I dropped off my 2018 Ram 3500 dually with 5,208 miles, 16 days ago for noise I heard. I still do not have my truck. It took them a week just to get in on a lift and look at it. They determined the rear end failed, a 1 day rebuild job. I have been given every excuse in the book, but highly suspect they are just in no hurry because it's warranty work. 16 days is inexcusable. If you want to buy a vehicle there, be prepared to take it elsewhere for service. They suck.
