The service department is not the best took over an hour an half to get a tire plugged that was already off truck they needed to plug and put back on truck told me would take about 40 min. Then ask them about another issue was having with truck told me I would need to make appt and they didn't have anything till the 20th. Then tired to charge me for the plugging of tire and I explained when I got there had road hazzord coverage on my tires. Service tech had to go get it approved. So I would not say they are horrible but need some improvements. This is not the first issue I've had with the service dept. As for sales they are great we actually followed him to Baldwin we really like them for service but sometimes have to settle for Oakwood due to work schedule.
