I had the fastest oil change of my life yesterday! I literally waited longer for my hamburger at the drive through than I did for my oil change to be performed! Great service, super friendly and accommodating and considerate of my time.

Just purchased our third car from Hayes Chrysler in Oakwood. Our previous experience was so good, that I called ahead to see if our previous salesman - Ramon - was still there and available. Buying cars in the past used to be stressful and frustrating... not anymore!

Facility is great (one star), salesmen are nice(one star), service people seem fun(yeah I had the certified pre-owned for 4 days and needed to get it checked already for oil leak) one star. Be prepared to pay $4000-$5000 over any listed website price even using in house financing. Also make sure that financing says the right months like I don t know 72 instead of 75 so when you contact the bank to set up auto pay you don t get that fun surprise that you re paying $1,230 more than you thought you were. Be smart, don t be me!

I took my car in for a factory recall. Unlike another Jeep dealership who never responded to my 5+ messages for an appointment. Hayes contacted me within 20 minutes of requesting an appointment online. They were friendly, courteous, and extremely detailed. I wish I would have bought my Jeep from them instead of the other dealership. I'll continue doing business with them.

I moved to GA 7 years ago and bought my first car from Hayes, a New 2009 Challanger and had a great expierence. Then in 2011 we traded in my wife's mustang and bought a new 2011 Jeep Wrangler and we had Bruce lift it and install big tires and rims etc. and we had another great expierence. All the people at Hayes in the service department and the sale department including the managers are all top shelf in my book. So when I was ready to trade in my Challanger this year since I just went over 90k miles I went back to Hayes and meet up with my Salesman Ramone and he hooked me up with a beautiful 2016 Dodge Ram Sport that Bruce had already lifted it 6 inches with big tires and awesome rims. So in the last 7 years I have purchased 3 vehicles from Hayes and we have the oil changed and the tires rotated every 3k miles and have all the serving done there and we have not had one negative expierence. When you have a dealership and the people who work their make you feel like family, especially Bruce, then why would you ever go anywhere else? My wife's Jeep is approching 100k miles so we will be looking to trade that in I am sure sometime soon so we will be buying vehicle number four. My salesman Ramone and his sales manager Shawn treated me very well and gave me a more than fair price for my trade and I got a beautiful new Ram truck that I couldn't be happier with. So my wife and I have been very happy with everyone at Hayes and we certainly consider it OUR dealership. I must say being able to deal with Bruce for anything that we need and he always makes you feel not only like you are his only customer but like you are his good friend we don't plan on going anywhere else. I routinely have my truck serviced by this dealer. The service writers in general are very courteous and helpful. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The body shop is equally up to the task and unfortunately I have needed their services as well. The workmanship is above average and the employees are exceptional. I would use no other dealer In town.

We took our vehicle in for a traction control switch that was covered under our finance warranty. Our deductible on the finance warranty was $200. Hayes contacted us and informed us that the work to be done was less than the deductible and still asked permission to continue with the repair. Fantastic honest people. Could have charged me the $200 and left it at that. Ended up getting the vehicles oil changed, serviced, and the switch repaired for approximately $220 for everything including tax.

Great experience with my service... the only thing I can say is they don't know how to reset my computer after a oil change on a 2010 Volvo S 40. You would think with the internet they could just Google it that is what I did, I would think that would be part of the service....

Handled most of the details online. Once everything was approved and ready I went in test drove several vehicles. I picked out the right one for me and an hour later I was out the door. I usually hate the car buying process but this was a true exception. Overall a great no hassle experience.

Over a year ago Santa Vince helped me in purchasing my Jeep. Vince provided excellent service and knowledge. As a customer I felt like i was not just a welcomed guest, but family. My husband and I over the years have had a couple of experiences with dealerships. I can sincerely say that Hayes in Gainesville, GA was like a step above all the others. Great people that go out of their way for you. Our sales person Tracy even made sure our new truck had a full tank of gas! She went above and beyond any other dealership sales rep we've ever dealt with. They were all great. The way it's supposed to be. Very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Can't find that at just any place! And we know that if we ever need anything in the future, she will be there to help us.

Do not take your car to this service department. I have had nothing but poor experiences here. Just picked up my car from an oil change--they did not bother to call me to let me know my car was ready. When I called to check on it, they let me know the service department was closed. Once they were able to "find" my car, they "made an exception" and allowed me to come pick up my car. While I was waiting, another woman walked in with the same problem and they told her she couldn't pick up her car until Monday (this was on a Saturday). Once I got my keys, I went to to my car that was parked half in a spot, half on the road, and saw that they had left it unlocked! No apologies were made.

Bought new truck and new Cadillac SUV within two weeks of each other there... gave us best deal and very straight up with us on money and trade ins big John great salesman on both !

I didn t have to spend nine hours at a dealer waiting for confirmation of my purchase. I was in there at 9:30 and was finished with the financing paperwork by 12:30. The salesman very knowledgable and do exactly what I was looking for and where to get it.

I could not be happier with Hayes. I have worked with Everton since first finding them. The greatest thing about oil changes at Hayes is you re never pressured by UP selling . So often I would say :most times you go to have your oil changed it s never the same price at the end of the oil change as they told you when you drove in. At Hayes I know what my price is going to be when I walk out that door. And if I don t need it they don t suggest it. How refreshing that is. I leave confident that I can trust when they say something extra needs to be done it really needs to be done. Bravo bravo Hayes for being the good guy.

I recently purchased a Dodge Ram pickup truck. The truck had a few recalls which needed to be addressed, so I made an appointment with Hayes in Oakwood. I was a little nervous. Since repairing recalls is a free service I was worried I would be treated differently than paying customers. This was not the case at all! The folks in the repair shop gave me excellent service! They communicated with me about the repairs and answered all my questions. The work was completed on time and I've had no issues with my truck since. I highly recommend this dealership for repairs. Brian as always took care of me when I had to have my car towed to the dealership with a dead battery. He ran diagnostics, offered to have the oil changed and tires rotated while they were there (they were due). Still the Best!!

There seemed to be a little disconnect between what the person on the phone told me how we were suppose to drop off during social distancing time and what actually happened. They did a great and fast job getting the recalls though

Truck went in for standard service, plus two programming recalls - battery was dead with a bad cell when picked up. Coincidence?????? I don t think so, but lost my battle - coughed up almost another $200 to be able to drive away.

I have bought several luxury cars over the years from multiple dealers and this dealership was by far the worst i have ever been too. Not because of the vehicle or the salesman that originally helped us. the sales manager a glorified thief told me and my wife that he was unable to do anything on price. i had a budget that wasn't far from the sticker price. like most buyers i wanted the best deal i could get and still gave a VERY reasonable offer to the sticker price. i told him i was willing to do business at the price i said , i also told him i was serious and had cash in my pocket along with a letter from my bank for the loan amount. still didn't budge on price then told us both he dropped the price $1000 since we drove so far almost 200 miles round trip. and the price was the same. then told me that there was no way he had that much of a mark up on price given my offer . so you have over $20000 in a trade in seems like a lie to me. i told him i had no issue walking off the lot and he said fine by him , i then asked if he would like my number if he would like to think about it . told me he doesn't need it and started to walk off without even shaking my hand like most gentlemen would. when a dealership will lie to your face and they know that they are doing so and still act like they are doing you a favor by being there . I'll take my cash elsewhere. a thief is a thief whether you call him a sales manager or a thief . the vehicle had a few small dings , aftermarket leather , and an aftermarket cd player all of which make no difference in price besides the small dings when buying . not to mention it was a color i was not particularly wanting and painted stock wheels. i as a buyer am a reasonable person and i know they have to make money to stay in business , but i wont give my money to a lair and a thief . in short go spend your money at another dealership that will actually work with you to get you in a vehicle . worst car buying experience i have ever had!

This Gainesville/Oakwood location gave me a higher trade offer than the Lawrenceville location. I love this location and my 2019 Jeep Compass Sport.

Tim made sure to keep contact before, during, and after the sale to make sure that I was fully satisfied with my purchase. Add to that the fact that he was happy to drive ~25 miles to pick me up as was as being both friendly and as non-pushy as can be and you have yourself an A+ buying experience.

So service was timely and the service writer was great, but when I picked up my truck the ashtray was open and about 8 or 9 cents in pennies were missing, I'm not bothered by the value but the principle that something I had and left in their care was missing really bothered me. I will think long and hard before coming back to hayes for service. Again it was the principle not the value that bothered me.

I bought a used car June 9 2018 Carfax showed it was no accidents on it , to find out 2 weeks later that the car was hit in the front, went back to get it fixed they promised will fix it, Didn't Happened what they promised the car looks Worse than before now they are saying it's my problem I have to deal with it.
