Comfortable, no pressure salesman named Tyler at the preowned sales center was who walked out to offer assistance to us while we looked at vehicles. Curtious and not your stereotypical used car salesman. He was friendly without over doing it. He was honest about what he knew and didnt know about each vehicle. This goes a long way with me. I would rather hear..... i dont know let me go get you the answer to your question vs. Somebody making up an answer. So when he put the truck in front of me I wasnt expecting to get at the price I was looking for I was sold. Negotiation was hassle free and without the entire of skit of back and forth to check with manager 20 times like at some lots. Tyler made the offer it was undisputable that the offer was fair and I took the deal. Credit check was fast, transaction was fast and the help from the finance department was just as curtious, professional and easy as the sales experience. Top notch staff at Hayes that are going to recieve another visit from me when Im ready to purchase another vehicle.
