather, plus they had my car almost two weeks waiting for a new radio head which never came. I pu my car, not happy.

Got a Charger with Erik's help last year and another one with Ashley. Both provided exceptional help. Highly recommend you pay them a visit when on the market for a new or used vehicle

My wife and I purchased a 2013 Rubicon 10th anniversary edition. Marty was the sales person in they used car department. The transaction went off very smoothly.

We have had the car approximately one month and they check engine light came on so I contacted the service manager and they are making an appointment to check out the problem. The vehicle is covered for three months or 3000 miles and the drivetrain is covered for three years or 50,000 miles.

When we arrived at the dealership we were immediately met by Mr. Ayub. He showed us what he had to offer with all the answers to our questions and concerns. He was very courteous, as was Tracy Bryan. They treated us with respect and made us feel comfortable about our decision.

Jody is a Military Veteran and he performed in that professional fashion. I felt at home there and not just another number. The sales manager Don was very friendly and took care of all my needs. Jody paid attention to detail in the process and thought of all my needs in my transition to my new Jeep Wrangler. The finance manager Reubin keeps his word and believes that his word and a hand shake matter! I only take my cars to get oil changes and all service here! I recently had a repair done on my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500. I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated. I was kept up do date with my service advisor, and the repair was done in the original time frame. I will continue to go to Hayes in the future.

Only had to go here once to have a check engine light inspected. They were nice and quick enough.

Sold me a vehicle with no title. After 2 temporary tags the best they could offer me was dealer plates, which is so illegal.

Had to acquire counsel and finally they bought back the vehicle from me. Terrible business. I thought this was a reputable dealer boy was I wrong!!

Turned out dead battery replacement. Quick diagnosis, competitive prices, clean waiting room, friendly staff.

Staff was very nice and they worked effectively and were very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing my car and I will be definitely be goi ng back if I have any other issues or tune ups

The service department is not the best took over an hour an half to get a tire plugged that was already off truck they needed to plug and put back on truck told me would take about 40 min. Then ask them about another issue was having with truck told me I would need to make appt and they didn't have anything till the 20th. Then tired to charge me for the plugging of tire and I explained when I got there had road hazzord coverage on my tires. Service tech had to go get it approved. So I would not say they are horrible but need some improvements. This is not the first issue I've had with the service dept. As for sales they are great we actually followed him to Baldwin we really like them for service but sometimes have to settle for Oakwood due to work schedule.

Service after the warranty is really expensive, radiator, plastic by the way, $ 800 buck but got them down to 600 still high, radiator hose 300. changed it myself for $15, in 5 min. WTF Hayes !!!!

I just purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn from Hayes. This is my 4th vehicle from Hayes in the last 4 years. They are easy to deal with, friendly and knowledgeable. I researched my Ram for 2 months on line. Josh Ayub and I emailed back and forth this entire time. Each time he found a truck that matched my wish list he would email the details. He was not pushy and waited for me to make the decision. Once I decided what I wanted, I went to the dealership and was in and out in about 2 hours from test drive to signing. I will buy from them again in the future.
